FoxFingers Posted February 7, 2015 Author Posted February 7, 2015 Thanks for the update, I am replaying the game now and I noticed on thing: Sine the Riften quest was there, after I banged Mjoll, there is a dialog option for making her a follower (and she always refuse regardless if I have other followers already). But she is suppose to be your follower ONLY after you found her sword. So now that vanilla quest won't initiate and she won't become my follower unless I use the EFF's force recruit option..... The Riften Walkthrough mentions this side-effect. Bethesda made her follower status dependent upon her disposition. Anyways, are you sure about her not handing you the Grimsever quest? I've looked at that code. It has kind of some steep requirements. Only available after Level 14 and a Change Location. I think Foxfingers are right here, you need to get the quest for getting Grimsever, and you need to get to lvl 14 to have her as follower. So that mean, instead of waiting her to give me the quest, I just go to the cave and get the sword and initiate the quest? I just did the Riften quest myself on a level 16 character. Mjoll was available as a follower, and followed me, right after I had completed her part of the quest. Grimsever was not required. So I couldn't say what issue you are having. Bethesda made Mjoll's potential follower status dependent on her Disposition to the player. Making love to Mjoll increases her disposition, so that's why she can become a follower without Grimsever in Amorous Adventures. In the base game the only way to increase her disposition is retrieving Grimsever. Hope that helps, thanks.

Sacremas Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 All characters work that way with disposition, so if you raised the disposition of Ulfric to 4 he becomes a potential follower (unvoiced of course). Sexlab Submit which includes a consensual ask for sex with speech with success+sex raising disposition by 1 was altered to prevent Jarl followers by changing the dialogue with Jarl characters. Incidentally if you're using the Underground Bathouse it's ability to invite NPCs to live on the bathouse is likewise based on their disposition, so if there's some NPC you want to be living there just raise them and invite. I accidentally invited a random unnamed Vampire Nightstalker using Perkus Maximus which has a "hug" system where if you hug a friendly NPC you raise them to disposition 4 instantly (don't ask me how a vampire nightstalker was friendly to begin with), after which I was free to invite her along. I did not get any option to send that Vampire Nightstalker to the dark area, apparenly she didn't look evil enough, but I was able to invite to live in the dark area... Lucia the Heartfires adoptee in Whiterun, apparently she's evil enough for it. Kids nowadays...
Rattlesnark Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Just got around to continuing my main character playthrough, had Amorous Adventures installed and updated to 1.32 via standard NMM installation (no "clean saving" obviously, I'd lose all my progress that way). After doing the deed with Lisette at the Winking Skeever, the quest stage to talk to her a final time pops up. At the same time though, I'd suddenly also had the quest complete popup for 'Brelyna's Practice' and had a Necklace of Nullification quest reward added. I had already completed this quest very long ago through the proper means, IIRC.Of course, I'm in no way absolutely certain this has anything to do with this mod in particular, just thought I'd mention it.
Sacremas Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Found a good easy addon for male sex partners; during Love and Death in Riften you're told to speak to Maul about Sapphire, wheras you get a Persuade and a Bribe option, so why not add a "use my body" option like with Orgnar? Also, any chance to enable Orgnar (and Maul possibly, if the above is added) as Lovers while at it?
Adventurion Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Really? A Kickstarter for the romance mod? I never would have come up with that idea in my most wild, fevered imaginings. Geeze, maybe I missed a bet. I should have run a Kickstarter to hire the actress who voiced Lydia. Oh, the things she would say in my Mod... so sweet and yet so dirty. I would kill dragons with her for all eternity. Fox, I'm with you on that one ! Lydia is truly special ...
Adventurion Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Male romance is easy. "You horny?" "Yeah." "Let's do it." But hey, it's a challenge. I'll see what I can do. I love the idea of beefing up (and sexing up) the follower commentary. The big downside of Skyrim over other RPGs is how bleah the personalities are. More color there would be great. Absolutely ! Everytime I play Skyrim, I wish the companions spoke more, reacted more...[ Imagine... Aela speaking about how much she enjoyed the previous night with you ! ....making Lydia red with jealousy.....eventually leading to a steamy, steamy Threesome ! ] Party Banter [ remember DragonAge:Origins ?]...These are some of the few things that fall Short in Skyrim....

And that's the problem I have: she won't give me the quest yet the only walk around for this vanilla bug is use the console command and change the affliction level so I can hire her.............. And this mod change that as well......
Sacremas Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 For Mjoll I've found it often solves it by talking to her, agreeing about her thieves guild stance, exhausting all dialogue options (especially how Aerin saved her life) with her then leaving her alone to wander aorund and do her thing, then talk to her again maybe next day and you'll have the "how did you loose your sword" option 99% of the time as long as you're level 15ish.
Adventurion Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 2. Carlotta Valentia You read " A gentleman's guide to Whiterun" , then confront Mikhael the bard,....but instead of paying you money as a reward ,..Carlotta offers herself to you ! Damn ! That would be Hot ! But totally the opposite of Carlotta's behavior or personality. I'd use another approach: the dragonborn as a good father for her daughter. After dealing with Mikhael, you should show how worthy you are. Having Hearthfire DLC, you can give Mila a toy doll. Or give it to Carlotta with the line 'a present for Mila' or something like that. Both triggers a 'thank you' response from Carlotta, and her interest. After It, dialogue checks based on: Human PC The PC on the imperial side (because a few things ITTR I read in teswikia) Level Being thane Owning a house Guild or faction rank Amount of septims in inventory (...) You know, whatever to show you are an solid pretender. You should pass certain number of this checks for her accepting to date you. After that, maybe a couple of dates or dialogue checks (based on whatever) where she actually starts to like you. At this point, just 3rd base sex or foreplay at most. You must marry her. But after you marry her, she's quite naughty and open to threesomes. Maybe theres enough room in the bed for Adrianne Too complicated? too restrictive or difficult? perhaps. But I think it's a more or less realistic approach. Of course, this is just an idea, I dont think it's even doable. I just wanted to reflect that It should be hard to get into Carlotta's pants, as Its shown in her dialogue lines. But you know, considering her personality she'd probably be the dominant mistress type. I'd like to something like that for a change. And i don't exactly know how that's supposed to be, but i'd reckon she'd be using cowgirl anims/ woman on top, mostly? I suppose if the Amorous Adventures version of Delphine (if it ever gets implemented ) is basically her turning out to be a master/mistress and you a pet of sorts, that wouldn't be too bad. According to her personality I dont think she'd want a pet, but a worthy mate. You know, a lioness wants a lion, not a kitten. Gain her respect and you gain her. Rimboche !!! Awesome ideas !!! I think these have the potential to turn into a pretty awesome quest if Fox would be interested...brilliant !
Rattlesnark Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Hah, funny thing with the quest in Solitude - Curse of the Dead Bride. Spoilers to that quest below. The corpse of Elisif's doppelganger in Broken Oar Grotto has her default vanilla look. I'm using an Elisif replacer, so as you can imagine the whole situation with the "cursed bride" supposing to look like Elisif didn't work so well. Would it work if you created a "copy" of Elisif directly (perhaps from her Base ID), killing her/it for the corpse, and placing the necessary loot and marking her as the quest objective instead? It's still a minor issue of course, so it wouldn't matter much if it can't be helped. EDIT: Oh, and a typo error. When returning to Sybille with the desecrated dress, one of the PC's dialogue lines reads "...you can she she was killed in it", may not be exact safe for the part underlined - which I'm guessing was meant to be "see".EDIT 2: Forsworn Billy Idol, HAH!

Rattlesnark Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 ... All of that except Billy has been mentioned several times already in the thread just a page or two back. Ah, silly me. Put the post up mid-game and hadn't gone through the last few pages. My bad!
unknown221 Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 I got a problem in the 'A widow too soon' quest where i crash whenever i get near the Talos shrine. i was wondering if others have this problem, i even started a clean sefe just to check but it still crashes. is it possible i can get the quest ID and stage so i can skip this part since it seems to be the only thing i have a problem with.
Sacremas Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 This mod puts High King Torygg at the Talos shrine for you to talk to, if you're crashing near it there's a chance you have soemthing that's messing with his Sovengarde version. In that case you're going to crash for sure in the final part of the main quest, so I would look into getting that fixed if you intend to go through the MQ with this load order. Look into anything that touches the Sovengarde parts, I can think of some bugged mods like a certain golden nord hero armor available on Steam Workshop that's badly bugged. You could try "COC Sovngarde01" in the console, that puts you in the Hall of Valor, if you crash from that it's Torygg doing it, if you get there fine ("COC Riverwood" to get back once you're done chatting up Ysgramor and folks) then it's Agent Lochalyn and his Thalmor agents or an item spawned in the shrine itsef (random stuff from your installed mods can get placed on shrines), including an item that was placed and that you then uninstalled, that crashes the game every time you get near wherever it was supposed to be. In that case you have bigger problems and probably won't be able to play long on that save regardless. Otherwise quest stages of this mod is available in the text document download next to the main file's download links.

Put the post up mid-game and hadn't gone through the last few pages. My bad! No worries at all, when I'm a newcomer to a 60+ page long thread I generally don't bother reading much back either.

Sacremas Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 If you're that high level then no companion, even mod-added and AFT fixed ones are going to do anything but get in your way, or provide interesting comments (and while she's unique Mjoll has 10ish comments she goes autofire on every 3 minutes), or be a sex partner. For the interesting comments get Lydia with the latest version of this mod, Serana, or a mod companion like Anduniel or Vilja, for the Mjoll (+Sapphire +Ingunn +Illia) sex partner finish the Amorous quest, send them to the bathouse then leave them there until later use. Personally I don't use companions at all after level 40ish as they always become too weak to keep up with my enemy scaling mods. Only companion who's ever been able to keep up with me at that point has been Serana with the Queen of the Damned mod... of course if you're playing vanilla or something close to it on Adept or Expert without powergaming too much then you may very well have a different situation...
edgarrice Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 I just wanted to say thanks for this mod. Brilliant concept and a solid, robust implementation. I loaded it up in a game where I had completed most quests. Several of this mod's quests kicked off anyway, and after starting a couple by hand the rest did. There is even a boss fuck! Outstanding.

I wonder, will that be the issue: my character is already late in game and is level 7X already.............. If you don't speak to Mioll before level 14 or above, then chances are you will need to gain another level before the Grimsever dialogue appears. I usually go get Grimsever first after level 14 then go speak to Mjoll, and the dialogue is usually there, so I can start, update, and finish the quest all the same time. Even if the quest dialogue never appeared and I couldn't start the quest, I would still have her sword, and I could still use either the console, the sex option in this mod, or other mods to raise her disposition and enable the follower dialogue. So even though the quest usually works for me its not exactly essential in my game.
Sacremas Posted February 10, 2015 Posted February 10, 2015 Just noticed that Illia and Anekke get Lydia's new responses as well, was that intentional?

FoxFingers Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 Just noticed that Illia and Anekke get Lydia's new responses as well, was that intentional? There's a common pool the voice types draw from and a couple specific ones per character. Illia and Annekke should never use the "Thane" ones, for example.
FoxFingers Posted February 10, 2015 Author Posted February 10, 2015 sorry for my bad english i cant complete the quest A Widow Reborn ..... please help me... i must talk to elisif one last time but there is no dialog Well, you have not given much information here to work with. Nobody else has brought this up, so it's not a universal problem - it's going to be specific to your game or any mod conflicts you have. Amorous Adventures should be at the bottom of your load order. Use the console "sqv" command to figure out what stage you are on and Set Stage forward as needed. sqv sexlabamorousadventureselisif The quest stages and quest IDs are in the downloadable text document, same place as the mod. Hope this helps Thanks!
