Edda modify some entries but don't have the necessary components to work on itself. It also have real flying as a master.

yea...if i use another preset in racemenu the face changes back to normal but i can't use racemenu everytime i transform, that'd be...unimmersive

PSQ can save the color for your succubus form.

no.. i meant when i changed back to human form, the skin tone of the head and hands no longer match with the rest of the body's color

When you 1st load skyrim, your char uses the textures that it would use anyway, be it a custom race or not. After you transform to succubus and back to human form, it uses the textures in the psq "dummie" human folders. Regular textures and those in the psq should be the exact same ones, otherwise you will have issues like these depending on which trasform options you have enabled.

Copy the normal body mesh over. 1.4 has a bat file that does this automatically.

You need the textures from this folder. steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data\Textures\Actors\Character\Female. Copy and paste them into the PSQ folder for the transformation. I found that the BAT file only copies a few over. So I now do it manually.

Mod organiser won't clean the original game files. You need Wyrbash for this. Once you clean the original files you can then make a Wyrbash patch with all your mods so the conflicts are going to be few and far between.

 

As an example Wyrebash found something like 56 defunct entries in the original game ESP files before I added any mods or original DLC. And something like 2000 unused meshes that were still there but deleted by Bethesda. Wyrebash sorts this all out and stops them from being called by the game. Which stops conflicts with Mods we download and use.

 

This guide saved my sanity after a couple of weeks of trying to get everything working. Now I have a stable game with all my mods working.

I will play through and try random starts with a new character and requiem but I really want to try out the PSQ mod.

 

Also do you use Rag Doll animation? I found this to be a huge problem and would crash my game at random times.

All I can say is that some of my mods said they needed Rag Dolls loaded but when I did have it in my mods list the prisoner cart at the start of the game was spinning and flying. Or the game would start ok and I would CTD everytime I opened a menu. I found that by removing the Rag Doll animation that the game became more stable. I also use HDT and the game works fine with just it installed along with the new XMPSE skeleton.

 

Rag Doll and Realistic force just makes corpses and falling npcs/players more floppy when they fall down. So if removing this makes my game more stable I am ok with the lack of this mod, even if other mods say they need it to run. I have removed those mods which say they need it to work as well. Personally I would prefer a stable game over a broken and buggy one.

 

Another thing to make sure on is that you have the meshes for all that armour, I found that missing meshes can also cause a CTD in the start up of the game. More so for bodies than with anything else. Another tip if you use the XP32SE skeleton make sure nothing overwrites it. Install all the HDT and Rag Doll first and then install the extended skeleton and let that overwrite everything. It carries its own HDT physics and if not allowed to use them can also crash the game.

Has anyone ever faced a situation where when you transform (with body transform enabled), the transform skin displays for a few seconds then goes back to default ?  It might not be PSQ causing this but I wondered if you recall a mod that might cause that...

Hi !

I actually tried EVERYTHING to use the transformation option (CK included), and I followed the instructions in description (put and renamed all the wanted files in meshes\PSQ and textures\PSQ). I'm not new at modding and until now I always got to adapt any mod to my body model (Lady Body), which is a little hard to use.

But I always get a purple body (textures issue I guess), feet and hands not appearing , and heads issues. I checked it many times andI don't understand why it doesn't work.. Plus the wings, tail and horns does not appear neither. I tried to change eye color replacing it with one of the succubus race's and it doesn't seem to work neither. 

 

Using Lady Body in last version and Succubus Race (no results using another race and I won't change my body model). 

Anyone has a solution ? Maybe there's something more to do to make a transformation package that I didn't see..

Hmm, I assume you're using Rezy XForm mod?  I do know it works just fine. I don't know anything about the Lady Body (other than it's an odd-ball), but have you checked out the mesh texture paths in NifScope for grins?  It should say "textures\actors\character\female\femalebody_1.dds", etc., then the mod looks for textures in "textures\psq\succubusbody" when asked to transform to succubus, then to "textures\psq\humanbody\female" when asked to transform back. You have enabled "Body XForm" in the PSQ MCM, right?   You should have 18 meshes in "meshes\psq\humanbody\female" and 20 in "meshes\psq\succubusbody\female" - 12 texture files in "textures\psq\humanbody\female" and 14 textures files in "textures\psq\succbusbody\female".  Yes, a purple body means no textures and no hands / feet means no mesh.

 

Check that stuff first. Feel free to PM me as I use PSQ all the time.

I don't know XForm, and I finally managed to get the mod working, don't know what went wrong last time, because I didn't changed anything, guess it was something with the NMM.. Thanks for answer anyway. By chance, do you know a way to make the tail (HDT) work correctly ? It's buggy..

XForm = transform.   Well, glad you got the mod to work with your body, never had a problem myself (I'm UUNP). About the tail, sorry, no. Buggy? Again, I've never had a problem and it always worked for me. For the Hell of it, perhaps look at the .nif in NifScope to make sure the (HDT) .xml file is referenced correctly. That's about the only thing I can think of that would cause it not to work.

You need to tick the Allow Hybrid checkbox to be a succubus/vampire or succubus/werewolf, I haven't tried either combination in a long time so I have no idea if it still works.

You might have to set your immunity to disease to 0% (or uncheck it) as well.

I love this mod, been using it for a long time and always seem to find something new to do with it. 

 

Now this is more of a RP kinda thing, but it always seemed a bit backwards to be a human that transforms into a succubus.  People play as these super sexy female characters, then transform into a less attractive demon in order to feed on people?  Weird right?  Seems more like you would be questing and running through bandits in your true (demon) form.  Then when it's time to feed, use your illusion magic to take the form of a super sexy babe to lure people to you.  So, that's how I've been doing this playthough.  I only transform into the human form to lure victims to feed, or to blend in when I have to go into towns.

PSQ Fun Fact (?):  I love the awesome spell power boost you get as a Succubus, which is why your succubus spells are so nasty.  I was a bit bummed that the bonus didn't affect my favorite Cold-Fire spells that I LOVE using.

 

Sooo...I opened my spell mod in CK, with PSQ selected as one of the masters (meaning my mod now requires PSQ to function).  Just as a experiment, I opened the spell effects of my favorite Cold-Fire spells, and under "Keywords" added "SuccubusSpell" from PSQ. 

 

The next time I transformed, my favorite spells received the same awesome boosts as my other Succubus spells!  If someone else wants to try this with their favorite spell mod, let me know if it works for you as well.  Maybe this is already a known thing, but figured I'd share!  Cheers!

So, like other's I'm having some trouble getting PSQ to actually show up under my MCM. I've kicked my MCM several times to force a reload of my available mods to no luck. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the mod several times, and checked for conflicting files. At this point, given there are so many others who share my same problems, I feel like there might be something wrong with the newest version of the file specifically 3.2.8a Can anyone offer some insight as to why it won't load into the MCM?
