Did you re-install to be sure?  Did you enable the ESP for the shop?  Do your men have schlongs now?

Note that you should NOT install the skeleton that comes with SOS, install the XPMSE skeleton instead and make sure you install it last because countless authors added defective ancient skeletons to their mods and those won't work with SOS and even if you install the one that comes with SOS it too is ancient and lacks things that will cause you grief later.

I installed XPMS but now when I enter the game after 1 second it crashes and everyone is in a T-Pose

That sounds pretty bad.  Does it crash if you uncheck the esp and esm files added by SOS?  If it doesn't crash is everything still T-Pose?

did you rerun FNIS? and check skeleton arm fix?

sorry if this was asked before but I'm honestly too lazy to look through all 216 pages of this thread to find out, but for some reason my character doesn't have a schlong. Instead theres a hole in his crotch as if it didn't have any meshes/textures at all. I'm playing a custom race (half dragon race to be exact) and I think it has something to do with that, but I have no clue as to what I'm supposed to do to fix this.
Thanks for the help in advance.

What you wish find is located in the description>compatibility section.

>Using a custom race, depending on how its done, may cause issues like the Perma-Undies Syndrome or the Hole in the Hip problem. The custom Race will however need compatible SOS assets (skeleton/meshes/textures). You can use MCM > SOS > Player NPC / Settings to give them a schlong.

Oh... thanks. ^^'
I knew I missed something when I read that section. Now I feel really dumb. It worked like it said it would.

Install and activate the XPMSE.ESP that comes with the XPMSE skeleton (which you should already have installed as well).

How do you spawn the potions?

Kill Dragons, Trolls and Falmer who will have the potions on them as loot. SOS Full only, the Lite version has no potions.

You can also install the optional shop in Riverwood and shop there for them.

Lastly you can use the console or the Add Item Menu mod.

How can I get them with the console?

In the console type "help essence", it should respond with a list of items in the game with the word essence in them and IDs for each of those items.  Then type "player.additem ID Q" where "ID" is the ID of the item you want to add and "Q" is the quantity of that item you want added.

hmm SOS just stopped to "Schlongify" the people just now.....

everybody i meet now, has no schlong....

i can schlongify them by hand, but thats quite annoying, specially when there is no chance to do so before the sex... with defeat for example....

yesterday it was working flawless..

i did not install anything new...

Okay, so I'm not sure if this is where I would ask for help with SOS load order issues - so if I'm wrong to do so, please direct me to the right thread.

I'm having an issue with random male NPCs having different color heads than their bodies. "Gjuk" for example (he's an NPC from the Blood Horker crew, hanging out at Windpeak Inn in Dawnstar) has a handsome-ified Nord face (I'm guessing from my Men of Skyrim mod) but a totally random Redguard body lol. I don't know if this is a clash with SOS or what but I think it is.

He's not the only NPC this happens to, it seems to be a random occurrence. My game is, admittedly, heavily modded.

I'll include my load order as a spoiler below. If anyone has any tips, that would be great. I already use LOOT, TES5Edit, and even Mator Smash and I'm having no luck with fixing this issue.

It IS a load order problem.

Since the files for the head are individual per NPC if the order you loaded two mods that change the same NPCs no longer matches the order you INSTALLED those mods (or not matching the order they are in the left hand screen for Mod Organizer users) then the head for the NPC body stands a very good chance of no longer matching the body.

An old mod of mine (not released due to it not being 100% yet), is a "Ring of Silence", basically only works for "beast" races.  Lets them go "natural" (somewhat), gloves and boots are still possible.  When the ring is worn (by an actor) the following slots are accupied; 32, 34, 36, 38 and 43, it marks ArmorBoots, ArmorGauntlets, ArmorHeavy, ArmorHelmet, ArmorJewelry, ArmorLight, ClothingBody and ClothingRing (there are others, but they don't apply to the usage).  The problem is, schlongs being added vanish if it's worn, for women the schlong vanishes, men put on underwear.  Tried making the item in the MCM to be revealing and it made no difference.

Other than using 32, what would be the best slot to cause the unequipping of body and not interfere with any other mod that may add something to it?

Add that item to the SOS Revealing list in the MCM menu for SOS OR add the SOS_Revealing keyword to that item and then SOS will not hide the schlong when the "item" is equipped.

I am not sure whether this is the right place to post my question. I have been using a couple of Mods - mostly the SLab Framework, Defeat, and SOS. Turns out that using SOS causes a couple of serious issues, it took me a while to isolate the culprit, but I finally isolated SOS to be the one. First of all, a lot of NPCs (but not all) undress. Using the mod "Put on some clothes" does not help, because the NPCs undress again in a matter of seconds. Second, some NPCs lose entire mody parts, especially torsos. Now I have guard legs and floating above them guard heads, but that kind of breaks the immersion. What is the reason and what can I do to solve this problem? I am using SOS - Schlongs of Skyrim - 3.00.004

This is not something I have heard of occurring. There is no code in SOS to cause NPCs to remove their clothes so what ever you did that suggested this mod is the reason was faulty.

Disappearing torsos however tells me you have installed armor or clothing mods that are not meant for the NPCs who have them equipped as they have no models for that NPC's race so they are simply not rendered leaving the heads, hands and feet with whatever these might have equipped behind.

A simple way to find the problem is to open the console and click on the affected NPC and make sure it is selected and not a tree, bush, bit of smoke or whatever else might be near the NPC.  Then type the command INV into the console and look at the list of items the NPC is carrying, whatever clothing or armor that is marked (worn) will be the cause of the invisible body.  The FIRST TWO digits of the id for that worn item will be the Hex mod number of the mod that last altered the item.  You can check that against your load order to find the culprit.

I haven't had time yet to check your info, however, I started the game without SOS (no issues) and with SOS (described issues) while having otherwise the same mods installed. The only armor mod I have installed (or at least I am aware of) is immersive armors https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19733

Hey bros, i have problem with files that SOS install "factory"...
When I install SOS, this mod doesn't show in MCM, after I replace a "Schlongs of Skyrim.esp" with files I get from forum (https://www.loverslab.com/topic/26550-sos-mcm/) I finally see a settings, but then I haven't any schlongs. Can someone share a working files of "SOS Smurf Average Addon.esp" "SOS - VectorPlexus Muscular Addon.esp" and "SOS - VectorPlexus Regular Addon.esp"? I think it's can solve my problem.

Or just help me make it work correctly - thanks

Edit: I try with others versions

I downloaded this mod yesterday and it says "papyrus outdated" or something like that, it shows me that everytime i start the game can you help me fix this?

I searched the mod and nowhere does it have any messages in it which have the word "outdated" or "papyrus" in them.

Perhaps if you gave the exact text of the error?
