How does the sell players gear work exactly? Because most of the time they still have my gear does an allotted time have to pass before they sell it? Or dependent on how many attempts failed during bondage?

Characters below level 5 will now not receive any devices when knocked down.

Over level 4 you are now fair game and will receive 1 item from the progression list each knock down.

This number will increase by 1 every 5 levels. So by level 20 you will be receiving 4 items per knock down. 

When you hit level 35 and over you will no longer have the gag removed when you get the armbinder. You will now get both. At this level you basically get everything added each knock down

 

This post is already a bit "old". It's of the version before 1.60. V1.60 includes a randomizer what means if you use Level based progression at level e.g. 17 there is a chance that you get up to 3 devices. But they don't have to equip any device at all. You can have luck too. It's not a bug :)

If you want the old progression 1 device every time you get captured simply disable Level based progression.

with version 1.6, I do not get any device at all with a character level 2, is that normal? shouldnt I at least get the arm cuff ?

 

It says in the change log (1.59a) that characters belows level 5 get get no devices at all.

Ok i checked better, when i get an armbinder equipped by this mod i have some issues...and if i try to save i get a crash.

Also i don t get any animation or scene (don t know if is supposed to be one) but i am free to go with the arminder and the submit button even with no valid targets mess with character animations.

 

I am the only one with this issue?

the armbinder will cause your character to get immediately "free", because having the armbinder is not compatible with the zad animation/scene (or at least it would be visually problematic).

 

im not really sure to understand the second part of your sentence ("and the submit button even with no valid targets mess with character animations."). can you develop a bit ?

 

 

If i have armbinder put on by this mod:

-submitting to an npc or triggering submit, will result in the player trying to start the surrender animation, but then trying to return into armbinder position and so on.

-At this point removing armbinder leave the player uncapable of entering combat mode.

-Also trying to save cause a crash

 

 

Armbinder works with any other mod, and works normally if put on manually, just will cause crash if put on by this mod.

 

I hope its more clear because english is not my  first Language.

New verison out that adds the "no sprinting" debuff to the leg cuffs as well as some coding corrections for the devious plugs.

 

Everyone, me especially, needs to give Kain1978 a big congrats because they have really fixed this mod up. Without their help things really wouldn't be working as well as they are, and the mod certainly wouldn't be as fun or configurable as it is now!

that looks "normal", the surendering animation is getting mixed with the armbinder restriction, but that shouldnt cause any problems (thats what I have experimented myself)

mmm, why are you entering combat mode? if you submit, your character should just get hit a few time by the attacker and the bleedout animation triggered.

 

at which point the devices you are wearing, including the armbinder, should be automatically removed by the mod and the sex scene should start after that.

 

compared to what I just said, what doesnt happen in your case ?

when exactly are you saving? during one of the scripted event? or at some time when nothing happen?

because trying to save during a scripted even is likely to break things and, in some case, cause the game to crash.

personally I still have some problems with devices once they are getting re-equipped through scripting, the "worn" state of the items and their related "effects" are not in phase and can get in the way of normal (as in "manually") removing, more specifically after a whole submit/rape/bound sequence, the first device I try to manually remove doesnt react correctly, the "item" is removed, but not the related "effect" ending in a messed state which is annoying to fix (though it is possible, using the console), and the armbinder is concerned too. though I havent fully tested the latest version yet, so I dont know if that problem still occurs or not.

There is a change log in the download section.

  • 1.6b
  • Update to the AI and dialogue control. Your last attacker now has its own AI Package to control it so dialogue should no longer get interupted.
  • Once you are bound your attacker should return to whatever they were doing.
  • If they witness you escaping then they will come after you.

There is, if i remember correctly, a 50% chance that your stolen stuff will be sold. Although, I will need to check to make sure that is still in effect after all the updates done by Kain. I seem to remember something was changed to prevent items being sold all over the place....but I haven't had chance to look at the code to see how that was done.

Yeah, still need some work on the dialogue, but it's getting there :)

I don't know if anyone mentioned it before but main reason why SD+ is not compatible with Submit is lack of option to set minimum health for submit (and this option is available in Defeat). Is there a possibility to add this option?

This maybe a stupid question but what key do you use to escape bindings?   My character is stuck on pole and nothing happens other then the message to try to escape.  I don't see any option in MCM to bind a key other then the submit key and pressing that key cause the game to go bonkers.   Everything up to that points works well and the "poles" are great.

Thanks for the reply.   The strange thing is when I bind the submit key to a different key in MCM, the game basically crashes as though I pressed the key in game.  I must be missing something, MCM options are pretty straightforward.  Do the Shout/Grapple settings affect the submit key when trying to escape?   I'm also thinking there maybe a conflict with another mod.  What ever it is, it must be simple and right in front of me.  Crikey I want to see this mod in action!  :D

I have occasionally encountered a bug which makes the submit key not work for struggling, even if I rebind it to a different key.

Progression doesn't happen nor does dialogue.

 

Try disabling level based progression in the MCM menu, this option has never worked for me but without it regular progression occurs normally.

The broken animation of surrendering/entering combat just cycles until i remove armbinder, but nothing is triggered... then the first time i save will just make the game crash... even if i wait and go in an area with no enemies (even autosave and quicksave).

 

If i don t remove the armbinder the surrender animation just loops in attept to go in combat mode and viceversa.

If i remove it i am stuck in neutral to combat loop but unable to enter combat or change stance.

Found the problem: num lock was off.  duh lol  Now no progression or dialogue, one of the bandits looks like he is on guard duty walking back and forth talking to himself.  Using the submit key to attempt escape is working and the shocks.  My character escaped and the knock down process starts over again as it should, then attempts at escape and break out of binds.  Did this 3 times but no dialogue or progression.  How much time before the dialogue and other effects start?

The dialogue and "progression" don't occur while you're tied up, they occur each new time you're tied up. You should get a new device added to you and the bandit should say something like "I like my toys to be tied up".

I had that problem while having the mod prison overhaul installed, after de-installing it, everything worked correctly
