ThatSeasonsGal Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Wait for a courier to deliver a letter to you
mazz89 Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Just tried new update/ break fix qayl_d42_part2 doesn't progress after reaching stage 90(after nodding yes) and also I had to manually set the stage 50 I don't if that helps
J.Cray Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Thanks Doc,I finally made it to the Cursus' estate...and now got the Lurgi Issue The hotfix seem to work, Lurgi did talk without gag-talking , but my option to reply didn't show up either. Still love your work, though.
chuzidai Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Even with the hotfix, the gag speack is still effective. I tried to use console to remove the device and I can't star conversation after the first sentence. I also tried to use console to setstage to 50, after the scene still nothing happened. Great mod by the way, thank you very much!
DocClox Posted September 5, 2015 Author Posted September 5, 2015 So what are you people trying to tell me? My computer can't get it up? Seriously, glad to know he's performing as expected elsewhere at least. I wonder why it's not working here. On the bright side we finally made to Aleator Estate. The scene here ends about at the end of Lurgi's little lecture on the subject of Women's Rights. The next bit is walking (or being dragged) down to see Cursus and I don't think I got any further than that at all. So this is going to take a bit of work to get past. Also, I'm considering filling the cart with random trade goods to raise the floor to the level of the seating - see if that stops the jumping about.
WaterRabbit Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 I was able to get as far as the first dialogue with Lugi and just after. I didn't get any further dialogue from him and the mod seemed to end there. Just a couple of things I noticed: 1) Before the second quest starts and the back of the cart is a carpet visible hanging in the air. 2) None of the MCM options seem to do anything. 3) There seems to be a timing issue with Bjorlam touching the tattoo. Suggestion might just be to have Bjorlam drop a sack to get the clothing instead of keep returning to the cart. The other suggestion would be to have a pop up that indicates the end of the mod so far and to then return control to the player.
danta Posted September 5, 2015 Posted September 5, 2015 Sorry I need help. I finish sporting proposition and then what ? I drink the solvent and start a quest with no markers. Also how do I start the new quests thanks
DocClox Posted September 5, 2015 Author Posted September 5, 2015 1: The carpet thing sounds odd - is this just as the quest ends? 2: Yeah, the MCM options are something I started and never got very far with. I shoud probably disable that until I'm ready to attack the problem in earnest. 3: I wondered about that. It's new if so. As in just this release. I wonder what I did to change the timing. BJ goes back to the cart to give the PC time to put her own items on - for those who like that level of submission. And for those that don't, it also offers a chance to try and run away. (It won't work, but some people will want to RP it that way). So that part is probably going to stay. There is a little dance he does where he walks back to one spot and then the next that could be smoothed out. The pop-up and teleport back to Whiterun sounds good to me Sorry I need help. I finish sporting proposition and then what ? I drink the solvent and start a quest with no markers. Also how do I start the new quests thanks The "soluble problems" quest is just a placeholder at the moment. I really do have a lot of work to do if this is ever going to be finished. The thing to do is do something else for a couple of days. Or just go to the Bannered Mare and stay there for 48 hours and then come back out. There should be a courier with a new message for you.

WaterRabbit Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 1: The carpet thing sounds odd - is this just as the quest ends? I noticed it showing up after you fixed the pathing. It probably just isn't disabled at start.
DocClox Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 @badders: yeah, there are two ways to start the quest - it's all about that tats, so if you've not tried the solvent then, BJ triggering the meat-stamp will start the quest. The empty bottle is on my bug list. That shouldn't happen. @water: Whoops. Yeah I did add another carpet to the ramp. That'll need taking care of. And all the sacks and stuff I've added to the cart interior. And the collision planes. Good catch.
Rdawgx Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Hey guys, I'm hoping you can help a major pleb who for some reason cannot unequip the pony boots at all. I only have the option to carry on and to put them on even though they are already on. Even if I type in "player.removeallitems" it deletes everything else except the boots. It sucks when your character is stuck wearing the boots and permanently slowing you down. When I equip them it says that Devious devices was not installed correctly but I've reinstalled all the components of it many times to no avail. It just doesn't seem to work. Any help?
Rdawgx Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 And yes I just realized that this is the wrong forum to post this problem in. However, all help is appreciated!

DocClox Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 I think I have a solution to the jumping up and down problem Tested and it works rather well. I'm thinking of sticking with this idle and leaving the chains off. They looked a bit weird sticking out of the end of the cart like that. My only worry is that she now looks way too comfortable with all those sacks and carpets to lie on. I wonder if there's a section of wooden flooring I can scale down and repurpose. I'd use the stockade walkways, but the legs would show through the bottom of the cart. The posts would look weird at the top, too. Also, it is truly scary just how much time you can waste with the console sae command and a list of ZAP poses and idles... @rdawgx If they're the boots you get from the race start, the key you find in the chest at the end should unlock them. Or are you not getting the "unlock with key" option?

Or are you not getting the "unlock with key" option? Is there any kind of "double stockade" with her arms and head in one and her feet in the bar irons? Or maybe something like in the "Bondage Furniture" mod might be able to be turned/rotated to fit a bit better.
DocClox Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 There's a spreader bar which might work. Hard to see how Bjorlam can work that into his "just trying to look after you" chatter though
asdfa93 Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Hi! Is it a bug or I don't know, but I have a little problem:after I completed the quick as you like quest my screen was still dark like I was having blindfold on. I tried everything removeallitems, mcm menu settings but nothing happens. My screen is still half dark like a 20% blindfold...

Try opening the console and typing "rimodcf" - there's a problem some folks experence with an imagespece modifier getting stuck. That should clear it Don't want your ankles to knock together if the cart gets jostled, you could bruise. heheh

It says something about the device ID not found and something else about null form and a series of numbers and letters.
DocClox Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 maybe you could get a log file and post it to pastebin?
Nixea Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I realize this is unlikely to be the source of my issue, but I was unable (or rather, unwilling) to finish this mod because once the initial run was over and I headed to a blacksmith to get the armbinder off, both characters just standed there making sexual noises once he demanded payment for the help. I'm posting this here because I made a quick matchmaker test on a different profile and sexual animations triggered just fine. For the record, I was running this with deviously helpless (I find the race to be pure boring nonsense if I don't have to run from rapist bandits to actually have something to do while I get to the end). I actually made the *mistake* of managing not to get taken at all, so I found out sex anims didn't work until I actually ran all the way from Riften to Haafingar... I have no words to express how utterly shitty the realization was. So yeah, why does my game hate your mod? My rig isn't the best ever so is there any chance that heavy scripts or basically a lot of stuff going around might prevent sexlab from properly executing its animations?
DocClox Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 Let's see now... QAYL doesn't care if you take the armbinder off or not. In fact I've done my best to accommodate creative solutions like that. Pay to get the 'binder off? Struggle loose and steal a horse? Fast travel to Northwatch Keep? It's all good. So like you say, it's unlikely that QAYL is behind the blacksmith problems. It's also designed to be run in combination with Helpless, Defeat, SD+ or something of the sort. Why write my own rape scripts when there are a load already out there. I agree, the race by itself would get old quite quickly. Your sex anims issue sounds like what happens when the new SexLab has not been installed from the MCM menu. I have no idea why your game hates my mod. Maybe they were at school together and my mod always stole your game's lunch money. Your guess is as good as mine.
