I bet it is Papyrus Extender version. PDA is really sensitive to it, and I still dont know why.

I can't find anything wrong in the log. Try turning on Debug mode and see what's the output.

I tested mine in the same place and the scene runs fine.

2 new questions... today i am getting stuck in ragdoll mode in the events no matter what i do..

 

and 2nd

 

how can i bodyslide the amputated form?? are there any files?

Try typing this in console command whenever you are stuck in ragdoll

"setplayeraidriven 0"

 

and the bodyslide is already included in Toast's Guro Outfit

One thing i want ask, i have tried the mausoleum or lack of trigger.  Have died in and outside the cities, but no one do anything or pick PC up. any command for it?

Hi! happy to help. :) Here are some i could make today.

 

Additional note: There were also Notifications and Dialog texts of different mods, which had nothing where my Character's name was supposed to be (i mean there never was any kind of "<missing unknown whatever>" anywhere). It seems that the name goes missing on all the places where, i suppose, it was ment to get filled (by script?) into a placeholder.

In the MCM, where a mod shows the Actor name, i can see my character's name "Ming" normally, as well as in the inventory:

This Wheel Menu used to show my character's name at the top, but it now only has the name for everything/everyone else...

I cant remember for sure, but Right-Alt should show you an option to "Start Generic Events"

Go to any of the bandit fort or camps

if still does not work, try changing your PO3 Papyrus Extender version

That's... quite interesting. I have never seen something like this before.

I will try testing myself to see if I can replicate this.

I saw that, when the necromancer resurrected my character, she lost her name. Not sure whether at that moment or shortly after, but it must be connected to that. But i had the impression that it was intended.

Could you maybe see where the name, or actor data, or whatever it is, was located? I'm thinking, maybe it is something that can be repaired in the savegame tool...

One more thing i just see: In the SL Separate Orgasms widget, my name is missing. , too.

look's like your name changed to something including <> i've recently got similar behavior when some dialogue choises rendered invisible but choisable. And this very specific bug, because in other skyrim setup and MO instance all works normal. 
But i'm not sure that rename cased  by PDA, so Neko can prove or deny it, may be it's your setup casing some renaming to ressurected actors

Sorry for useless quoting Neko, but i require your attention please. I really appreciate your mod, and very touched by noblesse painting ending, so thank you for your work.
But! It bothers me, that player's fillherup status and racemenu overlays does not copied on your cloned bodyparts, so, i've decided to fix it, so, i'm asking for your permission to upload patch in this topic. I've rewrited PlayerRef.PlaceActorAtMe function with transfer FHU and NiO data, make an esp patch and also changed your NoblePaintingSceneScript, to call mine cloning func instead of standart, that you use. It works fine, i've double checked it, so again, can i share my patch for your awesome work here? Hope it would be helpful for forum users with some ADHD as me, and even for you somehow in your next ideas. :D

Sure, every patches are welcome. I can integrate it as well to the main mod for next update and will put you in the credit if it is possible and you are fine with it.

Do you or NEKO have any idea where this entry is located? 😧 I really want to see if i can correct this somehow, somewhere.

I'm pretty sure that's not pda's behavior, but papyrus logging surely can help.

And this is just an assumption, but i'm not sure. Just meet similar bug recently with slsurvival.

Idk what can cause renaming, if you really don't know what mod can cause it in your setup (mean smthng like "proper revenant names" or idk)  but, i may be missed it, what showracemenu says when you try it in that state and press done again? As it saves your current name in accept window, you can at least check it.

I tried showracemenu a few times. There, like in all vanilla places, the name appears correctly, but saving it by pressing enter it did not repair the issue.

I am sure that the name was lost roughly when i got resurrected by the PDA Necromancer. I remember because I thought that this is now her new existence, a nameless zombie. I am using SLSurvival, though, maybe it was a weird interaction of some kind...

It is so strange that this persisted despite the reloading.

EDIT: I just tried reloading a few earlier saves and to my shock, the name actually never comes back...

EDIT2: Now I also changed the character name by showracemenu and saved the game. Then, the game (i completely restarted) showed me that new character in the Load screen, but after loading, the new name also does not appear where the old one went missing. I'm at a loss...

That's crearly doesn't makes things easier :D
But, if you are using sl survival we can at least check is the problem what i thought or something else. When you use fondle creature feature from SLS - does strings <take him up your ass> etc apeaars correctly?

Here it is:
Archive contains cloning utility script for NiO and FHU transfers, NoblePaintingSceneScript changed for use my cloning util, and corresponding esp's including NoblePaintingScene patch with added property link, for compilation purposes (Cause i compile through CK and it's f*cking painfull) But please, check coressponding file paths cause I'm using "Scripts/Source", and your configuration seems to be "Scripts" and "Source/Scripts" separately.
As for credits - i'm fine with it, but, if you do, please refer me as Thie or Thieslarte, cause it's my main nick. (or may be like Aelline aka Thieslarte?)

For users - ESPs flagged as ESL, but YOU DON'T REALLY NEED TO ENABLE THEM, scripts can do all the stuff by themselves.
This patch transfers your FillHerUp inflation and your tats, and other stuff from racemenu to your "trophy" version in Noble painting ending

Uuuuh i never used that feature, i don't even know how to. :P 

Because it was broken for me for most of the time, just like the Bikini Experience. The Bikini Exp now works after some patch i did some time ago, but i never tried the Animal stuff yet or got any idea how it works. ^^

EDIT: Sorry, i feel like we got a bit off topic here, or aren't we... How sure are you about SLSurvival being the culprit (should i post my problem there)?

That's not about sls. It's about "sls contains strings with <place your text here>" if you see this strings with "<>" normally - then problem is not that i mentioned. If you don't - then it is interface bug, that makes "<>" marked text invisible, and you need to find, what causes this renaming and may be check your interface addons.

As i said it's not an PDA's behavior cause i didn't see any renaming features, at least on first glance on necromancer scene, or in necromancer scripts. I may overlooked something ofc, but as Neko didn't mention any renaming features in PDA on my suggestion than i'm pretty sure there is not.

Technically there is a renaming feature, but only on Decapitation, which will create a copy of the player, assign them guro outfit so they looks like a severed head, and then renamed them to "<player>'s severed head". Although I am not sure if this is the culprit as it is not in Necromancer scene, and it is renaming a copy of the player, not the player itself nor the player's Actor Base.
