Sanguine Debauchery (SD+) (January 2025)

Why do i loose all my books, potions, scrolls and keys when sanguine gives me my stuff back when I ask to leave? Sanguine is still called "Owner" and holds many keys and gold.

Because Sanguine starts a mini enslavement period when he wants you to fetch him some beer and inventory removal is part of the enslavement process.

I gave him his mead. His name changed back to sanguine. But why does he not give me back everything after I asked him to let me go?

I found most of the other items in the chest but all keys and gold are still missing. He doesn't have them in his inventory either. Any ideas?

Ah yes.. I misunderstood the question.

 

He doesn't give you back your gold as the mod currently takes away your gold when you are enslaved. that's something I need to fix.

 

The keys have to be handled separately because of a bug in the game engine.

Ask Crassius Curio next to him about the keys.. he will give them back to you.

Is there a problem with DD 5.2? Sanguin doesn't equip the gloves and piercings anymore. Corset and boots work fine.

And where is the key to the trapdoor under the bridge?

There is a bug with devices to equip in the current version. I fixed it already on my side and waiting for a few more bug fixes before sending out an update.

 

The key is also under the bridge. Look for a metal box in the water by the pillar of the bridge itself.

You can ask Sanguine to remove it next time you visit him.

I can't remember if Blacksmiths are able to remove them but I think they should.

Not with any mod I tried. They always say it's enchanted so they can't do anything.

So I looked at the code again and I will mark this one as a bug to prioretize.

 

Blacksmiths will refuse to remove anything if you have a single Sanguine item equipped.

That goes for the spectral collar, chains and gag.

These items are cleared when you go to dreamworld, with a chance of being equipped again when you leave.

They should also clear by themselves after a while.

 

My advice for now - wait until the spectral items are cleared before asking a smith to remove the corset.

How long does it take? I have waited for almost 4 weeks already and the collar is still there and locked.

I visited the dreamworld again and he send me somewhere in the wilderness but I'm still stuck in that dress He didn't remove the collar either. He did basically nothing in the dreamworld. I asked him about the outfit but I already have the full set and then I asked to leave the place. Nothing further happened in the 3rd DW visit.

Ok.. that's obviously something I need to work on in priority.

It's not ideal but if the devices are a problem and get stuck too long, you can always use the emergency removal from DD.

If all you are wearing are from SD or Parasites, you are safe to remove them that way.

If you have devices imposed on your by other mods, that could create issues.

The "UPGRADING THE FILES" part confuses me a lil bit. So i cant use this mod in long plays nor install it in already running saves or its just that i shouldnt update it in those scenarios?

My mistress took me to  Mistwatch and walking inside; sd+ mcm shows that 'paybacks a bitch' is on,  what should i do now? cant find something about paybacks a bitch.

So I ended up in the dream realm, did the thing where I gave him his beer and played slave until I was 'freed'. He removed everything except for the collar and gave me my stuff back.

 

Now... nothing. I'm still stuck in the dream realm. I talk to him and he's all "you just got here" - which is not accurate. I see an exit, but it's like it's underground and I'm not seeing a path to get to it.

 

I'm sure I'm missing something, and I'd appreciate any advice.

How exactly does the dreamworld quest work?

 

I get sent there, get those four or five devices on me that i cant figure out how to get off, then im just sent back to skyrim in them with no questmarkers or anything. Is that supposed to happen? Am i supposed to stay in the dreamworld longer? How can i leave while also joining the faction?

Its in the basement of the honeybrew meadery (one outside whiterun on the way to riverwood) but i believe you need to be doing the thieves guild quest to get access there (although you could try using tcl on the console or unlock on the various doors) unless something has changed since i last used this mod

Spriggan content has been moved to my "Kyne'S Blessing/Parasites" mod. I don't remember bodyslides there either but you can look there in case I forgot about them.

SD is prone to get into unexpected situations that may break quests.

At this stage, it needs a deep rewrite and simplification of the scripts.

That was a quest related to the Thugs sent to teach you a lesson.

Once you are in Mistwatch, the quest should assign you to a new owner inside a tower there as a normal SD slavery.

The chain is one way to get out.

Another is to try other dialogue options with sanguine. He would get tired of you and send you back.

That's normal.

The quest progresses next time you get to Dreamworld, which may vary depending on a few things (like where you sleep and how many Honningbrew bottles you have with you).
