Deamionzero Posted May 23, 2014 Posted May 23, 2014 Not sure whats causing it, but whenever I have this mod active my main menu won't load. I have the latest of NVSE and NX and I've tried both the April 9th 2014v2 and the May 14th 2014 for the same result. Not sure if anyone else is running into this? I've attached my load order if it helps. Having the same issue here. I've updated my NX to version 14, Sexout to the latest stable release, and made a clean save before upgrading. Tested it out disabling most mods and it always fails to load the UI once I enable the newest version of SexAssault. I get the loading screens, but no options or mouse cursor appear. I've attached my load order, but it was mentioned earlier that this is usually due to a corrupted plugin. I've re-downloaded the file several times, checked it's file size and all seems well. Even attempted to manually install it rather than use FOMM. Still getting the same result. Any help would be most appreciated, and please keep doing your fantastic work, Odessa! AKITH is by far one of the most impressive mods I've seen in a long time!

Make sure you are using at least the newest stable version. 3) perhaps try to return any previous save. I and perhaps others would prefer that the load order is placed into a spoiler. Besides it is quicker for those who wish to help to click and see what is there. Not a requirement just a common practice here on LL

Thank you both for the advice. Unfortunately, since the UI doesn't appear at all I really can't load a previous save. I'd noticed that the NVSE requirement had changed, so I had updated that, as well as my Sexout core. I hadn't noticed the SCR update, though. So I tried updating that tonight. It had an unintended side effect of causing my UI to not load even with SA uninstalled. I disabled every .esm and .esp related to sexout and started re-enabling them two at a time.. and it seems that the esp for Sewer Slave was the culprit. I haven't loaded the savegame to ensure 100% that everything is working... but my UI definitely loads. I'll let you both know if I find out anything more. Thank you very much for all your help!
RitualClarity Posted May 24, 2014 Posted May 24, 2014 Possible if you had SSR in the load out you also had an old version of Sewer Slave as well. A fresh updated from Sexout should give you the proper Sewer Slave that is used now. You should be safe deleting (moving it from the game folder) and trying the fresh install of Sexout. See if that helps after testing the other plugins. Sorry about the return to a previous save. .. duh.. you have nothing.. I was thinking of the MCM hud in game.. While you are working on this.. Make a good copy of all your saved games to a safe location just in case something happens and you can return them back if needed. Then you can test the game with your saves as well.
Guest Jezzy Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 I don't know if someone had the same problem but Sex Assault make my game crash when my character try to defend herself, either if my character stand there waiting for the rapist with a machette/weapon in her hand or using the right mouse button to parry. The game freeze for a good 5-6 secs before dropping to the desktop. I can reload and try again and sometime it will works...

It might have also been related to checking player ammo when you have no gun equipped. I've removed the firing weapon bonus to scaring stalkers until I write a better way of doing it. I tracked it down by replacing all 'set .. to ...' with 'let .. := .." - I discovered that 'let' gives an error in the game console when it fails instead of just boning the script quietly. Hooray. Also, I have updated the plugin to use the new sexout '84 methods. And... new feature: Stalker 3-somes!! Please gives this a try and let me know if it works, and I'll promote it to stable. UPDATE : yeah so its work a lot better but since i have a bunch of old mods, i'm not ready to upgrade to 84 yet. As a matter of fact, does 84 retrocompatible with the previous variable 4 using olds mods ?

panthercom Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 I wonder if this is somehow related to my player being partly stuck in the weapon holding pose during the sex animation, basically she is in a hybrid pose/sex animation if holding a gun when rape starts. Downloading your new version. Something else I could mention about Positioning and Sex Assault, leave a ten second gap between successive animations and Positioning will keep working; I do this with the knockout timer, but it's not ideal since I'm getting shot/stabbed/beaten while down. I wish there was a tag-team option that would work with knockouts, so that you wouldn't get attacked after the first rape until all the attackers have had a turn or two, or at least limit the attacks to unarmed. Odessa Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 I've tried a few fixes for the weapon holding pose, but so far no luck. I'll keep looking. There is an MCM option called 'sloppy seconds' which if Off should give you a brief delay between bonings. It might not work, have you tried it? The tag team one is doable, but not that easy... and I don't want to script it, sorry. I find it works best if you set the victim KO to Off and about 7 seconds for the other, so you can run away.

Odessa Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 SexAssault got it in '83 as well. Although it could be the new '84 call method that makes it show up in yours now. It might workaround it if you call DisablePlayerControls and then delay 1-second before calling sexout, so player holsters weapon uninterrupted. You need to add this delay to avoid actor freeze for multiple acts in '84 anyway.

Sleepy_Soul Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 Not sure when it happened, but it looks like Willow isn't being added to the 'Potential Victim' list when checking the debug lines. Vanilla companions are added fine via the 'SA: <Name> is a now a potential victim' debug line, but Willow doesn't happen to show up. Was using the May 14 version, tried doing a clean save / update to the latest May 30 version (along with SexoutNG Beta '85), but Willow is still nowhere to found in the debug lines. Any ideas, or did my game just decide to randomly hiccup and break something (again )?

Or follow the native Indians where the Raven is a trickster and is able to transform... Good addition to Honest Hearts?

Kinda got catch between a rock and a hard place; figured I'd update to the latest Willow Companion Mod version (v1.5) from v0.97, and read that I had to use a clean save. In the end, I decided to just roll back to a previous save, and despite a few quirks as evidenced below, Willow is once again being picked up via Assault. I'll keep debug mode on in the meantime and let you know in case it skips over here again.
