Yes it is vanilla. Unlike some people everything in my game has not been altered by a mod. Only some things...

1. High Gate Ruins
2. Windstad Manor - Instead of the tower, I prefer the terrace on this side. It has a nice view
3. So close by, it should be the Icerunner

Oops! Magic table is in Deepwood Redoubt. It's the shaman's quarters inside the first "dungeon" you enter. Unless you look around you may not even know it's there.

 

Frankly, since I had recently done Deepwood Redoubt as a twofer I thought that one would be a cinch.
