XP32 Maximum Skeleton (Special) Extended - XPMS(S)E

So... I have XPMSE installed, and I've run FNIS with skeleton arm patch.

No other combat/magic animation mods installed...

 

But whenever I use magic or shield to block the arms are to the side of the character and as though they're in an idle stance???

This doesn't happen with XPMS, only XPMSE?

Help :(

Can someone help me with this?

Animations being all strange are really making the game less enjoyable...

 

Edit: I think I found the solution:

the load order probably caused the issue?

  • your landscape (textures and mods like SMIM, Lanterns, Ruins or everything that you want to add to the fixed, static world.)
  • Realistic ragdolls
  • HDT
  • FNIS
  • Body - CBBE/UNP/whatever you use
  • Textures for your body
  • Armor/clothes for your body
  • ...
  • Everyting else like quest mods or scripted mods.
  • iNeeds or RND, mods that alter merchants or loot like Scarcity or Trade&Barter can come here
  • Weather&Lighting comes after those before Groovtama's
  • Groovtama's skeleton - (OBLIGATORY last before AS-LAL and merged/bashed patches - don't let anything overwrite it in NMM, in MO just drag it there and it will be ok - everything works OK with it like that, even Schlongs)
  • AS-LAL - if you have it
  • merged/bashed patches as they needed

Excuse me Groovtama,

 

Not sure if has been asked before, but do you think is it possible to add a function to save/load body/schlong sliders settings from player to npc or npc to npc, like a profiler or something? I mean on Racemenu to Extensible Follower Framework.

   I just wanted to drop a line, and let you know how much I really appreciate all the hard work you put into keeping this the best, of the best, of the best skeleton's Ever made for skyrim.

I second galgat's praise.  I know there are other skeleton mods out there, but why use them when your mod does so much.

 

All of the mods created by you and others have made skyrim the best RPG game I've found so far despite Beth's lackadaisical attitude.

 

Thanks for making MY skyrim so much more. (7804 + hours skyrim game play and still playing)

My game keeps on crashing aswell when iuse the exported nif from outfit studio,It doesn't always crash right away but it usually happens on equiping or when i load a game where is equipped or in  during gameplay with it equiped Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using XPMSE v3 series for a long time now thank you Groovtama for keeping it updated :D really appreciate it, and i have yet tested the weapon styles feature until just a couple of minutes ago when i saw someone gif of it and it got really curious about it!

 

So i went ahead and see what is in it and the sword on back style caught my eye :) and so far it's working as intended :D but until i start using it for about 10 minutes or more? sometimes it happens randomly, the game decided to CTD on me :( disabled the feature and no more random CTDs so i wonder does it happen to everyone else? or it just me? It could be something is wrong with my mod order maybe the skeleton is not installed correctly? i used a custom race, i think i have to start a fresh wipe soon.

I found the REAL issue... it's incompatible with milk mod economy...

    Do not reupload/redistribute script files from here, if you find a bug or want to add a translation, tell me and I add them, but I don't want to deal with users installing old scripts from another source and complaining why something doesn't work.

Greetings, i dont know if this question was asked before, but reading 190 sides of comments feels to much to read.

My Problem is that FNIS gives me a warning after i installed the

XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended         3.94 / 3.94

 

 

This problem prevents breast scaling/ growth. Not the biggest issue, but would be nice to get it fixed.

The warning doesnt happen with your special edition though, but the game crashes or all people are turned into red exclamation marks.

I do have all four requirments with a newer edition than needed. I also installed them in the correct order.

So i personally dont have an idea what could be wrong.

Hey Groovtama, is there a way to get older versions of XPMSE? Especifically 2.4?

 

For what do you need old, buggy and inferior versions of XPMSE? I removed old versions because people used old versions because they read a XPMSE version number on some mod page and used the old version instead of the current one that had bugs fixed and people complained about the alread fixed bugs. So I am not fond of people getting old versions.

Yeah you got something wrong, you have papyrus logging enabled, even through you don't know what to do with the stuff it prints out... those are not errors, that is data on your stack, the stack is the memory where the papyrus engine stores currently used data, and that XPMSE is there is normal when you use XPMSE. If you are not debugging stuff, and just want to play, leave debugging off...

That's the dump, there's probably slight variation but when it does it a few hundred times I can't really be bothered to check them all.

Is there a setting I've got wrong or something?

 

Better if you check what is your mod at position 0x5A (= 90) in your load order.

Or don't give a partial part of the log. Zip it and send it to me to check.

 

I just chekced XPMSE code, and there is no way a stack dump can have the reported line as the origin of it. The start of the dump should come from something different.

Yeah you got something wrong, you have papyrus logging enabled, even through you don't know what to do with the stuff it prints out... those are not errors, that is data on your stack, the stack is the memory where the papyrus engine stores currently used data, and that XPMSE is there is normal when you use XPMSE. If you are not debugging stuff, and just want to play, leave debugging off...

 

I didn't say it was an error, I was saying it was spam.

I was raising concern about how it is filling my log file.

That's the dump, there's probably slight variation but when it does it a few hundred times I can't really be bothered to check them all.

Yeah you got something wrong, you have papyrus logging enabled, even through you don't know what to do with the stuff it prints out... those are not errors, that is data on your stack, the stack is the memory where the papyrus engine stores currently used data, and that XPMSE is there is normal when you use XPMSE. If you are not debugging stuff, and just want to play, leave debugging off...

 

I didn't say it was an error, I was saying it was spam.

I was raising concern about how it is filling my log file.

Better if you check what is your mod at position 0x5A (= 90) in your load order.

Or don't give a partial part of the log. Zip it and send it to me to check.

 

I just chekced XPMSE code, and there is no way a stack dump can have the reported line as the origin of it. The start of the dump should come from something different.

 

The log has been linked, I just posted a segment of what I saw as a repeated section. I followed it all the way up and it was the same segment.

People annoy me when they post me a stack dump, because XPMSE is written somewhere in the stack dump, oh suprise when they run XPMSE... this is why I tell people to disable debugging because some mods cause warnings because of unknown reasons and if you have enough of them you get a stack dump in the log file...

 

And it is not spam, Skyrim prints out the content of the stack, it tells you what it has running currently...

That's the dump, there's probably slight variation but when it does it a few hundred times I can't really be bothered to check them all.

Is there a setting I've got wrong or something?

 

Better if you check what is your mod at position 0x5A (= 90) in your load order.

Or don't give a partial part of the log. Zip it and send it to me to check.

 

I just chekced XPMSE code, and there is no way a stack dump can have the reported line as the origin of it. The start of the dump should come from something different.

 

The log has been linked, I just posted a segment of what I saw as a repeated section. I followed it all the way up and it was the same segment.

People annoy me when they post me a stack dump, because XPMSE is written somewhere in the stack dump, oh suprise when they run XPMSE... this is why I tell people to disable debugging because some mods cause warnings because of unknown reasons and if you have enough of them you get a stack dump in the log file...

 

And it is not spam, Skyrim prints out the content of the stack, it tells you what it has running currently...

 

Sorry for being concerned when I see a same script name pop up several hundred times (in fact the term "XPMSE" pops up 1626 times) and not immediately think "Oh maybe it's not this".

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate your mod and the work you've done. But surely you can see where I'm coming from on this.

 

I don't usually have logging on, I was having issues with a mod. I turn it on, post the log when I replicate the issue to the author. They tell me my save is dead and my game should be scrapped. I get told by others that XMPSE is a known log spam, on top of seeing it so many times in the log, coupled with my experience of coming across instances where I'm cleaning a save for whatever reason I see 20+ active scripts specifically from XMPSE. 

 

What else would be the reaction but to ask on the thread of the mod that the log consists 60% of? It's not like it was unfounded either, you even say yourself that older versions of XMPSE are buggy and it so happened that I wasn't running the latest version. So there's another dot to join on my already intricate picture.

Yeah, any skeleton based on the latest XPMSE skeleton version (3.6, 2 years old) can use XPMSE RaceMenu sliders and the MCM, you can incoperate the edits from the other skeleton to the latest XPMSE skeleton via Nifskope.

 

Not my problem if people never update their mods.
