Are you maybe planning on implementing this with more... how should I say it, natural triggers in the future? Like having something like being defeated in combat triggering this sequence, or connecting it to Defeat or Submit? Having the player voluntarily go to start a quest chain knowing it results in enslavement kind of defeats the purpose of being enslaved, to me.

 

Wouldn't that be Sanguine's Debauchery? 

 

Pretty much, but the main difference here is that the author wasn't happy with mods like SD having little to do once enslaved, yes? That doesn't mean they can't have similar triggers, the core content is what happens after enslavement.

 

 

I admit that the opening quest is pretty(very) weak. That quest was me following tutorials on how to make a quest and then adapting them. Any starting quest could be added though as long as it teleports the player to the same bedroll. The trigger on the bedroll then automatically starts the slave town quest.

where i am can find Silver in Mine Quest - dont see it lol

 

Silver?? I removed that from the quest. The only way that would show up is if I uploaded an outdated .esp. I saved over the same esp so it's really strange if that's still showing up.

OK, I thought I couldn't start the quest because of a mode, so I uninstalled everything and... It's better, but it still doesn't work.
I arrived at the Bee and Barn, and I didn't have the red screen, as it should be. I went to the basement, talked to Silvus, and entered the room... And when I entered, I had the red screen, even if I didn't read the letter. And when I sleep, even if I read the letter, I'm just lock in the room. I tried an another time by asking to rent a room from Keerava, but it didn't work.
Maybe I do something wrong ? If I missed somethinf for starting the quest, please tell me what ^^

Curiously, the oldest version - 0.01 - "works" the best. When you talk to Gideon in the Bannered Mare, your journal updates with a quest, and you're actually told to talk to Keerava. You talk to her, and she points you downstairs. Silvius tells you to meet him at night and then you can ask him a question. You go to the room, there's a hazy effect, and you sleep. Afterwards, you're ported to the "slave town." At that point, nothing else works.

 

0.02 has Gideon approach you in the Bannered Mare, but the first part of the dialogue is missing, and there's no journal update with a quest. There's no new dialogue option if you talk to Keerava, and Silvius doesn't ask you to meet him at night before allowing you to ask the question. When you enter the room, there's no hazy effect, and nothing happens after you sleep.

 

0.03 fixes the Gideon approach missing dialogue thing, but again, there's no journal update with a quest. No new dialogue option for Keerava. Silvius doesn't ask you to meet him at night first. There is a hazy effect in the room, and the room locks, but nothing happens after you sleep.

I've recompiled all of the quest scripts to try and fix the scripts not triggering. Can someone check if that works and feedback to me?

 

Thats me done for tonight. Will do more work tomorrow.

This mod looks promising, thanks for sharing.

I tried version 0.3. I had the problem with nothing happening after sleeping on the bed in the basement and the door being locked after waking up. Gonna try version 0.4 now and will let you know.

 

Edit: I do have the same issue with sleeping in 0.4. I checked with console and quest stage is 40. Setting the stage to 50 through the console finishes the Prologue Quest but i am still stuck in the room with the locked door and blurred screen.

 

I did uninstall the Dangerous Nights mod that could interfere with this mod but i still seem to be stuck in the basement room after sleeping. Also, after uninstalling the mod, skyrim would not load my save. I hope this helps you with figuring out the issues.

 

Looking forward to playing this mod to it's full potential, i am sure it will be entertaining :)

Love the idea.

 

I'm also having the issue where you are stuck in the room, and nothing is happening after sleeping. Same with both 0.3 and 0.4.

 

Tried disabling a few popular mods like SD and PO, but those were not responsible for this conflict.

I found Gideon, but you can not to speak to him. Someone knows the solution?

All I'm getting when speaking with Gideon is the Working Girl and Radiant Prostitution dialogue options. 

 

One thought that comes to mind between current downloadable versions is that there may be some script conflicts occurring, amongst other incompatibilities with other mods.  Original 2 downloads had everything in a bsa, but the last two contain a separate scripts folder in addition to the bsa file; a look into the bsa file shows that there are scripts in there with the same names as well, so are all scripts updated correctly in the bsa, and is the script folder even needed? 

 

Also, in the 0.0.4 version, it appears that the bsa and esp files do not share matching names like all other mods I've seen using bsa files; one is called SlaversGuild, the other SlaverTown.  Removing the scripts from the scripts folder doesn't seem to have helped, nor has renaming the bsa to match the esp as far as my issue above, but it's something to keep in mind for future versions.

Just liked to post to say well doe so far there are a few holes into the void but I assume your going to expand or close those off soon enough? I took a look around the docks and really liked the lay out well done. looks far more like an actual village then anything in skyrim. 

 

I also found a bug with the bedroll in the cell you wake up in if you activate it then your inventory is stripped again really easy way to get free if nothing else. :D

 

The orc with the master (can't remember name) also didn't move after locking player controls and supposedly moving to the arena.

 

There is a book on the table in that room ( a gentleman or something like that) that just has a bunch of missing image sprites.

 

besides these issues the worldspace was really well built you get better at scripting with practice and if you keep at it then this will turn out really well.

Ok, new version 0.04 doesnt work at all for me now.

Version 0.03 let me talk to Gideon, he has not any autogreet, no quest mark after talking to him, and at the Bee and Bard I had the red room issue, without reading the letter, and the bed is not working.

In version 0.04 I can´t talk to Gideon, no dialogue branch appears.

I tried going directly to riften, but i have again the "red room" problem, just entering the room ( the quest start message appears) , but without reading the letter.

 

keeping beta-testing, waiting for next fix ;)

Haven't had a chance to test this yet, but I like the concept, and am looking forward to it (and will try to do some actual testing when I can).

 

Weak or not, I do want to state that I like the idea of having a quest that leads to enslavement.  As long as the character could conceivably follow along in the tasks leading up to being tricked, thinking they were doing something else, it seems perfect to me.  There are more than a few other quests even in the regular game where your character gets tricked, led into an ambush, or otherwise set up for something other than what they were expecting, and even if as a player you know it's coming, the character doesn't.

 

Also, thank you for putting in the time and effort to do this - it really is appreciated, and don't let the naysaying get you down.  Modding isn't easy, and it's something that takes a little practice to get good at.  I know I've looked at it before and my head has exploded just trying to wrap around some of it. :)

I want to second @Aliris's comment.  I haven't tried this mod yet, but would certainly welcome a mod like this, that tricks the PC into enslavement.

I don't want to come off as rude, but this mod completely broke my Skyrim and seemingly ruined most of my saves.

 

When I first got it, all I could do with Gideon was ask if we could get to know each other better. So I tried to remove SexLab aroused, and for that matter any mods I had that were potentially un-needed. I ended up removing everything but Skyrim, Update, Sexlab, this mod, and some other minor mods that should have no effect on it.

 

Still nothing. And the game crashes almost any time I do AMYTHING.

I had the issue also but i put the mod all the way at the top of my list and it loads fine. The dialogue works fine but was wondering if it is supposed to give a quest marker because all he does is tell me to go to the bee and barb and investigate but i can't figure out what to do

 

I'll put this in a spoiler so that those, who haven't played it so far, can find it out for themselves first.

 

 

Talk to Silvius Verne. First time, I found him in the basement of the Bee and Barb. Then have a look around in the basement.

 

 

 

i actually did that and he doesn't seem to have an dialogue options even when i set the mod as high as i can on my list. Even after I found what needed to be found it still wouldn't progress. I couldn't even use the console commands to force progression. the only mods that I think may be causing these issue are the Devious Device mods and possibly the Radiant Prositiution Tweaked mod. I am also running the LoversGuild mod that may also be causing the issues but I don't that because it does not do anything to the dialogue of all npc's just a select few.

I explored the Dunedin map with the "coc" console command.

I noticed that I can walk in the docks, the slavers bar, but the game crashes for me every time I try to reach the prison, with "coc sgdunedinprison", or by using the docks's dock, unlocking the gate with the key (that I had with th console command).

 

I don't know if it will help you, but I think it was to notice.

 

Anyway, it still looks to be a promising job.

The dialogue with the first guy didn't seem to work for me with 0.0.4 but 0.0.3 works fine to explore the area. Only main issue I had with 0.0.3 was Mhod didn't want to talk to start the mining area. The other two quest lines seem to work fine for me. (although I couldn't find that last shiv...) Only other issue I saw to be aware of is that there are some grey heads in the area.

 

Looking forward to the development. :D

0.0.4 doesn`t work. Prologue quest is not starting no matter what i try.

In 0.0.3 and lower can`t get past 1st objective of the prologue. (it repeats the dialogue about Silvas and does not progress)

setstage sgprologue doesn`t help either

 

Interesting mod nontheless. Keep it up :)

I didn't realise that this was something that so many people wanted so badly. It's marked as broken and buggy as shit yet it's got over 1000 downloads?
