Just wait a few days eventually the courier will find you (major cities are the fastest way I think) give you a letter and it will start the second part.

Open (or create) your SkyrimCustom.ini file in .../My Documents/My Games/Skyrim. Add the following lines to that file (you may also need to edit these in your Skyrim.ini if already specified there). If any of these lines already exist, just make sure they are toggled to "1" instead of "0". Note that the section below under [Papyrus] may already exist in the Skyrim.ini file in the same directory, in which case you must add the below text to Skyrim.ini and not SkyrimCustom.ini or it will not work. [Papyrus]bEnableLogging=1bEnableTrace=1bLoadDebugInformation = 1[code=auto] You might need to start the game, stop it and then start it again before the logging "takes". I've had to do that in the past - never did work out why
Content Consumer Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 How do I get a log file? A papyrus log is essentially a big list of background things that happen in Skyrim while you play. It can be helpful to developers because it can help narrow down causes of crashes or mods not working properly. This link (LINK) gives a description on how to get your papyrus log. Basically, edit your My Documents / My Games / Skyrim / skyrim.ini file and add the following lines: [Papyrus] fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS=500.0 bEnableLogging=1 bEnableTrace=1 bLoadDebugInformation=1 Then, start Skyrim. To figure out what's wrong, you'll need to load your saved game, before you started noticing the problem, and play through until the problem happens. Then exit the game. Hopefully you still have a save before the problem started! Then, in your My Documents / My Games / Skyrim / Logs / Script folder you will see a Papyrus.0.log file (or papyrus.#.log - if you don't know which is the right one, just go ahead and post them all). Either post that file here via attachment, or copy the contents of it and post it in a spoiler tag. p.s. Make sure to turn logging off when you play normally, as it increases the load on the engine and can lead to slowdowns or, potentially, crashes. To turn logging off, change these three lines: bEnableLogging=0 bEnableTrace=0 bLoadDebugInformation=0 Turning the ones into zeroes. EDIT: Ninjad!

You didn't load a save from after the scene had stalled and post the log from that, by any chance? I need one where you played up to the point where it broke. Say from "Does the name Cursus Aleator mean anything" onwards. There is an error about the party heels not filling a DD alias which could explain a few things, but it's hard to say without seeing the error that causes the breakage.
badbat111 Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 the bottle happened again XD before going to bj i put all gear into my house so only things i had on me was the note for dark investigations and the note for bj from your quest no bottle in inventory no bottle in his chest yet it still triggers the bottle dropping to the floor my character is in windded pose but it doesnt get off the floor if i press jump the player goes back to normal standing up i can move but quest doesnt do anything when i run away from cart bj doesnt say anything and the watchers follow me

Are those mods incompatible with qayl? And I'll post proper log as soon as possible.
jfraser Posted September 9, 2015 Posted September 9, 2015 Hmm...I wonder if nmm and/or mo is capable of recognizing files that don't go in the data file. It wouldn't be hard to make a mod that turns logging on and off by simply overwriting that file. Although probably wouldn't work in game...

Haven't tested against cursed loot, but I don't remember it having much that might break anything. @jfraser: MO has this idea of tweaks that should work, since they apply dynamically to ini files. Overwriting them wuld be harder since you don't know what other custom setting you might be nuking. Could probably write a python script and plug it into wrye bash. I expect most of us use one or both of those these days.

The quest stop when I try to talk to Lurgi and the other guard but nothing happen (I try disable the dialogue quest as you've mentionned that it mess with you mod). Is that the new end for the moment, if not is there a way to skip this scene ?

The scene pretty much is the remaining content. If it won't start there isn't really anything after it. I'm still basically bug fixing the last release.I'll get that scene working soon. Although ... what version of racemenu do you have installed? It's possible one of us needs to upgrade.
