I was curious how many people use Frostfall, RND, iNeed, or such with this. And those who do, do you disable or tone down the survival aspects when DCL decides to have some particularly devious fun, or just keep going as is for the extra challenge?

 

I used to use iNeed and it worked fine.

It seems I can't get the right keys needed for the slave chasitity belt. Which ones are needed? I have 8 chastity-keys (strangely shown in packs of 4s) and it wont open.

 

Also, using "save word", removes the belt but not the plugs. Not much of a problem, just adds a strange behaviour: Usually, without a chastity belt, I can't keep plugs in for more than a few steps, but these stay in, until willingly unplugged. Maybe I should go to the DDi-thread and beg for some Kegel-Exercises

Also, if you have DD-For the Masses, the second group of chastity keys are probably fake ones, even if you have FtM key drop set to zero.

 

 

I also got the Slave Chastity Belt and I have the option "drop usable keys" on in my MCM setting. For some reason the 6 last keys I have found have all been chastity keys. No sign of the body keys yet (is this normal?). I also tested the safe word option and the belt got removed but the plugs were not removed. I use the new version 5.5 with the new DDi.

That could also be DD enslaved.

 

 

Yes I think you are correct.  Disabled the mod and the problem goes away.  Will look into what is going on, must have changed something in the settings in the newer versions.

First of all, I really like the new release, especially the "combiner" for the sex attacks. Costumization is probably the best thing about this mod. Sooooo... I wanted to ask if it would be possible to make the misogynistic "sex request" feature into a seperate slide, depending on faction/race? This would be great for role-playing a Dunmer in windhelm or an Imperial passing by an Orc stronghold. Just a suggestion.    *relurk*

You could always store it in a container in your house.

Unless you enabled bondage lover, then you'll tie yourself up.

It looks awesome in general, but what really makes me love it is that it's open down there... i always found it a bit annyoing to be fucked through this rubber suits

 

This is really an awesome piece of gear I'd add in an instant if it had Bodyslide support, but its author made it clear that they have no plans to add that.

Its a shame that some really fitting armors get passed over for this reason.

 

As someone with zero programming knowledge I find bodyslide extremely difficult to get my head around; the whole thing is gibberish to me. I've tried searching for tutorials but most I find assume you already have some knowledge in the first place.

 

The parasite armor is the only event I always turn off due to the ridiculous breast size with standard cbbe and would hate for the same issues to plague future content for people who don't use bodyslide (of which I certainly cant be the only one).

Yea you need to disable the option bondage lover to be able to drop restraints. Or, go to someone who buys them and sell the excess. You can go to the Dollmaker in Dawnstar to sell some, or if you have captured dreams you can sell them to the master there.

I play with both frostfall and ineed [and bathing in skyrim even though ya didnt mention that]. I also have a mod that dynamically changes the timescale so when wandering around town and diving into dungeons the time passes slower than when wandering around the overmap. But because of the slower time in general than the default skyrim 20-1 time ration I also dont have to eat as much since it keeps track of it with in game hours. Since Frostfall doesnt measure it in time I just lowered how fast you gain cold/exposure. I think I hit a nice balance between gameplay and realism. Of course if you're wandering around naked in the snow you're going to have problems, but you can turn off the death aspect so it just damages all your stats and slows you down when cold.

Because a lot of people get annoyed with misalignment, clipping, bad weighting, etc. makes mod look unprofessional and then Kimy would get blamed for not making meshes compatible with x,y,z body variant.

 

With Bodyslide it's on the end user to make their meshes work.  I have almost no mod modding experience, specially in the 3D modeling side of things, like Kimy I'm just a code monkey and after a few weeks of messing around with bodyslide I was able to figure out at least how to use pre-made packages with the filters then batch build. Outfit studio is still some mystery voodoo cus I'm not a 3D Artist.

If only a truly "noob" tutorial existed, or if it does, that some kind-hearted soul would point us clueless folks to it ............. and yes, I know Google is my friend ......... I've used it and used it and remain frustrated.

Check the "Sex Attacks" page. One of the selectable conditions is when restrained. I believe there is also a cooldown setting you can use to change the frequency.

This may just be me being picky, but is there a way to revert the Slave Collar from its new Silver padded collar, back to the old Ebonite Harness collar one? Or is it possible to have the two different styles?

That's the reason i didn't search for anything like bodyslide support

Nevertheless i never meant to demand implementing the outfit and didn't want to cause any trouble to Kimy. 

But if somebody here has some skills with bodyslide, the author made clear everybody is free to use it as long as giving credit. If somebody could take the torch and make a bodyslide preset, i'd be very happy.

Didn't wear it yet, not sure how it looks and i didn't try replace textures yet, but in theory:

Just checked the texture folder in cursed loot, the only collar i could find is in a folder called "dasha". It shouldn't be a problem to copy the ebonite textures from DD, name them like the ones in the dasha folder and overwrite these with the renamed copy, but as i said, didn't try, make a backup before trying. Well, in worst case you would have to reinstall cursed loot which wouldn't hurt much, but still... backups are never useless

Sashas house (The dollmaker): whatever quest is there I do not know, but Sasha eventually demands to be serviced (from another mod).

predictably the game crashes to desktop.

I am positive 100++ percent it's something to do with HDTPE+HHS, but there s little I can do. It works usually on a repeat of the same scene (after restarting).

 

Julius in the arcanaeum:

  Once he decides to take advantage of you before giving any secrets away, Player agrees and then (Because of another mod) Julius dies horribly.

It's ok though, Julius just needs to be resurrected before the next secret-reveal. (Revealment is not a word, says spellchecker).

Plus, Peaches (My PC) has already completed the quest in a previous version, so this is mostly curiosity on her part.

IOW she already has the book, the key, the outfit, but apparently she LOVES schlepping crap all over hellandbeyond to please.

You can hear the SE and see the HP bar flashing. But the forced switch to 3rd person view doesn't happen, and your action will not be interrupted as well. I guess it's because I just updated DDI to 3.0beta1, but not very sure.

Kimmy also once posted that containers in player houses are safe to drop DD items while Bondage Lover is active.

I have a few questions about Sasha and her mother, the Dollmaker:

1. Are the cells in the house of the Dollmaker used for something?

2. I think this is a translation mistake, but in the german subs when asked to put the player in chains, sasha talks about to take his/her keys away, but my keys still

    remain in my inventory.

    Is this as intrendet or should the keys taken away?

3. Is it possible to give Sasha a dom/normal/sub personality instead of her actual normal/sub personality depending on what she and the player is wearing?

    I think her sub personality could be triggered when she is wearing at least her slave collar as it actually is.

    Her dom personality could be triggered when she locks the player away in the special chasity belt. But the player should be cautious when he/she asks Sasha to lock him/her away.

    First she could say something like " I'm not worth it to cary your keys! " and the player can agree with her or insist on her/his own wish. When instisted, Sasha would lock the

    player away, take his/her keys and switch to her dom personality. If she is wearing her colar, she would unlock it with the players keys because a dom doesn't wear chains.

    Depending on her relationship to the player now different events can happen:

      When she likes the player, nothing hapens.

      When she is a little bit angry with the player, she would put more devices on him/her, depending on her anger.

      When she is realy angry with the player, she mybe also starts whoring out the player when entering a city or a Inn (like in Maria Eden) or at least sell him to the

      simple slavery auction

    The relationship betwen the player and Sasha could be depend on how often the player gifs her gifts and ask her for favours (Collect special items, have sex) VS how often/long the

    player puts her into chains, whore her out and use the shock collar.

    Also, maybe Sahsha tell her mother how bad the Dragenborn is and the Dollmaker would take care of the Dragonborn for a time --> use for her cells

DCL 5.5 feedback and questions

 

Hi Kimy, first of all thanks for the update and your work in the DD Integration too. I'm glad that someone really active helps to improve the DD area.

 

 

DCL 5.5

 

Question 1: I didn't see anything concerning the Damsel in Distress quest in the update notes. Am I right when I assume that it is still as it was in 5.4?

 

Question 2: When I updated to 5.4 I barely started the Bound Queen quest. I only found the the book and talked to the NPC. I hope this won't affect the quest after the update.

 

 

Bug reports

 

1. The Queen Sarah set has missing texts on the magical effect page (last tab in the spell menu).

 

2. Key generation might be bugged. I set the Chastity key to 0 weight (so I can find only Restraint key and Piercing tools) yet I still find Chastity keys. It still might be the bug from "DD for the Masses" mod (3.0), which I set to not give keys at all.

 

 

Immersion

 

I find it strange that the Queen set forces the player to not wear any clothes. I mean, I don't think the king forced his daughter to be naked all the time. Anyway, the NPC in Winterhold mentioned that it is cursed, but it would be nice to learn more about the story. Atm I'm on th diary part, so I don't know yet how the quest works.

 

Also, it would be nice if at the end of the questline, the set would lose the curse effect and could be worn under armor. It might be OP, but this way the player can forget about all custom armors/outfits.

 

 

DDi related question / visual bug

While wearing Chastity Bra, I equipped a HDT BBP Transparent rubber suit. This caused the tits clip out of the bra as they moved.

 

I don't know if it is possible to override the outer layer's physics when the characer wearing a Chastity Bra.

The OK this is heavily redacted until I figure out "spoilers", but the last thingy for Julius (The Beacon) has no pointer.

It isn't "Near" the Beacon, it's freaking inside.

Julius has two members, a normal-sized one and a freaking tree-trunk prosthetic. Not sure if that was on purpose, and I'm afraid to fool with any SOS settings, so I do not touch them, but I thought it was mentionable.
