akane750 Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 So....Sari took my whole inventory, soon after that I decided to uninstall the mod. How do I get all my items back? Because my experience with glitchy mods says I'm losing everything if I uninstall before doing so.........at best.

mixbutterdog Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 To finish the quest, we have to walk long long way with avoiding, lurking from deadly monsters. I guess, some potions which help sneaking make player less frustrated. Potion for invisibility, light feet might help players. Plz, consider about this idea.

It's because I'm struggling with advancing that I want to remove the mod. Tried it, didn't like it. Are all those items lost permanently? If they're stored in a disabled chest or something like that - I'd like to know how to track it down (its ID or something) so I can maybe "enable it, move it to player, retrieve the items" via the console. All I want is to retrieve the items taken and remove the mod.

And changes for the monsters : their spots will be not fix, and they will have defaultpackages... yes, they will move... Items are not lost : they are just stored in a chest. You will find it at the end of the mod.

Do you have any save data before you installed this mod? It's better to restart past save.

Changes I made for now : Elizabeth and dance hall : more developed quest steps Spawn triggers : use actor, 5 spots randomized Spawns : sandbox packages added Aela : quest more developed 4 Invisibility potions in bedroom 2 Speed of shoggoth and Chtonian increased
akane750 Posted May 4, 2016 Posted May 4, 2016 The chest ID is XX001c2b. XX is mod ID, which defined automatically by load order. Do you have any save data before you installed this mod? It's better to restart past save. Thank you. That's what I was looking for. And no, all my savegames at that point were inside the manor and past the "robbing". Which was why I took such "drastic" measures and tried to get chest's ID, in the first place. (It was my blunder - I didn't prepare for something so "corrupting": all non-quick/autosaves were too old: last one was a lv9 character, and the character I went to the manor with was already past 50) The only "feedback" about this mod I can give is the negative part about its lack of any "emergency plug" - if something goes wrong once you're in the middle of the quest, you can't quit using normal methods. In other words, it can ruin the character, possibly even to the point of having to abandon it. I didn't use it long enough to form an opinion about the gameplay aspect of it. To the mod author - Insisting on "finishing the mod" means you put people in a position where they have to choose: your mod or a ruined character. If you're unable and/or unwilling to implement a method to rollback - and i emphasize this part: it does NOT matter which one it is - please, update mod's description with the information that the mod can ruin the character. My point: make users aware of the possibility.

snarfies Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Finally trying this out, but I'm already getting frustrated. Where is the dining room? The key I found, the alleged dining room key, seems to lead to a library filled with ruined books, a map, and a shoggoth. Other than that, the whole giant place is just a bunch of locked doors. There a room with Azathoth servants, and Aela... You're in the cellar part of the castle : it's not the good one ! I can't post jpg pictures on LL, so I cannot post the walkthrought... Yeah. That's the room I can't find. And no, I am not in the cellar part of the castle. I'm talking about the entrance floor. If there is a staircase upwards, I haven't seen it. I guess I'll try moving to aela via console command or something and work my way backwards.

Find the issue with two stairs... one is blocked by a door (key needed), the other one is not blocked, there is a skeleton. Kill it, continue your path, you will enter into the dinner Hall. The entrance floor is not near the dinner hall and the kitchen. It only concern the bedrooms, the dance hall, the cellar with the flute, the cellar with the dinner hall key, and the room with the skeleton and chaurus food.
YoloPharagouin Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Just a question, where is the house please ? I looked all around falkreath but I have found nothing..
Delzaron Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 Just a question, where is the house please ? I looked all around falkreath but I have found nothing.. The house is near Rorikstead, on a hill... But it's all locked until you talk to Thenda, who is in Falkreath Inn.

I modified the Aela and Elizabeth phases... Monsters will be rarely, but will spawn at several places, randomized.
mixbutterdog Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 I am playing ver 1.4 . When player found corridor of void before first nap(before entering first bed room), the first nap trigger don't work. Though player enters the first bed room, nothing happens. Two missions stays.
SeekerOfKnowledge Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 I can't post jpg pictures on LL, so I cannot post the walkthrought... Could you post it somewhere else? Or at least add some hints to the download/front page? Some parts are really tricky. Not that that's a bad thing, but people could get frustrated.
shinji72 Posted May 8, 2016 Posted May 8, 2016 This time I've found the girl (asha?) which is inside the dining room. I said this time because the other time something didn't trigger and she was not in the room. The drum playing worked. I received the pop up message but then... I still can't find elizabeth. I've found a small room near the Chaurus den, but there anybody inside. I've also triggered the dremora chef... but she's no talking (maybe I've made thing in the wrong order). the second time i got chase by charus, the mission says Run away, but there's not other hints, don't know where to go You need to find a fence on the floor. The room in question is near the cellar. Find a fence on the floor? THat's maybe something I've missed. (that's the way to find a way to get to elizabeth). The mood of the house is pretty damn creepy....

I will see what I can do. This time I've found the girl (asha?) which is inside the dining room. I said this time because the other time something didn't trigger and she was not in the room. The mood of the house is pretty damn creepy.... Aela is in the dinning room : there is a trigger just at the entrance door (the door from the hall, not from the flooded tunnels) Elizabeth d'ont appear easely : you need to enter into the room, and you will see elizabeth (and get a pop up message) The chef is triggered by approaching the sweetrolls.... again, i think you entered into the kitchen trough the flooded tunnels, and not through the front door. There is a nord fence, on the floor, in a room near the cellar. A shoggoth is in that room. Thansk for the mood : it was the point of the mod modification. Now it's dark and full of terror.
shinji72 Posted May 9, 2016 Posted May 9, 2016 But Elizabeth room is the one near the Chaurus Den? I've enter and no pop up, no Elizabeth. I've also played the drum (and receive the pop up about Elizabeth who I haven't meet yet). Regarding the Chef I enter through the flooded tunnels right. But the sweetroll trigger did start. Just the chef not talking. I'll try entering from the other side. Nord "fence"? I'm afraid there is a translation issue here! To me a fence is a kind of small wooden wall/barrier... maybe you mean some sort of sword/rapier? So anyway I have to get the "fence" and the Elizabeth will happear?

How are you supposed to navigate through the chtonians then? Problem is i don't find the room with the fence. The right stage is after talking with the dremora chef in the kitchen? So far I've - talked with Aela Retrieved the flute, retrieved and played the drum Retrieved the dining room, kitchen and cellar key. So I'm supposed to talk with the dremora chef and Elizabeth will pop up?

So I'm supposed to talk with the dremora chef and Elizabeth will pop up? I also test the mod with a level 1 character... But I avoid monsters and the flooded tunnels is I can... Nope : The good path is : - find the bedroom - talk to Sari - catch the chest, get the dinner room key - find Aela - talk to Aela - find pet food - give pet food to the chaurus, get the kitchen key - find the kitchen - try to take the sweetrolls, face the dremora chief - give the sweets to Aela - go back to bedroom - go to the safe, fail to reach the safe. - go into the tunnels, and find the pullchains room - go back to the safe, fond the dance hall key - find the dance hall - find music instrument - play intrument, talk to Eliz - find Aela (she's in the library) - go to bedroom2, take a nap - talk to Sari - go the flooded tunnels, find eliz - go back to the bedroom, talk to Aela and Sari - sleep - run away, find the fence - continue your way - participate to the ceremony
