-alpha- Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 HA! the drain to draugr is quite amusing on essential characters, I now have an assortment of fully voiced draugr mulling around various locations, I know I could console command them back but....well...nah ! good mod, fun to use and it keeps my black soul gem stocks filled. thanks for the fun. try "recycleactor" or changing the race back to the race the NPC is supposed to be eg "setrace nordrace"
jfraser Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Do it Yourself Zombie Apocalypse kit, now in stores!
Clangeddon Posted March 15, 2015 Posted March 15, 2015 Hi all! After my last clean update, my MCM menu for Drain disappeared...the setstage command to scan for MCM menus isn't triggering it to appear...any ideas? THanks! Awesome mod :-)
JLF65 Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 Just a few observations after a day of playing with this... first is something I've seen several times in the thread: SL Submit is a crashy pos. Had to switch to Defeat to really get things working. Once I could run for more than a few minutes without crashing, I started checking what works... skeletons, draugur, wolves, bandits... I tried this on a dragon, which sorta worked - it didn't die at the end like it was supposed to, but was more kinda stuck. I'll have to try it again to see if it's repeatable. One of the more interesting things - not only can you screw things to death, you can screw them to life as well! If you have the necrophiliac option enabled in SL, draining a corpse not to death brings them to life, and then you can heal them with healing hands spell for a fully restored, no longer dead, dead NPC. Of course, this can be used as a bit of a cheat - strip a dead body completely, then screw them to life and the game restores their default inventory, allowing you to strip them again. Rinse and repeat if you enjoy cheats. Great work on this. This is sort of the thing SL was made for - the challenge: have a character that has no spells other than something like SL Match Maker, no armor, and no weapons. Using Deadly Drain and Defeat, play the game using only the ability to drain enemies. That was why I was trying this on a dragon... imagine screwing Alduin to death in Sovngarde.

Yeah fucking a dragon to death is something that would be super awesome, I have never tried fucking one in Skyrim actually (need to do that as soon as i get my computer back) xD

Going to the console, I find the dragon has negative health, so it SHOULD die. Not sure where the hangup is.
SkyrimReturner Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 I updated to 1.3 but when I open MCM, the mod has no options listed. Deadly Drain also does not happen as it did before. =(
ThatOneFurryInEveryFandom Posted March 17, 2015 Posted March 17, 2015 Any chance for compatability patches for the two most popular vampirism mods? I'd love to be able to use this with Vampiric Thirst properly.

I'd love to be able to use this with Vampiric Thirst properly. We have talked extensively about it in this thread and as it looks right no I have no time for making a patch for it and the mod has output modevents so that any vampire mod author can add support for deadly drain on their end using mod events (SLDD as a soft dependency). You could even make a bridge mod yourself
Guest Jenova23 Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 how easy would it be to add this to a npc in a custom mod?
3Dmember Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Anyway to get those sexy hooves you got in your screen shots? Been looking for a blackish hoove mod. Can't seem to find one anywhere well at least for CBBE.
DeepBlueFrog Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Any chance to convert your .ods file into something more portable? like html or text? I am trying to limit what I install on this machine and I would like to see what the mod events are about for integration with Hormones.

Krasovskiy Posted March 18, 2015 Posted March 18, 2015 Hello! I upgraded the mod with every update as time went and currently I'm with 1.3 but the MCM ingame doesn't show any menu, and it eventually disappeared from the MCM altogether. How do I do the "clean your save file properly" as mentioned on post #392? If that's the case at least, I'm not sure what's wrong as of now. I've also tried dragging and dropping into Skyrim folder.

I did the disable/re-enabling of the mod and this worked, thanks so much!

foreveraloneguy Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 I tried the save cleaner, that didn't do anything. I did the disable/re-enabling of the mod and this worked, thanks so much! Then you didn't follow the instructions. For example, did you deactivate the mod before opening the save? In any case, that script cleaner has saved a number of my saves that were so hosed up they wouldn't load. But at least you got it going.
Etheri Posted March 19, 2015 Author Posted March 19, 2015 *sad face* but I want those black hooves in your screenshots.. wahhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhh! It clearly states that those are unavailable in the mod description. Just because those are in game doesn't mean they are a mod. Those ware ported over from an old oblivion mod then they ware crow-bared in and attached to the CBBE body there are texture bugs and things that can break your game. And so far none of us have had the time or care to fix all of it. There are other hoof mods out there... Just pick one and re-texture them yourself. It literally took me a weekend to understand everything I needed to know to create my SOS hc mod. And that is way more complex then a re-texturing. If you don't want perform any type of modding yourself and have no willingness to learn why expect others to do it for you? Then you didn't follow the instructions. If you don't want perform any type of modding yourself and have no willingness to learn why expect others to do it for you? Whoah man. I was only kidding and in fact I am currently making my own port. I was just throwing out a funny comment in hopes you might share what you have because so far it's been a pain in the ass working with the hoof mods available(all of them suck and look like some scrawny stupid satyr - not the look I'm going for). The semi-port you have is the best looking I've seen and in the right colour. I'm trying to make my own port of the oblivion Draenei mod and attach it to a custom succubus race CBBE body. However so far mine has major seam issues and texture glitches. I don't have much experience with modding Skyrim. I'm sure i'll figure it out eventually. As far as expecting others to do it. I never do that. Hoping is more the term I would use. ;-p
3Dmember Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 What i'd like to know is how to get the colouring even. I made another attempt with an already ported cbbe body texture; the G something port and I can't seem to get the black even, it just swirls around the base of the legs for some reason with a huge seam lol.
Fordwars Posted March 19, 2015 Posted March 19, 2015 Hello there! Do you think the "Enable Mod" Hotkey will be fixed in your next update? I'm using PSQ and Submit and this mod works perfectly with them. The Hotkey is the only thing that isn't working. Thank you, and keep up the amazing work. This mod really is top notch work sir!
