I promised I wouldn't post for help while I'm playing on this really old machine, but I'm having trouble finding the cause of this one (broken promise!!)

I started a new play-through a few weeks ago and all is well...but when my toon gets sucked in to Dreamworld, she appears there and then my papyrus log goes supernova and the dreamworld start event runs over and over again...endlessly, if I let it (I cleaned out over a hundred threads after one of these events...)

The attached log is huge...about 6.7MB, generated in just five minutes (load, dreamworld, kill)...sorry about that, but I'm pretty stumped...not sure where to begin just now. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love the help!

Looks like you have a serious issue with SexLab itself.

 

Which version are you using?

What about Zaz animation pack?

After downloading the latest 341.b, I noticed the esp creation date,  is dated in year 2008 is this an error?

 

No, it's just that skyrimll comes fully equipped with a portable time travel device. :)

 

Seriously though, it's not a problem.

 

 

Okay, thought maybe an older esp was acidently uploaded, my previous version had a 2015 date... then again... maybe Skyrim DOES have a built in time travel device.

Looks like you have a serious issue with SexLab itself.

 

Which version are you using?

What about Zaz animation pack?

 

SLv160 (hotfix2), Zazv0607 (patched)

 

I just noticed the updated version. I'm going to want to upgrade regardless, so I'll see if that helps? Apologies: I must have just missed it when I did this build (12/3-ish)

 

UPDATE (FYI, fixed): I'm not sure if it was the upgrade or just a reinstall, but that fixed me right up. Thanks for the insight!

Is it possible to turn off the coveted status? My character keeps getting raped in town.

 

I don't really mind being aggressed on...but everytime I resist, my character still goes naked (which makes no sense at all) and I have to re-equip everything manually when it happens, which is annoying.

I can't test right now but can you check if you can turn off that quest in the menu once it is started?

The newest version seems to break PO - the jailer won't work. Anyone has a fix? Couldnt find anything conflicting in tes5edit, but i'm awful at that.

 

got the same problem. no fix yet as far as i know

Current PO patch is not compatible with DDe. I had this same problem, before I noticed that. I managed to get arrested after downgrading DDe as per Inte's instructions.

 

I had only time to test this once, due to my new job. I will try to test this again during this weekend, but it may be a good idea for you guys to check it as well - if you have not already done so -, in case that my success was just luck and something in SD+ is indeed causing a conflict.

A log when PO starts and the jailor is around would be helpful.

 

I haven't used PO in a while and I don't use Inte's patch, so I can't really test this at the moment.

hello ngin,

 

on the discription-

 

- Some of the NPC's you kill to start showing up in Dreamworld (like calixo from windhelm when the blood on the streets quest is totally finished and he's been killed)
- A check to see if you've been doing stuff for other deadra (like the molag bol one where you get a mace) could trigger sanguine calling you back to the dreamworld once the other deadra's quest is done and react to the quest.
 
1.calixto ws there and i never done the quest..and no other npc was there shown up..
2.done molag and other artifacts ....but no teleports shows up...
3. i think some - pex - scripts makes trouble with the devices mods...should be convert in a other style..
4.wearing sd collar and prisonoverall collars conflicts ...only without sd ones worx it...-think the prison ones are had the scripts inside^^to work with
 
i strted new game and reached lvl 40 and as i followed the death alternative before...did the rifton one...and did wait if im lvl 14 to look if something happen better on dreamworld..seems tht i never gain acces to the quest dialog of calixto nd alicea...
 
means if you go rifton nd do the spelunking chief quest.... later in the pub haelga and the other one hunt ya..but as low one you never had chance...if this conflict to be not slave before you vist dreamworld..than that could be the prob..otherwise ive no clue how to trigger the dreamworld quests...

well, i do use the last version of DDe. the problem occurred too when i have previous versions though. but what version was recommended ?

Hey, any idea why punishment objects like the wheel or the crucifix would appear for half a second then go invisible?:7 can't figure out what is causing this and it's a bit frustrating. :(

 

EDIT: The crosses and other torture items i spawned in with maria eden stayed there for good. :7 also anim objects seem to work fine so I'm not sure what or how you make these things appear. Damn I thought it might be some animation mod messing with it but after getting rid of all of those it still persists.

I have been fighting with this issue for a long time.

Ah okay, thank you for the quick reply even so late. It isn't that annoying I guess, it doesn't break the mod. It is also good to

know I'm not the only one with the issue, i looked and searched for keywords in the topic but didn't see any results with this problem! :)

I wish you luck then in fixing it! I'm sure you'll solve it at some point. Other than this the mod works very well so thank you very much!

If anyone has issues getting their collar removed by blacksmiths, I need more details since I cannot reproduce the issue (they are removed just fine here).

 

Helpful clues include:

 

- error logs after a failed attempt at removal

- screenshot of the collar on the player and in inventory

- what was the exact dialogue from the Blacksmith at removal time?

- which blacksmith did you try?

 

I had that bug ... here are some details (I hope it helps)

My master died and I looted him ....once I took the master's key and without trying to take off anything, the arm and leg cuffs are removed and a message said something like "the key crumbled into dust after you removed your restraints" .. but the collar was still on and it stayed on.

 

I tried adding the master's key using console ... same message and collar still on.

tried visiting  Eorulan Gray Mane (blacksmith in Whiterun), he took the 500 coins but still the collar was still on.

 

Then I tried something :D  ... I added the master's key using console again ... and extremely fast (before the key crumbled message could appear)  clicked on the collar and it came off.

 

Other details :

Collar Base ID 8916000D

 

collar in the last worn item in the screen shot .... and it is also selected so you can see the base and ref IDs

sorry thought it was well known already that you need to use the key to unlock your collar from the master's inventory

I've done it this way for several versions now without the console

i'd guess since dd was integrated maybe

 

 

 

 

@sky, i noticed a strange thing after activating papyrus log trace.

during enslavement the papy-log is full of these messages:  SEXLAB - NOTICE: ValidateActor(playername) -- TRUE -- HIT

 

..really really full.. maybe too many.. (even Ashal as noticed this in recent workaround to find a solution for the new SexLab 1.61 and jittering/floating actors http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16623-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v161b-updated-jan-7th-2016/?p=1421176)

..and at the end of the enslavement (free player), these messages is gone.

maybe these messages come from SDPlus?

just for information: DA and SDplus in my game works as intended.

..and, another thing that I will report: if you use Mod Organizer, you can see the files in conflict with other mods (very useful information).

In SDPlus I noticed some files from ZaZ_Animation_Pack is redundant (because ZaZ-pack is a prerequisite).

which files do you have set to overwrite the other for those conflicts listed

ok, i'm trimming the image sides up and re-uploading the mo screens for you

if you still don't see them it's an issue with your browser, try saving the images (they're huge, almost full screen shots)

ok so i did a test game with SD+ and PO (didnt use DDe) with almost no other mod added

 

here is what happened

 

i got caught no problem, was equipped with restraint, and followed the gard no problem.

 

that's where it begin to get weird. the jailer don't say a word (while if i remember right it should speak)

before the jailer, i got stripped, still in restraint.

 

still no word from jailer.

 

then i begin to follow the jailer until we reach the jail... and then... i get back freedom of move. i try to talk to the jailer. nothing. so i got in the jail by myself, and the PO script continue... still no word from jailer xD

 

i noticed those lines in the log =

Havent played skyrim for  awhile and updated everything. Fixed my crashes that were due to static mesh improvement mod and a 4k parallax mod. 

But I noticed when being enslaved, sometimes after a rape or punishment my char gets stuck in position and I cannot run or walk. I can change to arm raised stance sheathing  but I cant do nothing other than that. I tried to press the unstick button and then I ctd'd

I would say it sounds like the usual problem with sl 1.6 not releasing player controls properly after the scene, but the ctd is odd

what menu did you use for unstick?

i'd recommend the release player controls button from captured dreams or zaz

if it happens again post a log of it

Check if you have the free camera option in SexLab's menu and turn it off. 

It is known to get you stuck or CTD after some animations.

Looks like a MO mis-config to me.

Your load order is also wrong, try running LOOT, or give STEP a read.

Also DDe did not load at all, although POP does not need it to run.

Since I am not using MO, ... yes I know I should :blush: ... perhaps you can run your MO setup by @Morferous or even our local MO wizard @AwfulArchdemon, to see if there is something there.

Thanks, I did have it on. I didnt know about that issue. I never had that issue in earlier versions of sexlab but I guess Its no good anymore :(
