How do you that? I figured out how to change the overall descriptions of male/female, but not specific ones. To specify descriptions for a particular animation, and not just an animation type, use the UniqueAnimations file. Add the animation following the pattern of the others listed there, then write your own files to match the ones for the others. Tags are things like oral, anal, vaginal, etc.

It's not Apropos that appears to be the issue, but an alternate version of its dependency, SexLab Aroused Redux. I swapped back to the original SexLab Aroused and I haven't had any issues since. It's only with Redux that the crashes happen at all. Personally, I think you're off track still. Redux version 16 is solid as a rock. Just my opinion. Not trying to be a dick or anything. But let's face it. We're modding the hell out of a game. It's bound to have goofiness and CTD-on-death might be how it's manifesting on your machine I dunno, it *might* be something more basic, like the fact that Aroused is compiled against Sexlab v1.32, and Aroused Redux against v1.59c (IIRC). Maybe something significant changed between the two versions? Toopsie, what version of Sexlab are you using? 1.59c This is why I'm baffled as hell, it's only just recent that this has started. I've used these mods before with zero issues, Wrye Bash is telling me everything is okay, the papyrus logs look fine. Maybe Aroused now just hates my machine.

The uniqueanimations.txt file only includes the names of the animations to get the unique treatment. The actual descriptions go in their own folders, such as Female_leitoFeet. Take a look in those folders and copy the format. That being said, the format may be about to change in terms of names.

What do you mean? I've tried changing the widget to 'centre' instead of 'left', but it didn't work either so I changed it back. Aside from that I'm pretty sure I didn't touch anything else. I did toggle around setting like 'show sexlab desciption' (or something like that) to see if it made a difference. I have NSAP installed as well, so I thought maybe its an animation thats not recognized, so I disabled all NSAP animations and tried the default animations that come with SL, but nothing

Nevermind, I found the problem, and it's quite dumb! I actually use Immersive HUD and hide the compass ALL the time, apparently it hides the widget too! So I just set the compass transparency to 0 instead so apropos is working fine! Sorry for the dumb mistake, and thanks for helping!

I think I have the FemaleActor_female and Female_Femaleactor sorted out, but something's confusing me. IN the old / current Apropos this happened too. If I have a _vaginal.txt and a _vaginal_stage1.txt it seems to play both of them, but it plays the stage1 file first, and the non stage file second. I do not know if this is machine lag on my end or intended behavior. It seems to only pick it up out of the same folder, but I do not think it does it with the unique ones. I'll have to do more tests while paying attention to figure that out. Mostly just want to ask if it should do this, and whether it is lag or something else that might have the display out of logical order.

There is no Dragonborn in my game - and, from what I've read, many other players don't play Dragonborn. Referring to a lowly sex slave as "Dragonborn" is a little immer-breaking. But, if someone is playing the Dragonborn quest, then leaving the reference out wouldn't matter - everyone happy.

I was hoping that a generic set starting comment could be available independant of the scene via that starting comment. Hadn't realized that the Animation start message in the MCM was for that non Stage entry. I thought it was just for console logging (as it does have a start, handy to see when the foreplay comments are done and the main, requested animation starts). Either way, I'm fine with disabling the extra line. I have also usually been removing the files entirely, from when you added the Stage1 support, and renaming them to Stage1 when there wasn't such a file supplied. Now all I have to do is figure out if I have the FemaleActor_female and Female_Femaleactor stuff right, if it is bugged, or if I have primary and active mixed in a couple files and that's all that is throwing me off.

Because it doesn't have 'FemaleActor_Male', 'FemaleActor_Female' or 'Female_FemaleActor', there's no way to differentiate between which pairing we have. The messages should have three different versions: HE picked me up and fucked me with his cock. SHE picked me up and fucked me with a strapon. I picked HER up and fucked HER with a strapon. Might I suggest simply adding the 'Actor_target' structure to the file names? Unless you have a simpler solution? You are right. It's either uniquely named files, or restructuring the innards. I prefer the file approach, because that would cause a lot less code, and probably be more performant (reading & parsing smaller vs. larger JSON files). I think the format should be: Male_FemaleActor_ZynRoughStanding ("HE picked me up and fucked me with his cock.") Female_FemaleActor_ZynRoughStanding ("SHE picked me up and fucked me with a strapon.") FemaleActor_Female_ZynRoughStanding ("I picked HER up and fucked HER with a strapon.") This keeps the new FF & Unique Animation names in line with existing files, and means there's no confusion between normal and Unique files having the opposite names. So... FemaleActor_Male - female PC gets fucked by male NPC, both normal and unique. Male_FemaleActor - male NPC gets fucked by a female PC with a strapon. I would also like to revisit the naming scheme for rape files. Right now, only one possible rapist is considered, but as I was pointed out a normal MF animation (non-pegging) could entail the female raping the male. RIght now there is no way to convey this in the mod - only the possibility of male rapist is considered. Should I go ahead and use the above naming scheme for the files rewrite then? As for rape files, it should only affect Male/Female and creature animations. FF and MM, the aggressor is whoever has the cock/strapon. Might I suggest keeping _Rape for all the normal above files, and adding _Victim for the missing ones? The 'Victim' name simply reversing the 'normal' role. FemaleActor_Male_Vaginal_Rape - male rapes female. FemaleActor_Male_Vaginal_Victim - female rapes male by hopping on his cock (name in same order, same scenes as above) Male_FemaleActor_Vaginal_Victim - female rapes male with a strapon (names reversed, scene reversed, still 'vaginal' tag depending on animation used). Rape or Victim dictates 'normal' roles or 'reversed' roles. Vaginal/Anal/whatever changed to ZynRoughStanding/whatever for Unique Animation files. I'm aware that Spriggans aren't yet supported, just using them as an example since there are actually 'monster being raped' animations for them. With a consistent naming scheme, you can also flag which ones should and should not trigger W&T. So, no W&T to a female raping someone with a strapon. You could even add Anal and Oral W&T files for dudes, having 'vaginal' rapes against him simply add to Anal. EDIT: To anyone actually watching this thread right now, yes. I realized that it should be looking for femaleActor_female_ArrokStandingForeplay.txt if I understood everything correctly... although that would depend on how exactly the TDF Prostituion mod handles lesbian on lesbian animation calls. Maybe it should be Female_femaleActor_ArrokStandingForeplay.txt instead. Eh well. Help? Aspirin? Sandbag?

Not if you click it, it is blank. This might be a bug that has already been reported.

Not sure what happened it use to work just fine and then one day it just stopped working. Nothing would fix it but a reinstall of the mod.
