solo duty depends not only on the jobs, but also on training. If you dismmiss her and recruit her again, the dialog should enable again. Make a save before rerecruiting. it has it issues...And come over to the thread of the SE version.   ...

so using tdf2.255.

 

after 10training, girls only work in those 4 main cities, not following me to where i want to indicate.

it is because of the different version of tdf?

To let them work in other locations you need the Add on with the 15 additional prostitudes and you need 20 Training and 20 Jobs. With 10 Training they just hav the ability to work on their own, so you don't have to pimp them.

Never had to pimp a girl more than ten times. 

 

More likely the problem is that you have to DISMISS the prostitute and then talk to her to get the added "independent" options.

Hi.

First of all, this is an addon for TDF I was looking for since Raven Rock etc. lacked a bit "immersion".

It works great so far just for one minor issue: I can't change their outfits.

The dialog is there and even the inventory opens to add clothes but the NPC doesn't apply it to his looks. To be specific - it keeps it current outfit of the main body slot (barkeeper outfit etc.) but applies other slots without problem which gives the NPC a weird mashup look.

Nothing game breaking though but it would be cool if you could look into it.

It's been a long time since I used the extra prostitutes feature. I have a gal with 60 clients under her belt. I want her to work Riften but I can't get the dialogue option. I've tried off the clock and re-hire but all I've got is the 'dress nice, find your own punters' option.

What am I missing?

Work in a city is only an option when she is NOT working for you.  So put her off the clock but don't just rehire her, look at the other options that are added when she is not working for you.  Don't feel bad, that one has tripped up lots of people.

Nope. It's still not having it. The only options I've got are there 'do you want to make some money for us' 'Perhaps you're looking for some company' etc. Nothing about working anywhere. We've been wandering around WHiterun for several games hours, in and out of shops etc but nothing has updated.

It's starting to piss me off now and I can see why I haven't used this part for a couple of years.

The "we've been wandering around Whiterun" bit seems to tell me you've got a follower.  You can't make her and "independent" if she's a follower either.  She needs to be released to whatever her default activities are, not following you around.

Yep. I have just dismissed her and got the dialogue option. Told her to work Whiterun and she said 'be sure to check in on me . . .' and then walked straight out of Whiterun.

 

I'm definitely seeing why I gave up on using this part. You have to fire them to promote them. Dismiss them as a follower and they try to head home so you have to be quick on the draw with the E button. And then they fuck off anyway.

I've not had any problems like that.  I can assign them to work in a town or in some independent location and if I hang around a bit they get right to work as long as there's anyone nearby with sufficient arousal.

This is sad news, indeed. I took @Thenryb's normally-sage advice on how to do it and managed to recruit sweet Alva as a follower and even rescue her from the Bloodbath at Morvath's before they managed to kill her when she spawned there as my Ally despite being told to wait for me at the Inn... and I can tell you, I have never had a sexier follower than dear, sweet, horny Alva. She's even great looking after Bijin and Metalsabers (or some others, I forget) had their way with her-

 



 

I took sexy Alva to Whiterun immediately, where I guided her through the obligatory 10 tricks (which we both enjoyed), then told her I was too busy and she should find jobs for herself (just to make sure her co-opted AI would follow those new instructions) then told her I would get jobs for her now, then told her she was off the clock, then spent the next half hour trying to talk to her on every subject possible, multiple times, looking for that elusive "Stay here in Whiterun and fück us up some money, Honey."

 

Now you tell me that I have to send her home to recruit her as an independent operative.... and I am afgraid to risk it- the minute she gets out that load door to go home to Morthal, there's no guarantee I could ever even find her again, much less whether or not she could survive the run from the Bannered Mare to the gates of Whiterubn with her allegiance to me (and thus to humanity) stripped from her because I had to fire her... plus, I'm torn between the joy she brings me with her sexy remarks and impromptu sex as we thrash through dungeons and the joy she would bring me with 2-3k gold a night while I'm off finding more slüts auditioning new pornstars recruiting other girls saving the world from... something...

never tried this but reading about this I came up with an idea that I have no idea if it will work or not. Couldn't you take her all the way to her home then let her go. Then recruit her again after you drop her home

I think it is normal. I can only recruit 3 regular plus the 15 independents.

You could do it in the middle of nowhere. Assuming you are not encumbered, she will walk off but you can run, catch up and initiate the dialogue.

Maybe i am dumb, I already installed that plug-in, but nothing changed, I can't find any difference, I reinstalled it manually cause NMM didn't install the scripts, but no change.

Have you got a prostitute who has had 10 or more clients? (Let's talk about your experience)

Have you dismissed them?  (Okay you're off the clock)

If they are followers then you have to dismiss them from that also.

You should now get a set of dialogue options. (You've been doing some good work)

 

I can't do any screenshots as I just going to watch the Champions League Final. I do them later or tomorrow if you are still stuck.

Just as information (because these threads are not segregated by game): Pfiffy's SSE conversion of TDFPP includes (and expands! ) the Independent Prostitutes addon, so if you're playing SSE and using Pfiffy's TDFPP conversion, you do not need to install the Independent Prostitutes addon. I am using it and I can attest to the fact that it runs perfectly and offers all Independent Prostitute dialogs when appropriate. The only time I get a crash is after some of the dances- I still can't figure out what's wrong that I should get a CTD after a dance.
