Actually a quick question as Im not sure if this mod is causing it, but when I run FNIS after the new version I get.

ERROR(9): Index was outside the bounds of the array.

 

I cant seem to fix it  :( any help?

Ok so I tested the free trial with 4.05 and it took some effort to get it to work. At first I was getting the Belt Code 9 error again. Plus all the wrong npc names (hunter, etc).

 

To fix this I used the unlocalized esp (as mentioned above) to overwrite FOMOD provided esp, started a new game and went through all the free trial stuff and this time I got no problems taking a delivery quest, so yay :)

 

Anyone confused: There is a folder called ''20 Unlocalized ESP'' in the CD 4.05 zip file you download. Extract this folder and zip it seperately. Then install this new folder and let it overwrite the Captured Dreams 4.05 mod. (This is using MO)

Make sure you have the latest FNIS version installed, I believe this is because you got too many animations but I'm not 100% sure. I had this error before and updating FNIS solved it.

is anyone else suffering from the following bug? i was able to resolve it by removing CD (dammit, want this mod!):

on leveling up, my character would become unable to mine, chop wood, or use any of the crafting stations. the appropriate animation would start, then immediately exit. after doing some digging, i diagnosed it as a broken animation: one that got paused/exited improperly. the common fix is to figure out which animation got interrupted (most often shouting) and do that animation over again and let it play out. problem is, i was just standing around doing nothing when i vel up, and all mu crafting/harvest animations would get broken and te bug would get baked into the save.

since the 'animation' was associated with leveling up, i'm thinking it was related to the on-lvl-up check CD does to see if it should start the expansion quest.

i'm also gfetting a ton of 'lookup failed' errors. no idea why. (i did enable all of the sidequests/events, and none of them would trigger. overlaping quest ids?)

 

The crafting issue is due to the courier, for whatever reason when she is dispatched Skyrim thinks you are already in dialogue with her which keeps you from being able to do crafting (can't speak and such at the same time). Once she finds you it should go back to normal. The courier is sent at levels 2, 5 and 8 as I remember.

Having a hard time increasing the tendencies to initiate the quests, any advice? It never seems to budge from 4 even though my sub/dom tendencies and relationship with the Master changes.

 

Those are not set to change at this point once set in the menu. You can change them via the console, use help CDxTend  to get a list of them, they should range from 1 - 7.

 

 

I'm getting nothing for that in the console. I tried searching for something simple like CDxDifficultyLevel and that exists along with other CDx stuff.

 

 

I also tried doing this: help cdx 3 to see all the relevant globals but I see nothing relating to the tendency values (looking for anyting = 4 and I can't see any setting with that...)

4.05 BUG:

 

• Installed 4.05.

 

• Started a new game.

 

​• Got to CDS, asked for a job and the dreaded "LOOKUP FAILED" error has occurred again.

- As with this error back in 4.03, Quest names are all messed up, CDS NPC names are not all correct either (the ones I know of like De'Zra is called Captured Dreams Courier).

 

 

EDIT:

 

​Temporary fix:  Install the .esp from the "Unlocalized" folder.

 

The esp from the Unlocalized folder is the same esp that I am using, the CK can't work with a localized one.

Been trying to swap out the maid uniform with this one on the nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77957/?

Best one all the way back from fallout 3 and NV.

 

Not had much luck. Do I just switch the uniforms to point to this outfit or is there something else I need to do?

 

Copy the mesh 0 and 1 files and use those to replace the ones in the meshes/devious/shop/maiduniform folder. Just rename the copied files the same as the ones in the folder, it will find the textures itself. You will probably want boots as well.

So unless this happens more often, i don't know where to start to find the cause of the problem and book it under installation problem.

I'm in V4.03 with the mcm fix

I finish the property slave as rebel... Works fine

 

I restart a new game and 10lvl later, i'm testing the volontary slave

 

The master want my prefererence ( Belt, collar ....)

My first choice : Cb black Closed back and normal collar --> Cb black OPEN and POSTURE collar

 

Other test, the same in white Belt ok, but another posture

 

Third test, same with dark red, Belt ok, another posture and not visible....

 

A simple question: if i delete the wrong item with the console and remplace by my choice, the "quest" is broken? (Remove Belt , etc)

No, it won't break so long as you use the one with CD at the start of the name, the ones without it are normal belts. If it is removed you may get the old one back. This issue should be resolved once I rebuild the quest device equip function.

 

Another bug, something block the Pc at the principal entrence of the VIP manor

The invisible thing has been there since the expansion was made long ago. I believe it is an issue with the havoc physics of the door right there, it is a similar issue as the door in the basement of the Embassy.

first of all great mod of course, i mean look at the commotion it has caused over the past few months :)

ive run into a problem though, im not sure if it has been mentioned in the overload of comments in the last few days, but youll have to forgive me for not skimming through all that.

So the first few days after initial release it worked like a charm, then without changing anything in load order or adding/removing any mods it now CTD's on nearing the shop area (about the range of halfmoonmill in a 360 radius). I had hoped the new release would fix it but sadly it hasnt.

 

Anyone knows what might cause this?

Are you using any mods that change the area around the shop? If so it is likely a conflict between the navmeshes. I have set mine to overwrite the ones from Skyrim and use the same ID so if another mod adds something such as a door or something to the affected navmeshes it will likely crash. The only other change has been the change in the location area considered to be the shop, it was increased so you didn't have to be as close to it for it to detect it. It does not overlap with the one from the mill or any of the others around it as the radius is still within the shop area.

 

 

Right i shouldve been more correct in my description, i do not have any mod that does that sadly otherwise it would have been an easy fix. Im not sure what couldve caused it since it happened one day to another without changing anything in my skyrim.

 

 

 

 

Is the expansion finished, being worked on or not started? Does going back a save or two fix the issue?

I thought that too But it always seems to stop with DD no matter how many I remove. Any chance you knwo what mod DD is?

Ok, played for some time now, and encountered following issues. Clean game install from steam, only DD mods intalled are CD (and requirements) Cursed Loot (most functions disabled, only solicitation and restraints dialogue left eneabled) and DD Equip.

 

Chaste Life & Trial Run

If PC is a virgin, when the "trial run" of the devices begins, after the initial comment about device quality PC is either:

a) if Chaste Life is NOT enabled, PC gets equipped with a belt and everything works just fine

B) if Chaste Life is enabled, i assume quest should take different path now - PC is to be led to the back area and equipped with the long term belt. What happens instead is:

  1. Master tells that she has better items in the back
  2. Master makes the equipping animation and collar appears on the PC (with CL disabled a belt would appear as well)
  3. Master starts usual dialogue about belt being comfy, like CL was disabled - tabbing out of the dialogue, or going thourgh with it does not seem to have any effect on the following
  4. at the same time as dialogue appears, Master and PC will start moving to the back of the shop
  5. upon reaching the spot, Master will start a dialogue and restrain PC
  6. the dialogue progresses normally until Master says "Let me adjust this a bit" (or something to that effect)
  7. the dialogue gets looped at that point - she will keep repeating that line, make an equipping animation but nothing gets equipped
  8. stuff is broken at this point, PC is left restrained if one escapes the dialogue

 

Slavery intro:

Upon transfer from ship to mine, PC is at the cross. Master is supposed to equip some items on the PC, but it seems something is amiss there - she starts with the plug, but will not equip the belt until the plug slides out on it's own. It's like the plug is blocking the belt from being equipped for some reason...

 

Various scenes where Master belts non-slave PC (delivery, free trial, etc) - plugs do not get equipped. They appear in the inventory but only belt is equipped.

Most of these are issues with the equip function I have set up, it is slowed down too easily and doesn't get the belt on in time or hangs when getting a belt. I have been using a script to look up the 2nd part of the devices so I didn't need properties for them all but I will be changing it.

 

Property slave:

One of the punishments is standing near the road and (i suppose?) enticing clients. For me, this job flat out breaks - after PC gets tied to the stone pillar/whatever, a guest comes by the road. Guest is invited to inspect PC, and comes close at which point everything stops and i can run around no problem, the guard and the guest just standing there, looking at the place i used to stand at.

The belt should be removed and a sexlab scene started.

 

Despite sweeping being only supposed to appear once per day, that is the only thing i ever see. Each morning it's the same: firewood + sweeping and then tasks C and D are both sweeping.

I will have to go back through the script again as once it sets it as unavailable it should not be able to assign it again.

 

Moreover, i do believe that sweeping needs a slight rework - it's way too tedious right now. I would split it into 3 different tasks, for each of the floors, make one spot per room (several per larger rooms) and make them appear all at the same time - i don't know about others, but i do not vacuum my home by randomly running from room to room but do it methodically, room by room. That way, if PC is unlucky, 3 out of 4 tasks will still be sweeping (ground, 1st and 2rd floor) but it will have some logic to it, instead of being a weird game of hide and seek with dust piles.

The main reason I did it that way was to take up time. I can see about having it set so it does the different floors together instead of splitting it up into different tasks.

 

I also have some questions:

Is it supposed to be completely random plugs each time PC get's belted during slavery questline? I started the quest quite a few times, and each time Master (attempted) to plug me with different ones.

Currently yes due to issues with the equip function.

 

Also, is it possible some of the issues come from the conflicts with DD Equip? I have just installed DD Equip recently (it was on the CD recommended list) and made several mistakes already, or rather, mod default configuration is just... Hardcore mode by default, with huge health drain enabled, that for some reason activates on PC when an plugged NPC plugs activate? Nice. My triple sweeping tasks keep killing me, because Master's lover plugs keep activating and the hp drain kills me o_0 Is it safe to just remove DD Equip "on the fly" or do i need new game after removal?

If DD Equip is killing you then I would get rid of it, it should not be that intrusive and change base items or commands. As for if you can get rid of it on the fly I don't know. It seems that it has changed somewhat since I used it last.

Sorry about reposting this but I posted it last night and fear it got lost in the massive number of replies this post is getting:

 

When I am told by the master that she has a guest to introduce me to, or when I am told to go to the VIP house to meet a guest (in which case it happens when I enter the shower at the beginning), my character suddenly walks herself to the mine with no explanation and just walks into the mine gate for all time. any idea why this happens?

 

Also, tried going to 4.5 to see if that fixes it, instead I got the lookup failed errors, along with the messed up quests, missing items, and master called hunter

This should be easy to sort from DD Equip MCM. There are options in it set effects only to items given by the mod, or affect to all items. You can also change or disable these effects from the MCM for individual items.

 

I do not see need to get rid of DD Equip - I am also using it -, but to spend some time with it's MCM and configure to match the need.

plz tell me you'll be adding something to make the sweeping quests faster or shorter cause apart from that the rest is fantastic but having to spend an entire night just to clear 30 points and clear the quest?

I need sleep!

Change the difficulty level to Light, it sets the target lower and gives markers for all of the piles.

 

 

Thats the sad part i am.

Altho at first it was buggy cause markers dint appear for the.... 3 first (went around for like 5min trying to find where i missed 1) then suddenly.... markers.....

 

So ya... 20 something piles is incredibly tedious.

I cant imagine doing it on hard. I'd go nuts.

I used Content Consumers Alternate Start to trigger it. Simple Slavery should work, too. Veladarius has noted in his list of recommended mods which mods can trigger the slavery start.

    Having problems with the mod.

 

    Earlier versions 4.0 - 4.02 or so seemed to work fine until I would get stuck advancing in the slavery quest playing either a good or bad slave. Good got stuck after second special assignment where I helped blacksmith in solitude and bad side got stuck once I got to the advertising while tied to the post.

 

    4.03 had gibberish in mcm and when i went to grab quests it seemed to give me the wrong ones with an error code in journal. 4.04 and 4.05 can't even be extracted in mod organizer, I just get the "extracting failed (9)" message.

 

    Any help would be appreciated.

HI All, I play a little with version 4.05, it correct some of the bug I've encounter but I still have one minor issue :

- When in debt with the master the collar and belt aren't unequip when debt is paying off, same if I use the reset quest function in MCM. However, it is remove when I finished a delivery quest or use the delivery quest reset (maybe the end of the quest miss a part ?)

 

Just a quick feedback on assist a customer, it doesn't work as for most of us (Tavish never show up) but the script go along (I got no dialogue but I got all equipments and the final dialogue to end quest).

I can't download the file Captured_Dreams_V4-05.7Z - it gets to 100% in the download bar and stays that way. Tried both Opera and Firefox.

That's so far the only file on LL I've had this problem with.

Ich habe da jetzt etwas ganz komisches.. ich habe ein neues Spiel erstellt, das mit der Liefer Quest klappt immer noch nicht, aber das komische ist: der Meister heißt jetzt Jäger, Herran heißt Gast und die Ausgestellten 3 Sklavinnen auch entweder Gast oder Jäger.

Aja und die anderen beiden heißen beide Carla..

 

Beim Gürtel bekomme ich entweder Beltcode 1, aber dann redet sie nicht mehr weiter und der Dialog endet, oder ich bekomme Beltcode 9 und sie sagt das ich ohne einen ihrer Gürtel den Auftrag nicht annehmen kann.

I've got now something very strange .. I have a new game created, it works with the Delivery Quest still not, but the ridiculous: the master is now called Hunter, Herran 's guest and 3 Exhibited slaves also either Gast or hunter.

Hello, I have tested multiple times even after cleaner but I think when Harness is selected as preferred belt Master has problems putting it for the Delivery Quest.

The problem comes when she has you wear something that interferes with the harness, like a collar or a bra.

Sometimes she will go straight for the harness and it will equip fine.

I've tried with clean saves too, not sure if this is happening to someone else or just me though.

I'm having the exact same issue, and the provided temporary fix works for me.

 

P.S. I haven't started a new game, since i've started like 10 times the last couple of days :) I've updated from 4.0.4 to 4.05 (i was not on active quest from CD when i've did the update)

Bei der Quest eine Lieferung bergen, bekomme ich als Text: Ich habe einen Brief von Captured Dreams erhalten, den ich lesen sollte.. Im Quest Buch habe ich eine ganz winzige Schrift und als Beschreibung steht dort: LOOKUP FAILED! - Diese Nachricht erhalte ich übrigens auch wenn ich Versklavung wähle, wo dann stehen sollte ich soll das MCM Menu öffnen und mich entscheiden wie ich spielen möchte, also die Spieldaten eingeben, bekomme ich nur ein schwarzes Kästchen wo steht: LOOKUP FAILED... Die Restliche Übersetzung im MCM Menu selbst sehe ich aber ganz normal.

When Quest involve a delivery, I get a text : I have received a letter of Captured Dreams , should I read .. In Quest book I have a very tiny font and the description is there : LOOKUP FAILED ! - I get this message the way even if I choose enslavement where should be then I will open the MCM Menu and decide how I want to play , so enter the game data , I just get a black box where it says : LOOKUP FAILED ... The Miscellaneous translation in MCM Menu itself I see quite normal.

 

Edit: oke, with the Unlocalized ESP now this one is working!

Edit: ok, mit der Unlocalized ESP scheint dies zumindest mal wieder zu klappen!

Ich bin wie bereits erwähnt kein Modder.. ich denke ein kleines Problem liegt aber darin, dass dieses Eisen / Yoke sich den Platz mit dem Halsband teilt..

Der Meister sagt: "Lasst mich Euch zuerst einen unserer Gürtel und Halsbänder anlegen, dies tut sie und entfernt dann erst den Rest.. das Resultat ist, wenn ich ein Yoke trage, ich dann kein Halsband mehr bekomme.

Sie sollte zuerst ALLES entfernen und erst DANN die neuen Items anlegen.
So wie ich das verstehe zumindest.

 

Oder auch nicht, ich kann mich da auch irren.. es war nur so eine Idee! :)

I am, as already mentioned no Modder.. I think a small problem, however, is that this iron / Yoke shares space with the necklace..

The master says: " Let me you first create one of our belts and collars, so it does and then removed before the res .. the result is, if I wear a yoke, I get no collar.

You should first remove ALL and create only THEN the new items.
The way I understand at least.

 

Or not, I may be wrong there.. it was just an idea! :)
