Janius has the Shrine (lower) to Peryite that is up the hill a little bit from Karthwasten (at the base of the cliff where the major Shrine used in the quest is located).

First two are for Inte: 'bear racing' (ready, teddy, go) and 'if you can't beat 'em, join 'em); the third is my favorite place in Skyrim - Castle Dour door. It's not a name but a descriprion. A castle door. Should be unique enough, no? The inn in Dawnstar. Old Frida the alchemist at the bar in her regular spot. 'Castle Dour door' is wonderful alliteration. Where I come from 'dour' and 'door' can both be pronounced two ways so I like to stand there and run through the permutations.

I should have stated that it's from a mod. He's a 'cave-crawler' (human). The mod in question is part of my cunning Plan C which is coming along slowly due to me continually moving the goalposts. I've changed from AFT to EFF and now to IAFT during this game and I think I've broken something on the follower front. That Visual Transfer mod is top-notch - works great.

It would be first, with that cat head with the bottle in it, but there's no innkeeper with a story about the name. True story friend, true story.
