nutluck Posted May 17, 2014 Posted May 17, 2014 Just accepted a home delivery quest, went to the NPC's house and everything went fine until the second part of the script was supposed to play (the first animation set played fine). Instead of the second half of the script playing my character just stands there naked and nothing happens, I can't use the joysticks to move, or the buttons to interact with the NPC I was sent to either, all I can do is look around. I can bring up the pause menu and reset the quest, but even then I still can't move my character. (Free Fly Camera mode is not active) exacly the same happened to me .... -> I can't do home delivery because of this ... how can we help fix that ? This won't fix the quest issue but this should give you control back to your character if you type this in the console. player.tc
Mordyn Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Just a simple question, as I am reinstalling Skyrim (new hardware ) and plan to play with this mod, which is a must have for me: is it still like the old versions, is there still "competition", ie other prostitutes besides the player?
Toddi Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 mh. Something is terrible wrong with your save game. As all List containing the quests and even the WorkCloths list does not exist: Ok Please create a "clean" save. So deactivate the RP esp, load the game. wait 1-2min and then save again. Quit the game and activate RP again and load the latest save game again and check if the Quest Settings tab if there are quests registered. I used a downloaded clean save. Tavern Clothes are back now and found 8 Quests; Thank you!

Can you recreate that error and then upload your papyrus.0.log? Possible that the event handler waiting for the end of the animation is not trigger or crashing. No dice on the logs, I checked in the folder where they should be but the game didn't print any.
nutluck Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I'm still having the same issue and I tried "Player.tc" which did function as it was supposed to, but didn't help to solve the problem. If that didn't help then it sounds like the script is not ending for some reason. Your best bet is for you and anyone else having this problem providing a papyrus log of it in action if you havn't already. That would help Kori track down the problem.

As I said earlier, player.tc and similar console commands works only temporary. Once you save your game with TFC error, it will be present in all your future saves because it is a fatal script error for which there is no "cure" at the moment. because of that error, I lost 2 characters. Thank goodness they were only for testing. Only prevention is -DON'T USE TFC at all until it got fixed. If you have some earlier save, load it and immediately unchecked tfc in MCM, because it is easy to forget this.

I took it to mean she had not used it with that character before.

I found back in the day, before giving up my firstborn cured most of my crashes.

I took it to mean she had not used it with that character before. Yes, she did nutluck. I red in one of her earlier posts. Then you recommended console solution that worked. So she reported. Quote: I was in Whterun again and it had just finished two rough missionary animations ("leg up" is the only part about the name I can remember) and then the buttons would not work anymore. I have Free Fly Camera turned on in SexLab.(which has never seemed to work right in the first place since installing the newest version or SL). with the joysticks I can use the camera to look around, but only from one spot. Is there a console command I can type in to allow control of my character again?" Then, you my friend adviced her and she reported that your advice is working. next time she didn't have camera on, but th problem remaind. All this story is written in last 2-3 pages.
Slorm Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Might try this in Riften rather than Whiterun, do all the quests still work in all the other holds?
sigure Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Hi Kori, i like the new foodjob quest.is there any penalty or punishment already in 1.07g? like can't remember the order, lie about not getting any customers. one problem i found is, if bring the wrong foods to the customer(and i forgot what the customer wants), the quest will stucked at "here's your order" and upper corner will show retry1 and can not proceed the quest
Rattlefinger Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 I have a quick question. Is passive mode supposed to cease to work after a while? I mean when a certain amount of time passed without clients (I don't know how much exactly), the "I'm looking for a client" text stops appearing, and indeed no customers would approach. Switching to active+passive, speaking to someone, and asking if they wanted a good time restarts the cycle though, so no biggie, but currently in passive mode there's no more action than in vanilla Skyrim after a while. Anyone else have this problem, or is it just me? An no, I have not read through all the 1793 previous comments to find an answer, but I will gladly accept a comment number if it points me to a solution. Thanks!
Higgen Posted May 18, 2014 Posted May 18, 2014 Hi i'm new to this mod. I downloaded primarily so that npcs in the background "wenches and such" will have sex on their own without me triggering anything. I have the latest sexlab framework and the latest 1.07g tweaked of this mod. I do not use SOS I get the message "wench is on the job" but they never actually have sex with any npc? what could the problem be? anyone have this problem as well? or know how to fix it?

I set up the skyrim ini file so that it would spit out a log, and then did the home delivery quest again, but when I went to look for the log there was nothing in the newly generated logs/scripts file. I don't know if I might have set things up wrong or what, but that's the issue I'm having with providing a log. I can copy paste the settings I have for the ini file here to see if I set it up correctly, but I'm not entirely convinced that's the issue.
CasualBystander999 Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 NMM seems incapable of adding or unwilling to add the Radiant Schlongs Patch. As well, 7zip says it cannot be opened as archive. Are the two related, and more importantly, can it be fixed? I would like to use this mod, but SoS is one of a handful of mods I won't play without.

Not that I'm an expert or anything, but it would seem that the file was corrupted during download. The most obvious solution would be to download again. If that doesn't work, try using a different Browser to download.

I hadn't tried using a different browser, but, having done so now, it still didn't help. Thanks for taking a stab at it though.

Therefore you can't install it over NMM that recognized only zipped files. You have to do it manually - copy/paste to Skyrim/Data

Have you installed and run FNIS? Have you checked all animations to labele them as aggressive (doiing this will leave you with no consensual animations)? Do other SexLab mods work?
magicrealm Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 The Natural Quest still stays in the Questjournal after finishing. i thought this Problem has been solved a while ago. no it hasn t.
