Had a bandit as owner and went for a walk and ran into city guards who defeated the bandit but the bandit only went into staggered state and stayed that way for a while. Also clicked the option to join faction and remove collar, but the collar did not get removed (even adding masters key didnt remove it) and after clicking join faction and remove collar, the bandit still couldn't be killed. Any advice?

Select your character in the console and type: ShowInventory 2. Besides the collar, you'll have an unnamed item sharing the first two hex numbers in the ID. That's the one you need to handle with. 2. First unequip it typing: Unequipitem ID_of_the_hidden_item. Your Char neck will appear unchained, too early for celebrations, there's more to do. 3. Now remove the item typing: removeitem ID_of_the_hidden_item. 4. Exit console. Now you can unequip the collar in your inventory and your char is free. You could put it in a container if you wish. If you activate it though, a new hidden item will be generated and your char will be collared again (but you can use this same method again).

The trick is to first unequip it then remove it. If you simply remove it, a new one will be generated. So, first unequip the hidden item, then remove it, then close the console and unequip the collar.

Many people have reported issues removing collars but I have not yet been able to reproduce it.
billymandy Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Hello, I was curious about this mod so I installed all the components and ran a new game to see how it went. Most of it seems to run fine in regards of being captured, but it became apparent to me that animations as well as some mechanics are running in an odd fashion. A) Animations for intercourse sometimes do not run correctly. For example, the player character and aggressor is both facing the same direction, likely for something like doggy style. However, the two are both stuck doing the same hip thrust animation, which eventually breaks down to the two both standing still instead. B ) Even after reaching stage 2 in slavery, options for servicing the master does not appear. C) Masters will at times hop to punishment mid-way through intercourse, resulting in a rather odd combination of movement that seems silly. I am not sure if this is intended. D) Providing food and water to the master increases trust by a single point. Yet as soon as a few seconds pass, the trust would hop back to -19 or so. It's confusing and I did not quite understand the explanation by the FAQ. Apologies for the barrage of questions, but I am not sure where else to turn to so I decided to make a post.

Any advice? I think my issue may of been just because I wasn't up to date on this mod. now sure how old my version was (wasn't that far behind). Now when I get the Masters key, it takes off the restraints its supposed to. Guessing collar isn't supposed to come off, at least not the first time. Gives the programmed popup that the key crumbles before it can be used on the collar (so collar being stuck is intentional). But now Im not sure what I am supposed to do. When I go to sleep, doesn't take me to sanguines area like it used to before. Guessing that was changed too.

Did you uncheck 'Start after A night to remember' in the menu before sleeping?

Now, with this new update, I get an armbinder from DD equipped instead. Not only does it look worse to me, but it also chops off my hands and removes the ability for my character to kneel. Is this intended? Is there any way I can make it so that I am equipped with the iron cuffs instead? Thanks again.

First make sure you have the latest versions of Devious Devices Assets and Devious Devices Integration. If that doesn't help, I am currently testing a new way to manage devices for SD+ and I am hoping to release it in a couple of weeks. Hopefully that would fix your issue if you can wait a little.

I get a popup saying that the key crumbles before it can be used on the collar. I've tried adding Master's keys multiple times via the console (to test if it was due to the chance of key breaking) but it does not unlock the collar regardless. The method that I was enslaved was via alternate starts. I thought at first that it may have been due to using Immerslave which is a somewhat older mod. So I tried starting with CCAS and picking a SD+ start and the issue persisted. The main change that I think of that may be affecting things is that I recently updated DDi to the 3.0 beta version. When that happens, you have to find a court wizard or a skilled Smith to ask them for remove your collar for a fee. Or get yourself enslaved again and try your luck escaping a new master.

When I have "kneel before master" checked, my character just stays in the kneeling position and when I move, my character just slides around without any movement animation, just staying kneeling. What should happen is that your character slides a little bit as you start walking, then stands up. If your character is always sliding on the knees, regardless of how far you are from your master, then there is a bug. I will check it out again after the next release.

Thanks skyrimll. I'll try that then. I guess that is new with SD+ or with the new way DDi handles collars? I've never had this issue before with collars from SD+ masters and I didn't see anything noted in the change log for the newest SD+. I look forward to the new outfit functionality that you mentioned will be in the next release!

If I restore this functionality, I will add a unique effect to various spectral devious devices from Sanguine and have at least one device remain locked on you for a longer time after you return from Dreamworld. My question is: What effect would you like to see from the other spectral devices? (armbinders, leg cuffs, gag) The main constraint would have to be something sort of related to the device itself. - collar - friendly NPCs can try to grab you and enslave you randomly (similar to Coveted but with enslavement) - vaginal piercing - friendly NPCs can try to have sex with you randomly (Coveted effect) - armbinders - ? - leg cuffs - ? - gag - ?

Although I did like having an innate coveted effect that was quite inescapable... would it be possible to have a mcm toggle for one?
AnonAngelion Posted June 14, 2016 Posted June 14, 2016 Looking at the "To do's" list here I would like to suggest that you don't overdo certain things, like having sanguine or others steal your stuff, at least not unless you can code it to replace items into your SKY-UI favorites list so you don't have to Re-organize everything every time. Also if you haven't added this already it would be great if you could put in some sort of emergency bail out option while enslaved, because I've tried 1 or 2 slavery mods before and they often entail you being almost PERMANENTLY trapped in slavery and unable to go off and play the game the way you want to, just saying, a lot of modders who make these slavery mods seem to feel that the player should never again be allowed to play the game normally especially if they choose to be a submissive character, the role play is nice but one should be entitled to drop the "Role Playing" whenever they get bored of it or just want to go do other things. I've just found it really annoying that these mods usually just stick you in a soul destroyingly long loop of waiting around on your master and having almost constant sex, in fact mods like "Captured Dreams" barely even let you do that much, your forced to just do constant boring quests in the vain hope that you will one day be allowed to take that chastity belt off and ACTUALLY get down to business, but you never do, at least not as a submissive which is pretty lame... Anyway I don't mean to ramble, I like the idea of these type of mods, I just wish they were more user friendly, and offered...as ironic as this sounds...more "Freedom" to Role Play as one would like. Maybe you've already thought of these things, but I just wanted to put my thoughts out there, in the hopes of future updates.

You can use it as an emergency stop for a dead-end enslavement. NPCs stealing your stuff is also already done in the Dialogues side of SD+. It comes with a popup menu to allow you to decide when to allow items to be stolen. I can't really control what is stolen (beyond quest items) but you can decline to have items stolen - which counts toward your rebellious tendency toward your owner. If you accept to have items stolen, that counts toward your submissive tendency instead.
