Zhukov Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 FoxFingers, you sir are a genius. Love the mod. I needed to leave a message of recognition for your great job. Â The greetings of our lovers when they see us are priceless. This is how spouses should react in game, and not what Bethesda has done. Â
jaydern Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 i need help i killed ildi before now i cant continue the lisette quest. is there a way to fix this? Â
FoxFingers Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Can these faction be added to other custom followers? or follower mods?  You could add any NPC to any faction using the console.  In the case of these factions it's probably really only going to work as intended with the NPCs it's designed for. Your mileage may vary.  Thanks! Â
FoxFingers Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Is it worth to try, when I already completed all vanilla quests? I have read some quest descriptions and it looks, most of this quests won't work for my 99lvl character.  Some will work, some will not work. It's designed to be used from the start of a play through.  Some people have reported success with some quests, or by starting them at the console, deep into a play through. Â
FoxFingers Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 i need help i killed ildi before now i cant continue the lisette quest. is there a way to fix this?  If she's dead the Quest cannot start because the Quest will not be able to reserve her alias. The game won't start it no matter what you do.  If the quest was already in progress she should not have died - the quest would have set her essential and therefore un-killable.  Recommend having a mod from Nexus or somewhere that sets NPCs essential. Or, even better, don't kill your future lovers. Just don't do it.

This is how spouses should react in game, and not what Bethesda has done.   I can't believe I ignored this mod for so long. It's fantastic and it's really great to hear the lovers idle dialogue coming from my followers. The only quest I could not get to work was with Mjoll. Even with the console no dialogue options came up. But this is really great.  Appreciate the good word, thanks! Glad it adds to your game.

I've been able to target npcs killed by dragons or vampires and resurrect them from the console. I think the prid command can select something you can't see? I haven't had anyone near-critical die though, so I don't know how that might interact with quests starting or not.  I did have an oopsie the other night, sexing up Ainathach before kicking the mercs out of his mine, and one of my death-by-sex mods killed him. The mercs started leaving the mine, and Atar then got picked by dangerously nude and he died. I had resurected Ainathach and turned in the quest to him successfully. (just had to share that, cause it was funny at the time, and might mean Jaydern isn't more virtually screwed than thought). Â
Dreamweaver Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Quick question. Was the reason for Mjoll, Sapphire and Ingun turning invisible at the end of the Riften quest ever identified? I've had a look back through the topic and seen some theories that it's down to the automatic free camera, but I never use that myself, always using numberpad 3 to toggle it manually if I want it. I played through that quest again tonight and Mjoll and Sapphire were invisible again during the SexLab animation, but visible before and after. Â Ingun was completely invisible the whole time she was in the house. I needed to use the compass marker to track her down and when I was in the right place with the camera pointing in just the right direction the prompt to speak to her showed up on my screen. She was invisible through the conversation before the animation, the animation itself and the conversation after. She did appear once she left the house, but then quickly faded away and vanished again while I could track her by the talk prompt as she made her way across town. While I could see her, parts of her body were stretched off to the horizon - which for some reason makes me think it might be down to an hdt-pe issue. Once she went inside the alchemy shop she appeared as normal. Â Though the quest dialogue suggests they should go to the temple of Mara afterwards, Ingun at least doesn't seem to do so. She went straight to the alchemist's, which I assume is her normal routine for the time of day I finished the quest. I don't suppose there's any chance that somehow the game is trying to override their presence in the house with where their vanilla routine is saying they should be? My lack of modding knowledge is probably showing there, but when Ingun was "stretched" across town her stretchy bits were reaching out towards the alchemist shop she walked straight to. Â During the animations I tried hotkeys to reset the actor positions, rotate the scene, adjust one actor individually and toggling the free camera, but none of the women ever showed up except very faintly for a fraction of a second or so. It's certainly a weird issue. Â I should probably note that I use Bijin Warmaidens Mjoll and my own redesign for both Sapphire and Ingun. They're very simple appearance overhauls, though.
FoxFingers Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Whatever that issue is, I've never seen it or anything like it. And I've been through all these scenes dozens of times making them.  If it's not something I can clearly see in my own game or that I know I caused (like, say, Irileth's force greet) it's generally not something I can address. I just put it down to Mod Conflicts of a particular users load order.  Edit:  I remembered this, about Warmaiden's.  "Aela becomes invisible during the quest of Silver Hand's one scene when she turns into a werewolf. She is still there though and goes back to normal after that quest. Please disable Bijin warmaidens.esp on your mod manager or skyrim start menu during only that quest if you worry that bug. This mod isn't compatible with werewolves." [LINK]  Right, so there is an example of something becoming invisible. Why, I don't know.  I imagine whatever is making stuff Invisible has to do with the Mods people have selected to run and how they work together.  Amorous Adventures on it's own does not do anything besides telling the NPCs they should walk into the house now and wait for the Player to cure them.  If you are using Warmaidens (as you said) and your own NPC changes, you should try disabling those and running the scene again. Are they still invisible? Maybe that is the issue.
Dreamweaver Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 I'll give that a try tomorrow, thanks. I think I still have a save from before the end of the quest. Â There's a patch for Warmaidens that fixes that particular issue with Aela. The same thing happens with the other NPCs covered by that mod if you turn them into werewolves with AFT or Moonlight Tales - they are invisible in werewolf form. Apparently it also happens if you make them vampire lords. It has something to do with giving them a unique skin as a "body armour" in their traits tab in the creation kit. Werewolf and vampire lord forms need to be added on to it if they can appear as such. Other than their eyes and hair, my Sapphire and Ingun overhauls only use vanilla resources and then have the same body and skin textures everyone else uses, but I guess with so many mod combinations possible, and with Skyrim being Skyrim, unexpected things can always go wrong. Â And while I know I've pointed out a couple of problems I've been having with it tonight, I want to say again that Amorous Adventures is one of very, very few mods I can't imagine playing Skyrim without. It really is brilliant.
FoxFingers Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Well, if you could try it out and see if that works, that would be great. Â Here's another angle to take - do you have any Mods running that change Riften itself, or that house? Â It's going to probably be something along those lines that is causing the invisibility issue.
Sacremas Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Hey, I had the same issue with Ingunn turning invisible last time; I just reloaded and did the scene over again and this time made sure not to make the sex scene use the nearby bed as changing rooms seem to cause this, and then it worked. Another time I had a very similar issue with invisible NPCs, and then I clicked the NPC in the console (thanks to Sexlab's PapyrusUtil you'll see their name if you hit them), then type "disable", "enable", "moveto.player" and that fixes it every time. Also as I mentioned elsewhere don't use Sexlab's automatic free camera toggle, toggle it yourself using numpad3.
Sacremas Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 As for dead NPCs, you can't resurrect them with consoles because it will reset all their faction ID's includng lover's faction, so they will no longer be available for this quest. I had this issue when I accidentlaly killed Camilla Valerius before finishing her quest (werewolf thing), I resurrected her, added her to all the factions that was needed, but her quest could not be finished any longer and was always in my journal, but she got the lover's greetings. This also goes if you try to resurrect a killed shopkeeper, for example if Adrianne gets killed by a vampire attack and you resurrect her, she won't be able to act as a store or smith any longer, and Ulfbreth will talk about her as if she was dead.
FoxFingers Posted February 20, 2015 Author Posted February 20, 2015 Hopefully once you take some time off you feel the urge to do some more. I would love to see the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood done as well as the companions was done personally.  But if you don't I completely understand, it is a impressive and time consuming mod to make I am sure.  Well, at the very least, let's say this Mod is on hiatus for now.  About a year ago I picked up Skyrim on a Steam sale (Legendary edition) . And so I modded it out (STEP core) and then ended up at Lovers Lab to get some Sex Mods. Because sex.  And none of the Sex Mods really were what I wanted, personally, in my game.  So I started playing and Modded as I went. Each NPC I ran into I thought I wanted as a Lover I stopped and made a quest for.  Really, I've never actually progressed that far in the game. The quests you see available - that's how far I have progressed in the game after one year.  I've never done the Main Quest, the Thieves Guild, the Mages Guild, the Dark Brotherhood, the Civil War or pretty much anything else besides what you see. (By chance I stumbled upon the fact that there's even Orc strongholds and started working on those briefly).  I did kill Alduin for the first time the other night, because now I'm playing and not Modding. I got my followers to please my PC. But pretty much everything else I mentioned, never played through it.  And I guess that just goes to show how many desirable NPCs you can run into without actually accomplishing anything of note in the game.Â
vimublue Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 this is really great mod , but i have a problem when i make anneke as my follower then i return to sylgja house her house is always locked i'm trying to waiting for few days and it's still locked how do i fix that?
Bad Dog Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 @Fox, LOL, yeah can't count the number of characters I've started and progressed without finishing any major quest. I think skyrim is more fun on the lower levels. I did kill Alduin (once) but I was so overpowered with (vanilla Skyrim) weapons and armor that he just fell over and my helpers had nothing to do.  Anyway, just adding my voice to the people telling you what a great mod it is. Whether you go on or don't, thanks for what you've done.
TBDM Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 I understand what you mean, though I have to admit I think I can still come up with a laundry list of NPCs I'd like to see in this game (though Serana would take the first ten spots ). I still need to finish the thieves guild or civil war one of these days haha. Â This is really an amazing mod and is easily one of my favorites
Dreamweaver Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 An update on the Mysterious Disappearing Women issue: Â Unfortunately my oldest save apart from my LAL cell starter save was just after curing Mjoll, so I couldn't test with her, but I deactivated my NPC overhaul that includes Sapphire and Ingun and tried with them. With the vanilla appearances they both worked fine. Â Then I reactivated my mod and loaded the same save. This time they also both worked. So I'm not really sure why it did it before, or why it does it for some others there as well. The mod I have for Sapphire and Ingun is my own and no one else has it because it's never been released. It also includes Sylgja, Senna, Ysolda, Adrianne, Saadia, Elisif, Illdi, Lisette and Camilla as well as many others (I added in quite a few just in honour of AA) and I've never had invisibility problems with any of them. They all use vanilla sliders for their redesigns, with only hair and eyes from mods. In fact, the only women I can think of added as lovers by AA that I don't have covered by one appearance overhaul or another are Pantea, Sybille and Danica. The only invisibility problems I've had are with the end of the Riften quest. Going back to the three of them afterwards always works fine, it's just the scenes in the house there. Â There's nothing I can think of in my mod list that changes Riften except for graphical stuff, like ENB, Relighting Skyrim, SMIM and Skyrim HD textures, and nothing specific to Aerin's house. For the record the invisibility last night happened with scenes both using a bed and not, and I wasn't using automatic free cam. Â So maybe in future a simple reload might fix it if it happens again. I'll also keep Sacremas' disable/enable/moveto tip in mind, too. Sorry I couldn't be much help, but at least it worked today and I got to see two of them get their cure. Â Thanks again for an amazing mod, FoxFingers.
shinji72 Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015    For now though, I think I can say that it is a good Mod, a quality Mod and it does feel pretty complete.  Thanks!   Nooo... I planned to take over Pewdipie by 2018 with the Amorous Adventures' gameplay!!   Well. AA is full of content (not to mention the quality). With just half the stuff would still be a awesome. Good think it's pretty modular so whenever the hurge come back you can add stuff pretty easily. I've read you have legendary edition but still never completed the main quest and many others. Just in case go to Solstheim. There is a obnoxious and arrogant Npc in a fungus tower who could be e nice subject for a little seduction plot (and the related vanilla quest feels incomplete as usual). Also the Skaal village could need some love.
TnTTnT Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 But I have a question because I have a problem. Here is I make the collections and I end in the good the demands to take then some pleasure with Ysolda etc. until in the step of problem. But my real problem and when I wish to turn to make love with the person whom I helped and very impossible it has there well the dialogues and after absolutely nothing the person goes away without setting of pleasure and my character finds himself as an idiot Xd  You only give Mammoth tusk to Ysolda right? There are still few more steps until she will agree to have sex with you. Â
Galaad Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Yes, I made everything correctly. Then Ysolda and my character make love with no problem at all, but my problem is when I return to see Ysolda second time to ask for more to him of the pleasure there are the dialogues but then no animation starts. Â Moreover it occurs for all the pnj of the collection.

Sacremas Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 Unless you don't have a single other mod at all, that's exactly the wrong place to put it; it needs to be at the END of your load, the last mod you load before you load things like Automatic Variants and a Wrye Bash patch.
