Well, Sanguine isn't taking anything from me, never. My Owner isn't taking anything from me too and the Bandits too. I just don't like if the Bandits defeat me and steal my stuff so i turned this feature off (i still don't like DA, if i could i would change the settings so that DA isn't even activated if i fight against a faction which will not enslave me, this way DA would be a pure trigger for SD and wouldn't change the rest of the game)

 

I updated DA to V4.50 and everything works just fine, doesn't needed to change anything.

 

Btw, i think the idea with joining factions could be a bad idea in the end. At the beginning of my actual game (around level 10) i was enslaved by some Vampire, became a Vampire and then joined their faction. Later in the game i wanted to join the Dawnguard, went to Falion, he "cured" my Vampirism and everything was ok for the Dawnguard, but when i got the first quest for the Dawnguard the Vampires in that cave where you find Serana didn't attack me, nobody there except the Draugr were hostile to me and then i realized that for the Dawnguard i was NOT a Vampire and NOT in the Vampirefaction and for the Vampires (and the Skeletons etc.) i was NOT a Vampire but still Member of their faction.

 

With a older game (2 weeks ago) i already managed to be Imperial and Stormcloak at the same time (joined the imperial legion, was enslaved by a bandit, pulled my new Owner to a Stormcloak camp, the Soldiers there didn't attack me but my Owner and the Soldier who killed my Owner became my new Owner....and after 3 Days i joined his faction....Congratulations, you are the first imperial Stormcloak xD)

 

Joining a faction for a short period of time would be better, but this could give other problems. Imagine that you are enslaved by Vampires and become a Vampire too and of course you join their faction by being a Vampire..and later you join again because you were a slave. In this case you can't leave the faction after a short time unless you stop being a Vampire too at the same time.

There's a simple console command for the faction thing, in the meanwhile:

player.addfac (faction refid) -1

 

Just change (refid) by the id of the faction:

  • Bandits: 0001BCC0
  • Falmer:  0002997E
  • Forsworns: 00043599
  • Necromancers: 00034B74
  • Thalmor: 00039F26
  • Vampires: 00027242

I only tested it with the bandits though...

Im having the issue where flowering spriggan wont start. I went into DA menu and upped the spriggan quest. pretty much shut down Defeat, but every time im either transported to the nearby temple and healed. saved by a passing wanderer or attacked by a bandit. no spriggan enslavement. could someone please help me?

Is there a way to alter the settings in DA so that creatures like draugr behave how they use to and sex up the PC when they beat you rather than launch the DA quests?

So I was wrong about DA, I remove a few mods with script and now SD+ and Skyrim run smoothly just like a dream. So smooth that it doesn't feel right anymore. Think I'd add a few more mods until I got some CTDs a again. Skyrim is not itself without crash.

I have a problem i installed the mod and all of the required mods, but after i get enslaved and the sex scene is over the camera  and my character freeze. I can still open all menus but thats about it nothing else works.

I love it... after more than a year of countless tests tinkering with SD, I still run into situations that make it worth the effort.

 

I set up a new character for a fresh round of tests today, starting in that farm next to Dragon Bridge.

 

On her way to Solitude, she encountered a scavenger (from a random encounters mod) busy attacking a wench (from the Wenches mod).

My PC tried to sneak by but the scavenger killed the wench and turn his attention to her, enslaving her after one shot of an arrow.

 

He was in the middle of whipping his fresh new slave when two A'kir warriors, one with pestering a nearby Redguard woman, jumped the scavenger and proceeded to walk away with my PC as THEIR fresh new slave. Her new master was in the middle of using her when the bodyguard of that first wench finally caught up with her.

 

He killed the A'kir warriors (including the master as he was pulling up his pants) and proceeded to walk away with my PC as his new wench.

 

All that in a matter of a couple of minutes.

I have a problem i installed the mod and all of the required mods, but after i get enslaved and the sex scene is over the camera  and my character freeze. I can still open all menus but thats about it nothing else works.

 

Check DA's settings and disable Ragdoll under Bleedout effect.

 

That is fixed in the next version.... not released yet (maybe tomorrow).

You are never completely immortal with DA with the default settings. There is a "large hit" setting and other deep wounds (like strong persistent damage over time) can kill you. As for the fall, you are right, you wouldn't die from any fall, although it'll leave you prone for 10s while you recover, which makes it easy for an potential enemy to finish the job, so to speak. The reason is that I am unable to distinguish fall damage from many other types of damage.

 

Ok, happy to know the "fall immunity" is not a problem on my end. 

I was thinking... I could try to solve it by raising the damage done by falling (doable with a nice utility like Skytweaks) and then maybe lower the amount of damage which can instakill you in Da.

Found out by accident that Serana apparently does not get enslaved when the PC does. Not sure if it's because I haven't completed the Dawnguard storyline yet or not, as I only noticed this after I got enslaved with her tagging along, but I thought I'd point it out, just in case. I'll try it out again later after I finish Dawnguard.

Im assuming since there was no release yesterday that the next update is now definitely delayed until next month now?

Can someone explain me how exactly does going to Sanguine's Dreamworld work? I got enslaved, spent few days in service of my master then I managed to get my master killed but after spending more than one day out of service and sleeping I haven't been sent to the dreamworld. This is quite a problem since my owners don't have any of my items so I'm assuming Sanguine has them.

These are fresh saves. On Friday I decided to reinstall skyrim, and try out a bunch of new mods. These are completely new saves from the very beginning using Live Another Life. Since I am testing to make sure my mods are in order I am not using LADL.

 

I have tried adjusting the various sliders in both Defeat and Sanguine Debauchery and nothing seems to help. I have turned off ragdolls in DAYMOYL like SD says to do.

 

Animations tested through submit work fine.

 

All have been tested by choosing the I am camping in the woods start, which starts you near Helgen, and then running to a nearby bandit camp.

 

I have included papyrus logs of both in case it is a similar error.

 

Papyrus.0Def.log is the one from Defeat.

 

Papyrus.0sd.log is the one from Sanguine Debauchery

Im assuming since there was no release yesterday that the next update is now definitely delayed until next month now?

 

I hope im wrong of course

 

I had some issues to sort out.

I tested Falmer enslavement yesterday and I eventually had to disable Defeat and Submit altogether in order to get SD to trigger correctly (enslavement on first attempt without Defeat or Submit).

 

I will re-introduce Defeat and Submit carefully later and see how I can get them to work together.

Found out by accident that Serana apparently does not get enslaved when the PC does. I'll try it out again later after I finish Dawnguard.

 

Serana has a special follower package which makes it difficult for other mods to handle her properly (you see... that's because Serana is special :) ).

 

We would have to make an exception for her and dismiss her directly upon enslavement.

 

For the short term, you can just disable the enslavement scenario while she is tagging along and reload before you got enslaved.

Also, I found out it is possible to get enslaved without starting the full Sanguine quest.

 

If you go to SD's menu, under status, do you see 'Begin'? is your quest log saying you are now 'Sanguine's new favorite toy'? can you beg for money when you have less than 100 gold?

 

If not, you haven't properly started the quest yet.

This has always been the case for me. And why all low threshold triggered mods need to share a 'common' framework, or you have to use only one mod predominately. I'll be using SD+ exclusively until the others are pulled into the DA framework. 

 

Defeat's design outline is fantastic, just need to get through implementation. To have defeat work as a precursor framework for the DA+SD triggers would be a perfect culmination of collaboration... much like the DD authors are doing. and then doing a skse.dll .. hmmhm.

Version 2.02 is out with these changes:

 

 

- Added Devious Devices Assets as a requirement

:: Since I started a complete rewrite of the mechanics between master and slave, this is a good time to make that jump

:: The SD/DDi patch is now integrated into this version of SD and is no longer necessary

:: Wearing a Devious Device Collar will grant you the 'I need a strong hand' dialogue to ask NPCs to enslave you.

 

- Added DA scenario to teleport to Sanguine's Dreamworld on Blackout and on Death

:: This requires version 4.5 of Death Alternative

 

- Added immersive status dialogue ('How am I doing?')

 

- Followers have a random chance to be sent away to Mistwatch after capture

:: You have to go there and rescue them

 

- Disabled detection of attacks from slave on master

:: Issues with some mods triggering false attacks (cloak spells?)

:: I will have to properly detect real attacks (maybe checking if slave is holding a weapon)

- Disabled sex animations filtering based on bondage items

:: Kept only gender restrictions and forced 'Cowgirl' to Female dom/Male sub situations

 

- Fixed: Ragdoll issues from DA (using a patch graciously provided by DA's author, thanks BralorMarr!!)

- Fixed: Reworked 'surrender' key to fix some issues

- Fixed: Improved tracking of amount of gold due for buyout

I did set everything up as seen in manual and I clicked Begin. I could beg for gold and dance but no Dreamworld.

 

I started a new save to check if anything is different, after some test the Dreamworld does work - the difference between save is:

-on my old save there is an empty space where 'Entering Sanguine's realm' should be,

-on the new save addon patches can be turned off and on while on the old save they are turned off without letting me change anything.

 

It looks like I need to start a new save then, good thing I was only level 12.

Yes - that's the one.
