That is already a possibility.

 

You should have the option to:

 

- Refuse the offer: Just leave your master and your stuff behind (if slavery level <= 5)

- Accept the offer to be released and join your master and faction (no collar) (if slavery level <= 5)

- Accept the offer to be released without joining your master and faction (no collar)

- Accept the offer and join your master and faction but remain the property of the faction (keep your collar) (if slavery level >= 2)

- Decline the offer and continue your enslavement (if slavery level >= 2)

 

Some of these options may or may not be available depending on your slavery level.

 

I noticed an issue in the current version regarding the slavery levels, so it is possible one of these options does not appear when it should. I will fix that in the next version.

Just out of curiosity.

 

Let's say that my character has selected Imperial side during Civil War and get's enslaved by Stormcloaks. Is the faction change - if that happens - still temporary and game will continue normally, when my character get's back to imperials?

 

That would probably tear a hole in the space-time fabric of your game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

@sky, i noticed a strange thing after activating papyrus log trace.

during enslavement the papy-log is full of these messages:  SEXLAB - NOTICE: ValidateActor(playername) -- TRUE -- HIT

 

..really really full.. maybe too many.. (even Ashal as noticed this in recent workaround to find a solution for the new SexLab 1.61 and jittering/floating actors http://www.loverslab.com/topic/16623-skyrim-sexlab-sex-animation-framework-v161b-updated-jan-7th-2016/?p=1421176)

maybe these messages come from SDPlus?

just for information: DA and SDplus in my game works as intended.

..and, another thing that I will report: if you use Mod Organizer, you can see the files in conflict with other mods (very useful information).

In SDPlus I noticed some files from ZaZ_Animation_Pack is redundant (because ZaZ-pack is a prerequisite).

Since DA wouldn't allow my PC to get SD enslavement, I manipulated Deviously Enslaved and finally got to try this version of SD.  Seems pretty stable so far.  

Nice work.

How had would it be to increase the "earn/buy your freedom" slider for time and gold?  Maybe an option to never be freed except kill master or slip away?

That's correct.

 

#3 allows you to get your stuff back.

 

In both cases, NPCs of the same faction will become hostile 1 hour after your release (except maybe the master himself for #3, but I haven't fully tested that side yet).

I can add a note to disable the limits if you set the sliders to the maximum.

That shouldn't be too difficult to do.

I spoke to soon.  3rd or 4th day of enslavement in the stormcloak camp and the master decided he needed to commit suicide and go for a walk.  Screwed up a good thing.  Any reason for this?

I noticed an issue in the current version regarding the slavery levels, so it is possible one of these options does not appear when it should. I will fix that in the next version.

 

 

In terms of actual game mechanics, is the only difference between the 1st and 3rd option that you lose your stuff?

 

 

That's correct.

 

#3 allows you to get your stuff back.  

 

 

In both cases, NPCs of the same faction will become hostile 1 hour after your release (except maybe the master himself for #3, but I haven't fully tested that side yet).

 

Interesting.  I never knew there was a delay in the faction becoming hostile.    If I am able to steal my master's key and free myself that way, is there still the 1 hour delay on the master and his faction becoming hostile?  

And maybe to clarify, instead of saying hostile, would it be more accurate to say that they revert back to whatever relationship they had with you before the enslavement?  For example, with Immerslave you can start as a slave of an innkeeper.  If you eventually free yourself but don't join their faction, they would just revert back to friendly, right?

That's correct .. Back to their faction instead of becoming hostile.

 

The one hour delay doesn't work if you steal the key. Only if you teach the end of enslavement through hard work.

On the user manual for Sd+ it mentions a section called 'using sl defeat with sd+' but I've not been able to find it. I've tried searching for guides to tell how defeat needs settings up with sd but can't find any. Is anyone here using both together and can advise on the best way to set up defeat when sd+ is installed?

With the new FNIS animation changes, any chance of using the crawling animation for moving as well?

 

That's planned but I haven't had time to look at it yet.

That was from an earlier version of Defeat.

 

Now that Defeat supports Death Alternative, there is no need to mess around with settings as much.

Hello... Found that eggs cluster can't be removed with money fee... Erorr was something like this "SD non generic type parasitanal" After few 5 tries i was able to delete it by hands :D funny moment thank you for this.

I will have a fix out soon for the spriggan hands removal.

 

I couldn't reproduce issues with collar removal , they work fine for me. Harness removal should be fixed too.

 

I still need to test a fix for parasites removal and test out boots too.

 

Spectral devices should be deleted correctly now after removal.

- what was the exact dialogue from the Blacksmith at removal time?

Somehow the latest version off Devious Devices + Expanded is overwriting the armbinds.

 

Instead getting the default armbinds from SD+ (when you get close to your owner and the message shows up: "Your owner binds your hands again"), DD+E is adding WT-Armbind from itself. And it seems this armbind is not making the PC keeling before the master anymore.

 

Is there a way to prevent this?

If anyone has issues getting their collar removed by blacksmiths, I need more details since I cannot reproduce the issue (they are removed just fine here).

 

Helpful clues include:

- which blacksmith did you try?

 

I had that bug ... here are some details (I hope it helps)

My master died and I looted him ....once I took the master's key and without trying to take off anything, the arm and leg cuffs are removed and a message said something like "the key crumbled into dust after you removed your restraints" .. but the collar was still on and it stayed on.

 

I tried adding the master's key using console ... same message and collar still on.

tried visiting  Eorulan Gray Mane (blacksmith in Whiterun), he took the 500 coins but still the collar was still on.

 

Then I tried something :D  ... I added the master's key using console again ... and extremely fast (before the key crumbled message could appear)  clicked on the collar and it came off.

 

Other details :

Collar Base ID 8916000D

 

collar in the last worn item in the screen shot .... and it is also selected so you can see the base and ref IDs

After downloading the latest 341.b, I noticed the esp creation date,  is dated in year 2008 is this an error?

 

No, it's just that skyrimll comes fully equipped with a portable time travel device. :)

 

Seriously though, it's not a problem.
