Now to the major bugs: - In chapter 1: I can't come across the wardrobe in the inn. I had to cheat with toggle collision off. - In chapter 2: When the ceremony should begin (hanging on the cross) nothing happens. Scene with the lurkers does not start. The minor bugs (or is that intended working that way?): - Investigation makes progress, although no resident in solitude can give me any hint. - Lurkers are invisible. Even that one in the inn in the cellar, behind some barrels. Thx so far and hoping for new (bugfree) content

cold burn Posted April 17, 2015 Posted April 17, 2015 Alright so you wanted ideas for things that could be done to showcase the slavery of the town right? Well I figured I could take a crack since the OP did include a request for that, as well as mods that modify solitude and aside from the traditional city overhauls the only one that comes to mind is the one for being a bard- and there aren't any new cells I don't think. First remember that often less is more- too much sex makes the stuff loose some impact, same with the cruelty. That said one thing I think that would be great to showcase the nature of this cult- that is in service to an old god who is as close to malevolent as you can get without actually subscribing to our moral code or something similar would be to have someone die from the act of birth- perhaps the creature got freaked out by trying to teleport and crawled out of her while she was carrying it- just a story to make the situation far more grim and explain why you wouldn't use recall if a skilled mage(aside from it not being included in the vanilla game) Other things would perhaps be someone who struggled and tried to escape being lobotomized or paralyzed to insure that no resources would be wasted trying to catch her again, or to kill her to prevent an information leak while still gaining some use from her- remember to the cult the slaves are less than nothing and as such that should show in more than derogatory dialogue. Not saying you need to show either of these, but that they would be excellent things to show just how grim things can get if you try to escape and fail. Also this cult will need more things than just lurkers- after all an army needs food, and if anything their actions are making that issue more problematic with the unique needs of their monsters. So perhaps some of the citizens should be manning fields- perhaps in a daze of illusion magic- people whose minds are just a bit.. off to indicate that something is wrong but not what. Perhaps their reactions are slow- pauses in dialogue or them seeming to forget subjects their master wouldn't want them to talk about.

dechurch Posted April 18, 2015 Posted April 18, 2015 Delzaron, I still have a couple issues with Enquiry and Investigations. Once I talk to enough residents, and Enquiry advances through the stages it finishes and Investigations starts. It tells me to go to the harbors. When I get to the quest marker, the quest advances and tells me to talk to Shul Tar. I talk to Shul Tar, and he says "You talked to Zarok right? Why are you still in town?" The problem is this: Zarok doesn't tell me anything. I talked to him in the Winking Skeever during the Enquiry quest, but the only dialog he had was "Do you know anything?" to which he answers the same as the other Solitude residents. He has no special dialog. Something is missing here with regard to Zarok. Going back to the Investigations quest: Shul Tar tells me to go to the Inn. I get to the in and the quest advances and tells me to talk to Nar-Si-Ra, who tells me to find the cave. The quest marker points to the basement, but the collision marker is still over the wardrobe after I speak to Nar-Si-Ra. I have to turn collision off to go into the basement. It appears that Sumpfbauer is having the same issue with the collision marker. Something isn't advancing right. Also, everyone in the inn has TWO dialog options of "Do you know anything?" during the Enquiry quest. Once you're captured, Arthrarak doesn't approach you when the popup says that he is. Every time, he goes and sits down, then eventually comes and initiates dialog with me. But, If I don't wait for it, I can walk up and talk to him and he has a dialog option of "But master, what about me?" Where he then goes into the dialog he usually has after the rack. He then walks toward the cross but the player does not follow. It totally breaks the quest.

But scene did not advance. I also waited several real minutes. 5 NPC came one by one. There were also 2 lurkers at the entrance, but then nothing happened. - As dechurch already stated: Something is wrong with Zarok. I had exactly the same experience like dechurch for the investigation.

I need to solve that. - The collision marker : fixed now. - Double dialogues : fixed... just a keyword... - the temple : the only thing i can do is adding a scene and teleport the actoirs I need for the scene.

During the aftd3Insmouith after PC had conversation with Maive a window pops up sayin "My body is deckaying" . PC passes out . The screen is bluring and white. Is it due to using Skooma Whore mod?... I can't see a thing. And that annoyng orc b1tch with her force greeting ...I can't proceed the quest because CTD occurs in 20-30 seconds.

She has no dialogue option. Setstaged. CTD. After the next stage's started she's not going to the party.... 1 hour -wait..no use...CTD....

For Erikurh, is normal. The objective says : dont be spotted ! You need to find a way to kill Erikurh whitout problems with guards. For eye od the deeps quest, did you got dialogues from Raelek ?

Angeliba Morrard, MOrrerd etc... No description ...Moreover PC becomes overloaded after Solitude Water Supplies scene....No fast travelling is possible ....walking that way is pretty annoying....
