I don't know how the different translations work, just something I thought about that might make sense. I don't think that this is the reason. I have a non english version too, and for me it works.

For example Sunny Smiles had Do affection, Do activity, Do rumor, Do flirt and Do sex - but she has gone through about 10 cycles and never approached the PC. Her Desire, Lust and Love values are clearly changing over time and if I approach her we can do activities normally and they end on schedule. I thought maybe Sunny was waiting to reach a threshold value because her Love was at 93 and rising - but went outside and Easy Pete had commands to Do Flirt and Do Sex but never initiated a conversation. I then went to the Atomic Wrangler and did a Strip Dance - four different NPC's had multiple actions to Do Flirt queued but never approached the PC over multiple cycles. Before now my PC could never dance in the Wrangler without a steady stream of men and women trying to chat her up and get a freebie. The only thing all these NPC's seem to have in common are they are all Casual. Trudy (Friend) did approach my PC to [Flatter]. Can anyone else see this? Edit: I'm not seeing any WalkToPC commands being generated in the Console, although it's possible I just missed them. Lt. Haggerty is still passed out on the floor but if I activate her she no longer gets a command to talk, it says she is sleeping. She did eat a Sleep Eze I put in her inventory so I'm hoping she will eventually sleep off her binge. If not she will have to tell her grandkids she survived the battle of Hoover Dam because she was passed out on the floor of some Dive in Novac

Well I have no idea then. If he speaks the line, then you're getting his original dialog (not the dialog from this mod). I'll keep an eye out, but I don't have a clue why it wouldn't work for you. However, the result would be that this mod would no longer be compatible with any other mod that makes dialog changes to any of the affected NPCs. Which means there will eventually be a lot of NPCs that other mods couldn't touch without forcing you to make a choice between said mod and this one. FNVedit tell me this: Maybe you are right, its non-english version problem. Ambush in Primm probably not working too, powder gangers just shooting without any dialogs. I reinstalled the game and SexOut, but it dosen't help.

This is the official steam localization for my language. I tried to disable all lang files, but nothing has changed, dialogue is not shown.

I'm glad you showed me that because my fix wouldn't have worked. I wonder if you can do a merged patch on them? Or you could try moving those files out of the way temporarily and try it (disabling them might not be enough)? Why don't these files show up in your posted load order? EDIT: I had planned on puling out the optional stuff eventually and turning it into an esp. This would allow you to load the dialog from this mod last (after the lang files in the load order) and then it should always work. It's really only in the esm right now to save me from having to edit and keep up with two files, but was always intended to be an esp. Edited January 20, 2016 by t3589

I did not include lang files in the previous load order because they have been disabled, but it doesn't help. Maybe some localization strings present in the FalloutNV.esm or it's a save issue. Merged patch had no any effects for the dialogs (for me), works only for invertory items. It's the ambush in the rocks on the left, behind the playground on the way out of town. It only happens if you have bad rep with the Powder Gangers though. Right now I've got mixed rep and it doesn't trigger for me. I think it will trigger with shunned rep though. You're welcome.

I've been working on prostitution in the last few copies, and I already have more changes for the next copy. Just a few notes: I too play on hard settings. In my current play through I began with both money and ammo troubles. No ammo to make money with, and no money to buy ammo. It was brutal at the very start. I played by the following strategy and am doing relatively well now that my PC is higher level. - Slept with Doc as a reward for patching me up. No charge, but this helped a little. A. It gave me a bit of sexual experience so I could charge a little more, and B. It allowed me to negotiate a tiny bit better because after that my PC wasn't a first timer. - In this game, both Easy Pete, and Chet turned out to be compatible low level stalkers. I used this to my advantage, teasing them up, but staying away from them after hours. The first time they hit the PC up for sex, I propositioned them. At that point, negative or positive, they now know the PC is in the market. This means all subsequent sex hits (that aren't stalking), were Solicitations. - I worked my way through the game, sleeping with those two NPCs occasionally for ammo as I needed it. By the time I got to Sloan, they were both loyal customers that I could negotiate money from. - At Sloan I made sure to turn on AutoAdds, and began working Sloan for ammo. By the time I worked my way to the Outpost, the workers at Sloan were paying decent money. I'm well into the game now with several loyal customers, and I have not stepped foot into Freeside or The Strip as of yet. I've also never once needed to put on a prostitute outfit. My PCs market value is sitting somewhere around 100, and that's without wearing anything fancy to boost the price (normal duds with maybe legs or ass accentuated). Recently I finished adding in barter/luck/speech as factors (so pump them up when you can). In this next copy loyalty will probably get another boost. So take what's there currently with some measure of salt, as I'm still fleshing it out. I just finished adding promiscuity level tracking for the next copy which will help some too (especially for the barter option). Here's something you might try: - Go to the Wrangler. - Make yourself as attractive as you can, but don't dress like a prostitute. - Add a few NPCs. Maybe a guard. - Tease them up until they ask you for sex, and then proposition them. - If you get busted, sex bribe them. - After sex bribe is complete, you should be able to work the entire room for a few hours, and no one should hassle you (no quest necessary). There used to be a 'work at the wrangler' dialog and pay scale in the alpha. In the beta I've only included the mechanics to accomplish this, leaving it open for modders to expand on. I have picked nothing but [Rebuff] or [Chastise] to [Flirtatious], [Grope], [Embrace] etc actions and have not submitted or taken part in sex. I constantly check debug console and Respect for Follows-Chalk previously was actually positive at 14. -- After I [Chastise] someone for anything sexual (for example) [stares At Breasts] and getting [Negative Response]. Besides [Argue] & [Apologize] Is it normal that I can continue selecting the [ignore] response an unlimited number of times and it never ends unless I select either [Apologize] or [Argue], or can SOI NPCs really be that pushy/cocky when ignoring them or is this an issue? In debug there's appears to be no negative effects of doing so (no [Aggravation] raised). I noticed in the changelog "- increased negotiation fail limit to 4" but I assume that's for [Prostitution] and not what I'm pointing out. Rights are how strongly they feel they have the right to interfere in your personal life. lol Social evaluation is still very WIP and is probably a long way off before it works just right. Rebuff adds respect. Chastise doesn't touch respect. It definitely shouldn't drop that much in the adjust debug alone, and you'd have to have a lot of different rumors + clothing that NPCs don't like for it to drop that far in queue processing. Your pics are broken for me so I can't see them. Don't know, will keep an eye open. Again, I can't see the pics, but a negative from chastise leads to more options (argue/apologize/ignore/etc) and doesn't adjust anything. Looped ignore means they probably aren't going to let you go without an argument. You only get so many ignores per day before they get tired of being ignored and insist on addressing it directly. If you had previously won an argument, you might have an excuse option that would get you out of it. Yes for prostitution. Though that just changed again in the latest copy. Now you can fail as many times as their loyalty attribute before they start dropping the offer repeatedly. EDIT: I'm seeing a weird problem with Spunk. mainfct Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 I was referring to the dance show at the wrangler (which now seem to require the "wang dang atomic tango" quest to be completed) and the gommorah work which seems to require "bye bye love", a quest a never managed to complete due to its very high skill checks. But you're right, I guess I didn't necessarily look at it the right way, one doesn't have to be hired to work in the casino, though I liked the dance performances: It's not prostitution but could naturally lead to it.

Noticed that too, it appears that cum leaks out slowly of a recently fucked pussy (don't know about anal) therefor even after washing up you still technically have internal cum that "drips" to outside locations overtime and thereby the shader effect is re-applied. I don't think washing up actually means inside just the outside. So, a SOI NPC looks at your characters legs to see cum slowly dripping/sliding down them and in return the rumors happen constantly of course. Using the douches "Shaken Warm Cola Douche" and "SexoutSDoucheAntiFungal" should wash out the inside and stop this should it not? Besides removing Spunk support I hope there is other ways to counter/resolve this as I like the immersion layer that SOI NPCs can see and react to a character covered in spunk.

Don't know why What is your PC wearing? Most performances require you to dress the part. Dance requires clothing that is and/either/or: - Pretty/Handsome - Cleavage - Lingerie - Classy - Sexy Strip requires clothing that is and/either/or: - Slutty/Sleazy - Crotchless - Prostitute - Topless - Skimpy Neither will be available if your PC is beyond P1 pregnancy.

Any content it provides is there as an example of what modders can do with it. Also what ketiax said above.
