karlpaws Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 An idea for more work... when you "fix" the Ratway so the thugs can take the toll from your follower, could there be an option to pair up PC and one, Follower and the other? I forget where else, but there were a couple other situations I ran into lately that a foursome was possible if a follower was present. Separately, there are some situations that could be done like the Farmer and Wife Dragon Victims random encounter, where you sex both husband and wife. Bersi and Drifa for the thieves guild, the argonian innkeepers, maybe the bickering innkeepers in Markarth for the key to Margarets room (though I don't think that was a hard check, probably doesn't need that much persuasion but it would be more fun). There's any number of new variations and possibilities that could come from including a follower along with the player in the scenes, but they'd require either a large amount of extra dialogue or a much more complex MCM. My goal with the follower feature was to have it replace the player when specific gender combinations are involved, in a way that's both simple and scalable. I suppose, if you wanted even more work, if you did a 2-on-1 situation to counter any people using RND or whatnot for STDs, you could get a bonus standing increase with the NPC(s). What do you mean, counter people using RND? to 1: hence the "more work" comment. My initial idea in my head was that the PC be used for encounters and the follower be used when 3 or 4 person options were available. Sometimes it just would not make sense, sometimes you might want a bonus (with some other penalty possible, maybe) or you just don't like 3 way sex for some reason (got the follower wrapped up like a subby-doll on a time out, etc). 2. Possibly not a counter, but realism / immersion kinda thing. I can let my follower have sex with this guard because I don't have the coin to bribe him, but my follower might get a STD, so I won't be able to use them to check my own arousal till I get the coin to buy a cure... that kind of thing. For those of us not using immersion or disease mods, we can do all the threesomes we want. Having a gold bonus for a three way then doesn't have a downside. Then again, you don't really have gold bonuses, so this would be just more work as I come up with ways to unnecessarily extend your mod. This is why I sorta-kinda wish I could get my compiler working. Then you come out with a new update and I don't want to have to recode any updates I would have done. I still haven't gotten around to adding my female thalmor dialog change into your LE version.

I know that struggle all too well. I have edited most of the mods I use to some extent, so updates are always 'fun'. For any ESP changes, I'd recommend just making them as a separate add-on ESP that overrides the things you want to change. It should be impervious to version changes unless I happen to edit the specific thing your add-on changes. For scripts, you're out of luck most of the time, unless you can make the changes you want via a remote script, rather than editing the source.

I think its a combination of wrong settings for my MO setup, files in the wrong place, not having all of the source files and having them in the right place, and some other clueless factor.

Wild guess: Your issues with compiling scripts thru MO are probably are probably caused by the fact that the papyruscompiler is an 'anycpu' exe, which thus behaves as a 64-bit exe on a 64-bit computer, which can be handled by MO. There is a workaround for this: There is a little guide from Tanninn (author of MO) i believe somewhere in the STEP MO support forum how to force the Papyruscompiler to behave as a 32-bit exe, so it can be used within MO

Tried a few, mostly working, except for two things I am wondering if I am doing it wrong. Ratway entrance scene seems to be picking PC rather than follower, I was able to get into Riften, bribe Maul and start thieves guild all with follower. Ratway is doing that for me as well. I probably made a mistake with the function that handles threesomes, but I can't see anything wrong with it right now. I'll debug it later. What is the condition for paying Gjalund Salt Sage another way to travel to Raven Rock? Tried talking to him with and without gold still no special choice. I tested it with a fresh character just now and I think I see what the problem is. I made this event with the cultists quest in mind, so by the time you get to Gjalund he's scared and refusing to offer passage to Solstheim. I hadn't realized that if you go to him before the cultists have attacked you, he has completely different dialogue, which doesn't include a dialogue branch into Solutions. So if you wanna fuck your way into Solstheim, wait until the cultists come after you before you speak to Gjalund. I'll probably add a sex option for the before-cultists-attacked scenario in a future version. If you're still working on this, do you have any plans to make an Osex version? I've been hearing a lot of praise for OSex lately, but haven't had time to try it yet. I don't think OSex can replace SexLab entirely for Solutions without cutting some content out (bestiality seems to be missing, for a start), but as SexLab and OSex can seemingly run together, parts of the mod could possibly be made to interact with either framework, based on MCM settings. Which also conveniently saves me the trouble of supporting 2 variants of the same mod. Thanks for reply O(≧∇≦)O

When I have tried to compile some lately I just get a raft of errors. Right now it is only a matter of a couple tweaks I wanted to make but can live without.

TES5Edit can answer that question a lot better than I: select just the two mods when running it, Apply Filter for Cleaning, and see if there's any orange/red between the two mods. But assuming there are any conflicting edits, neither mod should break, you'll just be missing a bit of content from whichever mod comes first in the load order.

Doesn't RDO deal more with the random things NPCs/Followers say, not actual dialog (between them and the PC)? If so, then I would suspect that there should be no conflict (but as WS said, tes5edit would give a clearer answer).

"Haven't the guard at the gate reported how I handle things?" Not only would he have to report that faster than the Dragonborn gets there, but his report wouldn't hold any promises of your sexual approach to handle things. I suggest you put in a rule that has two different dialogue options, depending on what the player told the guard at the gate, or if that's too complicated, just change the dialogue with Brynjolf to not include the gate encounter.

Cause I thought I dont need the Legendary Edition when I dont have it installed.

If you have all DLC's, you do have the Legendary edition (just a different name for the same thing) So, yes if you replace the individual patches with the Legendary patch, you're good to go

I haven't gotten around to trying it yet, but if it has similar animation events as SexLab and allows the script to select animation types, then I'll add support for it, and you'll be able to pick what framework you want to use via MCM.

Via MCM sounds good! I'd be happy if the mod just initiates OSA, like the OSA version of Amorous Adventures. I can manually move the characters to the various animations myself.
Xatos Posted August 29, 2016 Posted August 29, 2016 I'd like to report a bug, when choosing female bosmer the sexlab solution options for the love triangle at riverwood does not show up. Edit: Turns out it wasn't a big problem, a simple restart somehow fixed it? I think it was also affecting all the sexlab solution options not just the one I mentioned as the drunk didn't have the usual (sex) dialogue.

I'm glad it continues to be updated and hope there will be even more dialogue opportunitys, but please consider making this mod not require the unofficial legendary patch. The reason for that is because the legendary patch is imcompatible with older mods and instead use the individual patches for each DLC which doesn't work with the normal patches installed.

The answer to your problem is bringing your older mods into 2016 (here's a tool to make the process easy). The individual USKP files are obsolete by nearly a year as they haven't been updated since USLEEP took over.

Xatos Posted August 30, 2016 Posted August 30, 2016 I'd like to make a request, it doesn't even have to be in-game I'd just like to know which quests affect or default with which gender for the sex. An example is Carlotta or Uthgerd. I didn't think they would be into women more and so the male actor (or female follower filling in for male roles) wasn't chosen over the female actor. This is more of a convenience thing so that I don't have to remember off the top of my head for the exact results and can easily be done just including the specifics on your front page, no need to spoil anything in-game for those who want to keep it fresh. Or am I able to tab out and re-do the dialogue all over again? If that's the case I guess it's not a big deal, but so far I haven't managed to ever make my follower go in place of my own character, is it obvious like a different dialogue option shows up or something?
