Guest Posted May 22, 2018 Posted May 22, 2018 Good, good, good, and then suddenly the MCM NPC section comes blank (empty) when I try to open it. After that, some revealing armor "looses" schlongs, then NPCs start loosing schlongs one by one, with no option of getting it back cuz the MCM's gone crazy. What's wrong?
Zor2k13 Posted May 22, 2018 Posted May 22, 2018 Did anyone ever fix the problems with footwear like bandit male fur shoes and barkeeper shoes and I think it was one of the fine clothes shoes and other footwear that showed the ankle and or foot for SOS and SOS light bodies? I still have the old optional files but the bandit fur shoes is clipping badly and those fine clothes shoes too maybe some others.

Search for Better Males Footwear Fix. ............................................................................ Can I add a keyword "SOS_Revealing" to an Armor through console? That's a question.

Don't think so, keywords can't be modified on the run. You could check out the script that's used to mark an item as "Reveling" on runtime via the MCM menu and see if its functions can be triggered or replicated with console commands, but that's pretty much it.
Raul Jorge Posted May 25, 2018 Posted May 25, 2018 I wish SOS and Sam could be joined together and form a 3rd body with the best of what each body has to offer.

SAM is a futher development of SOS by one of the originators. Only problem is that particular originator became too enamored of his creation and demands several ridiculous things of anyone who dares develop anything for it. 5

Ah, started new game. Thanks for reply.
Pupkin Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Hey guys. I have a small problem. After I reinstalled my game and got a muscular type of SOS it does not put it by default on males, so I need to manually go to options and select it for every male. There is probably something really basic that I'm missing. Any ideas?
Cago12 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 I downloaded SKSE and SkyUI and I installed SKSE via NMM I tried installing SkyUI also using NMM and halfway through it said that I needed to install the latest version of SKSE even though I just did. why won't my SkyUI install?

Since there are currently THREE versions of Skyrim right now (Skyrim LE aka Oldrim, Skyrim SE and Skyrim VR) it's probably important that you mention which version of Skyrim you are trying to do this for. That's because the version of SKSE you use must match the version of Skyrim you use AND for both the SE and VR versions you must also get versions of the mod converted for SE while for LE you do not want those converted versions. Basically, make sure the versions of the SKSE and the mods you installed are all made for the version of Skyrim you are using. What's provided here in the original post for this thread is the LE versions and the links are all to LE version mods.
SpinningCompass Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 Spoiler This ^ Does anyone know what causes this and/or how to fix it?
Setekh Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 Mismatched textures , both diffuse and normal by the looks of it, either find a texture set that properly supports SOS or learn Photoshop and blend the transition yourself. You've also got Normalmap seams around wrists and thighs (caused by using a vanilla/SAM UV based texture instead of an SOS one.
Astedroid Posted June 3, 2018 Posted June 3, 2018 This may be little bit ackward to say, but how can i ask another NPC for a sex?
Rogue_Kitsune Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Hey folks. I'm sure I've asked this before, but I don't think I'd ever managed to figure it out, and since I'm trying to get into Skyrim again, I've started wondering about it again... Is there any way to potentially tie this in with SexLab so that characters will only strip completely for sex acts, but will keep their underwear on otherwise? (I'd rather not be leaving dead bandits laying around completely nude!) I was hoping there'd be some easy way to do this, but if there is, I'm not seeing it, so, I figured I'd ask here before I go crazy trying to tear the plugin file apart again! Any help you guys can offer would be much appreciated.

It should be in this forum somewhere but may be buried pretty deep.
Poseidon00 Posted June 5, 2018 Posted June 5, 2018 Been trying to get this to work for awhile but having a CTD each time. Seems it's probably not playing nice with other mods, so I disable the other ones that affect skeletons, but still getting that CTD. Installed manually, not sure how to do it via NMM, but I did enable the .esm's or whatever via NMM. Edit: Turns out I solved my problem, after trying to fix things until 3 a.m last night. Turns out my problem wasn't other mods (thank god, I love Racial Body Morphs) but the fact that I was using Skyrim SE and downloading the Oldrim version. I'll, uh...see myself out now.

Because if I'm understanding that mod right, it just adds the underwear as one of the "schlong" options, which would probably work out the same as not using SOS at all, in that characters would have underwear on all the time, even during sex scenes. And what's really bugging me with this is I already figured out how to get the SexLab nudesuit option to play well with it (just use the same meshes as the SOS nude body, flag the nudesuit to be a "revealing" outfit), but I just can not figure out why or how it always applies a schlong addon to the SkinNaked armor. If I could somehow just set that to be treated as a "concealing" outfit, it'd work perfectly, but I've tried messing around with changing keywords and equip slots quite a bit, and it seems like SkinNaked is treated differently from everything else. I'm thinking it might be something in the scripts at this point (probably SOS_ActorMagicEffect_Script), and...... I had the code up in another window while typing this and might have found it? Spoiler If !PelvisEquipped ; check if we need to equip the genitals Armor BodyEquipped = ActorRef.GetWornForm(0x00000004) as Armor ; Equip genitals if actor is nude, or is wearing revealing armor and the item removed is a panty/underwear If (!BodyEquipped || (HasPelvisSlot(unequipped) && SOS_SKSE.IsRevealing(BodyEquipped))) EquipGenitals() If I were to remove "!BodyEquipped ||" in the fifth line and recompile that, would that stop it from equipping genitals when the character is nude? (Note: I realize that would normally end up with a hole in the pelvis, but I was going to replace the default malebody meshes with ones with the underwear included to fix that, while using the normal SOS meshes to replace SexLab's nudesuit.) ...Of course, now I can't test it because I can't figure out how to get the darn thing to compile. Sigh. Seems like there's always just one more thing when it comes to modding this game!
Rogue_Kitsune Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 So, I stayed up far later than I meant to poking at this, but... I GOT IT! I was right, the script was what did the trick; wasn't even that tough to figure out once I knew where to look. Heck, it took longer figuring out how to get the darn compiler to work than to edit the code! (Seemed like the Creation Kit didn't play nice with Mod Organizer, and it took a bit for to figure out I needed the source scripts from SkyUI to get my modified one to compile... funny thing with that, though - the answer I found after throwing the error in Google was here on this site. You guys are awesome. ) With that said, if anyone else would be interested in being able to have characters have underwear on normally, but strip nude for SexLab scenes or while wearing revealing armors, let me know! I'd be happy to share what I've thrown together, once I've cleaned it up a bit.
Colacoca820 Posted June 11, 2018 Posted June 11, 2018 I'm very sorry if my comment is being posted incorrectly (I've never left a comment on this site because I never had an issue nor have I needed to ask for help on this site :c )But I'm having an issue with the "fixed in place" Schlong placement issue.I tried following the troubleshooting steps but whenever I enter in the console command and restart SOS mod in the MCM menu, it just removes the schlong, equips the underwear, and the problem of that area being in a fixed area still persists. (By that I mean the underwear texture still stays in place during animations too)The MCM menus tell me that there are no compatible skeletons for schlongs of Skyrim and I don't know why it's not detecting the UNP, Smurf, and other schlong. These are the mods I have enabled when trying to fix this issue: FNIS Behavior 7_4_5 FNIS Creature pack 6_1 Alternate start Realistic Ragdolls and Forces Calientes Beautiful Bodies Dimonized UNP female body HDT Physics Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch Sexlab Framework_v162_FULL SOS 3.00.004 XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended Race Menu SkyUI

nIn nIn nIn Posted June 14, 2018 Posted June 14, 2018 Ok, because I am an idiot sandwich today, I forgot to never drink the Troll essence, and managed to do just that today. Anyone know if the effect (no effing schlong at all) is permanent or wears off after time? Is there a remedy at the sos shop in Riverwood? I've spent a good hour searching for a solution, and the only mention of the trollollolol potion is to not drink the bloody thing. ?

You could also "SHowRaceMenu" from the console and restore the schlong there.
