All AddOns should work with all versions as long they don't overwrite some of the main files. I have RCOTS friend children and the beeing female addon, but whenever a child is born they have the grey face bug :/.

And you should not use friend children from Rcots since it contains many serious errors.

milzschnitte Posted December 5, 2016 Author Posted December 5, 2016 Thought I'd try the mod for kicks and ran into a problem so I was looking at the code and found a few issues that you need to be aware of. You are using "RegisterForUpdate" and "RegisterForUpdateGameTime" calls. Both of those are highly not recommended for use since both are known causes of mod instability. It is recommended you use "RegisterForSingleUpdate" and "RegisterForSingleUpdateGameTime" instead. Because the game can get overloaded at times both of those calls can end up with the previous run of the script still in progress when the time is up and a new event occurs adding to the overhead and causing threading issues where variables changed or set in the processing of one of the simultaneously running events ends up being incorrectly used by the other event which is running. Using the "single" versions of those event calls prevents that possibility at the cost of making sure you have no exit from your event processing that doesn't call the Single version of that event again just before that exit. Fixing that alone may reduce the number of "I don't know how you got into that situation" trouble responses. I'm particularly sensitive to that problem since I had a mod which tripped over that one myself. Fixing it really did solve a lot of "How the hell did that occur?" type problems. Another bit I noticed is in this fragment from the "OnUpdate" function from the FWAbilityBeeingBase.psc script: PlayBabySound(BabyTalk, true) endif nextUpdate = Utility.GetCurrentRealTime()+Utility.RandomFloat(8,20) elseif CheckNoice_Weather() nextUpdate = Utility.GetCurrentRealTime()+Utility.RandomFloat(10,90) elseif CheckNoice_HappyList() nextUpdate = Utility.GetCurrentRealTime()+Utility.RandomFloat(8,55) elseif CheckNoice_ListSupprised() nextUpdate = Utility.GetCurrentRealTime()+Utility.RandomFloat(8,65) elseif CheckNoice_FearList() nextUpdate = Utility.GetCurrentRealTime()+Utility.RandomFloat(5,120) endif endif nextUpdate = Utility.GetCurrentRealTime()+5 endif None of the situational settings of "nextUpdate =" in the if/elseif string have any effect on the result because the second to last line setting a default value always executes after those carefully chosen randomly set values, as a default it should be set before this large if/else string instead of after the other calculations. Hopefully fixing these issues will help you by making your mod more stable and allow you to spend more time thinking about what else you might want it to do or just playing the game yourself instead of trying to solve strange and unreproducible problems here on the forum. I will change to SingleUpdate. But those never realy made problems. Most Scripts with "no native object bound to the script object" errors, doesn't have Update Timers. The main problem is the AddOn Manager. I think I must completely redo it and delete all existing scripts. There are way more ways now. When I've made the AddOn Manager I hadn't my SKSE Plugin that allows File Access. Now, I can make .ini Files with all AddOns and stuff. But therefore I must keep the old manager so it will be compatible with new versions. Otherwise the Log file will have many "Script not found" errors. Don't think I will do it with the next release. Right now, I want to release the next version as soon as possible because of the black mcm bug. Ah and before I forget. The "nextUpdate" thing... I think I've done this to make debugs and forgot to remove it again. The use of SingleUpdate isn't related to "no native object bound to the script object" errors. It's a problem of ending up with multiple threads running the same function at the same time which can lead to stack dumps in severe cases but is likely to result in errors where variables set by one thread running in that function are used by another thread in the same function giving unexpected results. The HDT physics engine sometimes makes bodies invisible, everything is way too jiggly IMO too.

But i got the mod to run, it works well, but i was curious what exactly can i change here? Cause i saw a lot of nice body mods with fit or sweaty girls all of them unp and i was wondering can i use them with this mod without breaking its function?

So I figured that I should turn off Player Menstrual circle. Why do I need that as male? Ok. But the issues that I did run in to was. There was many errors in my Papyrus about CME errors. I did lost all information about the females I have had ehum fun whit. I did have one child whit one npc and that information did go avay to. Did play for some time and realised that there was something wrong. Did click the Player menstrual box "as male" and all started to work again. Did also restart BF. Is that one feature of BF or one odd error? Dont have any thing left since I did restart the game. Dont have the save. Deleted all. And yes BF is installed as it should, correct load order and all that stuff. I will check it out... And the Player Menstruation Cycle option will be "locked" when the player is male as well all other relevant Female-Player Settings. I'm playing as a female for testing... so I don't know alot about male options. Males are not realy relevant.... but I will make some test runs with a male char. I've already fixed many other bugs... right now I'm testing the baby item names so they will have a name again (NPC baby Items failed with the name... for me) If you are testing with male characters.. could you also check if there are differences in the way the race of the child is chosen for female and male player characters? I had the impression, that with a male character (and an addon for the race of the male character, like breton for example) the children born always seemed to be of the fathers race and never of the mothers. Only if i enabled the "FemaleForceThisBaby" option in the add ons' script properties it selected the mothers race... but then it was always the mothers race being selected.. ^^ With a female character it seemed to be randomly chosen between the two (I think this is the way it was intended?). Maybe it also has something to do with the fact, that in one case it is the npc that is giving birth and in the other instance it is the player character.. idk btw. the invisible female vampires could be caused by the combination of psvac and hdt (or any hdt/tbbp (vampire) clothing mod). It seems it sometimes gets out of its boundaries and breasts etc get stretched to infinity resulting in invisibility somehow.. I think a less jiggly hdt.xml can help prevent it to some extent. so, if it is me that is to blame for gerdur and alvors death.. i'm sorry.. Does anyone know if there are any unp tbbp vanilla clothes that will show belly node and expansion? :\ Take a look into the entry post. But would the feet still be the same as unp (goodand not ugly)? Or will they be vanilla feet as well? How about wedding sandals, I had a mod that made shoes like wedding sandals look like their on a unp body, and not a vanilla body. Would that change with this mod installed? :\

There are some odd error whit males that make it to not work, and it have newer worked. Dont know why. Those spells you talk about do come from BFAP not Beeing Female. You can give your npc healing portions that you can find in caves and buy some of the simple portions that you can make do work on some npc They will heal them self and the unborn child. Sadly those spells you have your self like heal other, grand healing those dont work.

Airianna Posted December 8, 2016 Posted December 8, 2016 @milzschnitte Are you going to fix the Hunger issues? ~ Eating specific items in the inventory, without gaining their benefits... ~ Pregnant as a Vampire shouldn't require this aspect at all... ~ When a werewolf, the amount you need to eat should double, and include feeding on corpses and raw meat from inventory... ~ ~ Suggestion: Use a hunger bar (much like a health bar) instead of just taking what's in the inventory, as when I was pregnant, my tummy never growled like that, and I still only ate 3 meals a day, just a little more at a time, and an occasional snack, I know, it might seem to you like we eat ALL the time, but really we don't. It's either we snack all day, without any real meals, or we eat more at meal times, knowing we will want to eat more later. ------------------------------ About the bodies for Beeing Female: It's not the body, it's the skeleton and body slide that you need, with the pregnant belly node added to it. I am still using CBBE for my game, and it works just fine for pregnancies. Create the body in body slide, light and heavy, with the pregnancy node included. If you are using something like clams of skyrim, you have to disable wall in body slide, that also disables it's function in game, and allows the body to be adjustable during game play. Then you have to decide, is seeing the woman's vagina functional or the pregnant belly more important...

I haven't checked in a long time, so I haven't a clue. If they have removed the "wall" requirement then they might be the only one usable with bodyslide mechanics, both in and out of game. ***************************************************** OMG! I had a tummy growl then CTD! That was the funniest thing ever! about 3 second loop of the tummy growl till Skyrim cleared out...

I love to loot everything... and that's why i have hundred of food things with me. I will reduce the duration and the amount of food that will be eaten when the woman is hungry. I know that the growling isn't that loud. I needed a reason for the negative side effect. Enemys will hear it and they will start to search for you. This should be the side effect I was forcing, and therefore I needed a reason About the vampire thing... ok, will do it But double for werewolfs, that sounds hard I've read many posts... especially the "lore friendly" posts made me thinking. I think I will add a new option for "Lore friendly" - so khajiit onlly can impregnate Khajiit, and argonian only can impregnate argonian. Maybe someone knows where to find the "pregnancy book" in skyrim. Many ppl told me that there is a book about procreation... In this book you can read that Nord, Almer, Imperial, Breton, Bosmer, Dunmer, Redguard and Orcs can impregnate each other.... but Khajiit can only become pregnant from other Khajiit and Argonian can only become pregnant from other Argonian.

Since IRL we are not compatible. Argonians lay eggs, and Khajiit are cats. They eat you if you try to have fun whit them. But remotely Skyrim folks should be compatible. And no you are not stupid, but perhaps dont see all stuff as we others do. ;P Did you find the issue whit eating and Ineed? Dont think that issue can happen when you are using RND? The book you are talking about can that be The Beggar book? One question, should we fix you one new installation guide how to install B-F and other stuff? We are some that hangs around in this tread that can make one. There have been many posts about how to install and how to make the belly stuff.
