Grey Cloud Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 I was thinking slightly more NW of Snapleg. West of Darkwater crossing and NW of Darkwater Cave where the road zig-zags down the mountain towards the bridges. Not much but ore veins and animals around there.
Inte Posted May 14, 2017 Author Posted May 14, 2017 That is correct, the two cave markers are Snapleg Cave and Darkwater Pass.
Inte Posted May 14, 2017 Author Posted May 14, 2017 I've outran a bear while bound the other day. Did you outrun anything? Close to Mistwatch. Funny, but I think Ria says something like "I've killed a bear today. Did you kill anything?" Nvm, now I got it. You're outrunning that bear there. Edit, Hold on just one minute, just how do you manage to outrun a damn bear? And do it while bound? Well, I wasn't going to make it. It seems bears have infinite stamina. So I had to go over the rocks to my right there. Also, Mistwatch is close enough, not as close as Snapleg Cave but still.
Grey Cloud Posted May 14, 2017 Posted May 14, 2017 In my defence I should say that I meant Darkwater Pass not Cave. Anyone know what the deep booming sound and the red glow effect in Brittleshins Pass is about?
Lodakai Posted May 15, 2017 Posted May 15, 2017 When Racemenu Strikes! This is what happens when you try to hold in a sneeze. Just LET IT OUT!
Inte Posted May 16, 2017 Author Posted May 16, 2017 When Racemenu Strikes! Oh, wow! Silver-Blood Inn?
Grey Cloud Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 When Racemenu Strikes! This is what happens when you try to hold in a sneeze. Just LET IT OUT! Eventually I did and it came out as a string of curses a mile long.
Grey Cloud Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 When Racemenu Strikes! Oh, wow! Silver-Blood Inn? Yup, direct from the Abandonded Prison. Decided I didn't like my new character and tried to load another preset. Usually works but I think the combo of mods did something. Notice he is wearing female boots - Skyfem. Hrolki and Frabbi are from SOGS v6. Kleppr looks just like them thanks to Skyfem, same clothes and all.
karlpaws Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Sometimes you just need a little mercy... and have to earn it (or someone's starting a new kind of ceremony... I should suggest this to CC for his alt start thing) Next, I don't think this is what most people mean when they say "riding the bench" but it took a bit to set up the shot and this bum just stands there not looking at the sexy chicks going at it not 3 feet from him.

Temple of Mara in Rifton, where Skyrim weddings take place.
Grey Cloud Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Stop dicking around. Oh yes, have a laugh why don't you. I spent hours hatching a cunning plan, reconfibulating my mods and setting up MCMs with midnight fast approaching - and bam! A complete cock-up. Well, just wait till you see my cunning Plan B. MUAHAHA.
Grey Cloud Posted May 16, 2017 Posted May 16, 2017 Tricky one? First 2 images are the same place. Last is just some enterprising giant selling advertising space on his cow.
Inte Posted May 16, 2017 Author Posted May 16, 2017 Tricky one? First 2 images are the same place. Last is just some enterprising giant selling advertising space on his cow. Between Hillgrund's Tomb and Lost Knife Hideout. There is always a bandit archer on that tree bridge. No idea, but I am thinking that bird might be a clue. Nope, your Summer overhaul throws me off, so I'm going to stay away.

Nope, your Summer overhaul throws me off, so I'm going to stay away. It's not that big, fallen log bridge. Other side of the map. The bird isn't a clue, it just turned up at the wrong moment. I had a feeling it would cause confusion. The clue is the sky - I am, technically speaking, inside. Does this help?

But isn't "Plan B" for women? So wouldn't that be their plan B, not yours? With that monster though I don't think even they would need a Plan B.

It's 'cunning' Plan B and it is struggling. Skellies and draugr aren't going to work so everything is riding on goblins. The problem now is actualy finding some. I've been all over the map to known locations and so far haven't seen a single one. The green mutant has gone and I'm back in my old game until I can iron out the problems.

Grey Cloud Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 No locations as such. First two are for Inte: 'bear racing' (ready, teddy, go) and 'if you can't beat 'em, join 'em); the third is my favorite place in Skyrim - Castle Dour door.
karlpaws Posted May 17, 2017 Posted May 17, 2017 Maybe someone else can redeem himself on these rocks and waterfalls
Grey Cloud Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 Maybe someone else can redeem himself on these rocks and waterfalls I'm struggling. I've ruled out Bard's Leap, Deep Folk Crossing and Valtheim Towers. I'm thinking way out West somewhere in the sweep of mountains arcing from Markarth out to Dragon Bridge and beyond or eastern central in the mountains west of Darkwater around where the big log bridge thing is. Cunning Plan B now officially abandoned due to lack of female goblins. The even more cunning but also more labour-intensive and time-consuming Plan C is now partly done. (Would have been done if I hadn't wasted two days looking for goblins before I remembered that there were no females). Anyone any thoughts on AFT vs EFF? I'm planning about 10 followers.

West is close but south of where you were thinking. Technically I shouldn't be able to stand on top of what I am, but you can get under the arch quite easily. One of the icons on the HUD is really right below me, but the other is straight ahead just to the right of the waterfall. It is a key quest location for very late in a certain quest, but if you've not done it you might not recognize it. There are a bunch of really fun guys just to the right of where I'm standing as well, just chilling out with a book and a stick for anyone that finds them.
Inte Posted May 19, 2017 Author Posted May 19, 2017 Maybe someone else can redeem himself on these rocks and waterfalls Twilight Sepulcher. There is no redeeming that last one. No locations as such. A castle door. Should be unique enough, no?
Janius Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 This is easy or not? I think it's okay on difficulty! Haha
