You mentioned problems because of the new 6.1 zaz update. There is. In a conversation between Xaz, Min, Fore and myself we determined the issue and I tested an animation patch which corrected the issue (was posted by xaz in ZAP unofficially). V6.11 should be built the same way as the patch and let things run as normal. I am testing the v6.11 update now to make sure everything works properly. I am nearly done with reworking the quest to Solitude to see Elisif. There is new content that happens between first speaking with her and actually putting the items on her. Most of what is left of it is scripting and setting up some final quest stages. I am at the quest to do the thalmar embasy. I did the quest with the problem all the way thru using reset idle. I will try it now with with the patch from Zaz The quest with elsif you might want to ask her if she would like sex before being locked up.

My eyes bugged out reading that, but I probably misread. For time immemorial Elisif starts getting twitchy and Peaches asks, "would you like to be alone", or "Would you like some relief, I can help", or similar words. While the script is running, I didn't know you could ask for anything. To a post several lines above, The modded game seems to be biased towards sex in a crowd, with people just chancing by to remark "Yes?" "Can I help you?" Pulling the player into a private room just isn't done (Well Elisif does it, but...

PassingByPosts Posted April 2, 2016 Posted April 2, 2016 Trying my first run through of the expansion and the embassy quest is throwing me out after the 3rd sex scene. IS this due to the ZAP/ZAZ conflict? am i worth waiitng for v4 ? It is not due to ZAP, there has always been a crash issue with SexLab during the quest. The crash happens after CD hands control over to SexLab and usually at a certain point but there isn't much I can do since it does not happen at the same place for everyone. There is a bit of a work around though: 1- After being sent to Elenwen's room for the first time save the game (quick save or normal, does not matter), you can save during any scene except when in direct dialogue with an npc or during a sex scene and it will load and continue fine. 2- Do a save (as above) after each sex scene until you hit the crash. It is usually during one of the scenes with Elenwen or the guards in the basement. 3- Reload from the last save and it will typically finish out without crashing (has always for me). As an alternate: If you want, you can make the first save once you get to Elenwen's room before the first sex scene, quit the game and reload. This method has worked for me and 99% of the time it was crash free. My theory is that there is something in the opening scene that is causing the issue, I suspect it is the removal of the harness but can't see why that would be the problem or it would be seen more often. Tried it and it worked (the restart worked the best and most reliable when i tested again) Loved the scene i like the way the quests go darker and more intense as your relationship with the shop grows thats exactly the way it should be. Also the punishment scenes work great and hope to see more as you try to help around the shop i can easily see the master trying to push sub leaning pc's into failing so she can work on them more Cant wait for v4 Great work easily one of if not the best mod on here.

I'm looking forward to v4, and am keeping some mod slots in my present game to add it. But, STBO, there is reasonable probability of CD clashing with some other mods on real estate usage. Eg, TES Arena, a mod I really like, is a case in point, where North Keep occupies the CD site, or vice versa! , but, because of its modular construction, it can be repackaged without North Keep and the rest plays OK. ETaC etc concentrate on Towns and so on so have less likelihood to clash. But, just for info, and in case not mentioned before, I tried out one of the more popular recent, and very very good(!), overall remakes, TPOS.... http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72449/? ....which initially clashed with all sorts of things, but for which there now seem to be '00s of patches , both on the main TPOS page and elsewhere I found that it does conflict with the existing CD shop and exterior, insofar as they vie for use of the land in the direction of the mill/stream. I'm sacrificing the whole of TPOS to use the new CD when it comes anyway, and I'm not suggesting a rebuild or the like , but if TPOS has gained traction with anyone else here not yet using CD, or merely waiting for v4, it might be worth a check to see if there is some way of making them work together? Might just be a simple write over of some of the TPOS infrastructure Just a thought, FWIW, and hope it's helpful

The first quest had me stuck after putting the belt on Nenya. It's not that much of a problem, and I gave up trying to fix it and skipped it. Now, I'm on to the 3d quest, and I have a new problem, one I encountered on the second as well : On the "fade to black" transitions, if my player's motions were out before, because of the enchanted collar, well, the scene doesn't load the next room. For instance right now the Master mentions going to the VIP house for "some reward", it fades to black, and we're still in the room where we began. Has anyone here encountered this kind of problem before? Thanks.

Make sure you have the latest patch released for ZAZ Animation Pack, v6.1 caused animation issues.

Excited about the ability to bypass the original EXP quests as, while they are very well done, I never liked the embassy one (Non-Consensual content isn't my particular Cup of tea, I prefer quests where, should my char be submitting, its out of choice). I didn't mind the Embassy quest except for the part where the PC is thrown into a room full of Thalmor and gang-raped a dozen times. With all the other content in the mod that part felt like it really didn't fit, IMO. I know the PC gets sent there to be used as whatever Elenwen sees fit but still, it didn't seem to fit very well although v4 seems like it's going to have more sex than the current version so it may fit better then. A way to bypass that scene would be great, perhaps a MCM option or something the PC could activate while they're in the cell. The PC would still get used by the two guards washing you up but a fade-to-black scene would occur afterwards. Instead of being teleported to the room with the Thalmor you'd get a message box detailing the events that happened followed by a scene where the PC is being escorted back their cell. Yeah, thats the main scene that bugs me. Again, if that's your thing that's fine. I'm fine with people doing what they want in the game, but to me? I don't particularly care for it. Whats funny about my current crashes on the embassy quest is that if you go back a few hundred pages, I had to ask for help getting though it on a playthrough more than 6 months ago. Then I used setstages (and got through it on a new save, it was a bug where my char had an animation error, it would cancel any animation that was attempted, even crafting. Still never figured out why). I only had to use reset idle once. after getting into the embassy, the movement to her bedroom reqquired the reset idle. I retried this part 5 times, from save before arriving at embassy all had same result. The penis pierce item has not texture. and when the harness is put on, and the penis disappears the piercing is still out in front of toon, floating in the air.LOL that is probably a DD problem.

Easiest way to bypass the quest from where you are is from the cell while you still have control, there are no scenes running on you and everyone else is just in a holding package. setstage cdxmain 300 -> advances the expansion to the next phase open the MCM menu and disable your controls Setstage cdxexpquest02 525 -> will move you to the exit scene in the entry way where you will get your stuff back. The issue with not being able to craft is a force greet that has not completed. Basically Skyrim thinks someone still wants to talk to you so it forces you out of whatever you are doing. Typically the reason this happens is trying to force your way through dialogue or something drops you out of it early. I have been adding what is called 'walk away dialogue' to the dialogue so it will restart automatically at a nearby point (before or after, depending on the dialogue). This will properly end the dialogue and should keep it from causing the issues as well as keep quests from breaking when you drop out of dialogue that is between 2 scenes. It is a pain in the ass to set up but it has been worth it so far (also keep people from skipping out of dialogue before anything bad happens). v4 is already set up so the Embassy quest is optional as is all the rest of the quests, you can disable what you don't want to use and enable what you do.

Like would it be hard to just release a 'full' version with all the extras for people who want everything and just found the mod, or would you rather we just do all the work by merging files and going through all this hell? Because each file requires the original mod, all the addon files do is add items from the original mod to leveled lists in CD. You don't need to merge anything, just use a mod manager like ModOrganizer I use the Bashed Patch with Wrye Bash, it merges it into the patch. Most of the "extras" are interface code to let you use other mods if you want. Not required. Beside being a maintenance nightmare, this mod has no right to include the work of others. If you are actually talking about prereqs - it would make even less sense to include those. Can you picture 20 different mods, all including their own version of Devious Devices - Assets. No one's code would ever work. I have come up with a way to do it that will: - Combine all the files into one esp but... - Not need the original mod's esp, just the meshes and textures installed - Activate some control options in the CD MCM menu when used I have absolutely no clue how to install this at all. A 'how to' would help. Because Mod Organizer didn't do anything and I have no idea how to use Wyre Smash. I don't think all of this work is worth it.
