Womb Raider Posted June 3, 2015 Author Posted June 3, 2015 The paid mod debacle has severely dampened my enthusiasm for this.  paid mods are over, steam scrapped that.  Also steam now has a refund / return policy  http://steamed.kotaku.com/steam-refunds-could-cause-some-big-problems-1708523970
Guest Comrade DR. MAHUJ DIK Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Mods, Mods never change. Since humanity discovered the game changing capabilities of modding, Mods had been used to enchance the graphics, the gameplay or just add stuff. But was not untill lovers lab was founded that adultmods achieved its wonderfull potential. Youre one of the loverslab dwellers, preparing to once again mod the wasteland. Because mods, mods never change.
Halstrom Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Well actually still got 6 hours till the announcement, I agree it's highly likely but we had a countdown clock once before that was a dud too. So in around 6 hours time then we can start posting Fallout 4 confirmed.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I'm skeptical. It's another hoax. I don't see the point of announcing Fallout 4 if E3 2015 hosted by Bethesda is right around the corner. But we'll see. Nothing would be more satisfying than to be wrong so I can see the damn next sequel already. God only knows how long we've been waiting for it.
bjornk Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 If it was indeed a hoax it wouldn't remain there for a day, right?  It's also a news item...  02.06.2015  #PleaseStandBy  #PleaseStandBy http://bit.ly/1dJ5DhH  http://bethsoft.com/en-gb/news#  I suppose "Bethesda Game Studios" will announce Fallout 4 at E3, other studios of "Bethesda Softworks" may have different announcements, such as Doom.  http://forums.bethsoft.com/forum/34-fallout-series-discussion/

But we'll see. Nothing would be more satisfying than to be wrong so I can see the damn next sequel already. God only knows how long we've been waiting for it. they could be doing paid modding and want to get the shit storm out of the way for the rest of their game that they'll be showing at E3.
Halstrom Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 I reckon it will be part of steams next bite at the paid modding rollout, it's probably 6 months from actual release still, some game has to do it, it's going to happen whether the haters want it or not.
Guest endgameaddiction Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Yeah, I don't think they are dumb enough to announce the paid mod service (if it does happen) beforehand. With the reaction that occurred recently, it's almost a certainty they'll hang themselves real bad if trying to pull that stunt again. They'll lose massive sales. And the first thing any game dev wants is to recover lost expenses from development of a new game, game engine, or upgraded engine. So some others have stated, I too think it will be initial when GECK is formally introduced with the new EULA (again if this procedure does follow through). Â If it does go through, fine. I don't care. As long as it doesn't interfere with us who still want to mod for free and share it with our communities. My reaction will be to wait and wait and wait and see the outcome of this monetary system if it occurs in the late future. Better to be cautious and not impulsive jumping into dirty schemes only to regret it later.
Zor2k13 Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 What if the only message we see there is something stupid like "remember to drink more ovaltine!" Â Â
bjornk Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Something's happening at 4chan apparently! Edit: Whoops! There's still over an hour left on the countdown clock, but somebody Bethesda has prematurely published the official Fallout 4 website. It's real: Fallout 4 is happening. http://www.pcgamer.com/fallout-4-announced/
Neptune Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Been sitting at work watching it count down and literally cried Man Tears watching it. So glad to see Power Armor that actually looks like Power Armor!! with their own skeletal rig and animations <3 And is it me, or dose everything this time round seem slightly more realistic and less cartoony then FO3 AND NV? Such a welcomed change. Â Cant wait to see what others deduce from the trailer
RapidWaterOver Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 -Why are there weird floating ships and blimps with rockets? When I saw them I got confused as it's a little out of place for Fallout. -Who is the weird guy wearing the trench coat and fedora? -Looking at the few in game screenshots they showed in the trailer, I'm worried because it seems like the world will be VERY small. This wouldn't be all that surprising, with each elder scrolls and fallout game the world map gets smaller. -The trailer is a little confusing, since it doesn't really even show anything about what the game is about, but the way they show flashbacks it almost looks like the baby from the family seen in the beginning will be you, and you exit the vaults some time after going inside; in other words the game takes place during/very shortly after the Great War and looks like a prequel. -Boston setting confirmed. -When will this site have a Fallout 4 section?
Vortec Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 Â I never played Fallout but the trailer kept reminding me of Bio-Shock kinda feel lol
Slammer64 Posted June 3, 2015 Posted June 3, 2015 You'll need a lot of cases, Rayblue, since we still don't know when it's supposed to be released, doubt if it's this year myself.
