Their tatoos, hands, feet, and head are still there, its just the torso, arms and legs that go invisible

I can see the head chopping off and the body tilting slowly to the side. After that, one bandit says that there is more to do with the victim and that's when my game crashes. Forsworn - 1 route, 1 extra variation if you have a non decapitated follower 3. Creature - 4 routes (Rieklings, Giants, and Generic + Hunter) 4. Civil War factions - 1 route and ending for each faction 5. Hired Thug (murder or thief) - 1 route, 1 ending 6. Generic Death in settlement - 1 route, 1 ending 7. Generic Death in Bandit Camp - 2 routes, one for cleared bandit camp and one for not cleared bandit camp 8. Thank you. Could be an issue with Next Gen Decapitation, I haven't updated mine so I don't know if the newer version do cause issue or not. If you have crash log, please share it. Maybe I can find something from it (chances are slim, I cant read crash log that well)

V1.2.0 Alternatively, you can try without NG Decap. PDA is designed to work with or without NG Decap. In fact, PDA has handled decapitation before NG Decap was made. I turned off Enhanced Death Cam and everything worked fine. I'm not sure what the correct config file should be (). I have Improved Camera, Smooth Camera, and Enhanced Death Cam. Do you have more information like which version of Enhanced Death Cam, or an ini file?

Any idea on how to fix this? I do not get how the mod does not find animations for followers as it does find them for the PC.

This notification means that you dont have an animations for Player + Follower + Aggressor, which as far as I know currently only FunnyBiz FFM necro. When there is no valid FFM animation, it should revert back to FM or FMM or more.

Default settings should allows them to be necroed, as long as there are enough aggressor to do it.

Another issue is that after dying to rieklings they just do nothing, i assume that this is because i have babo mods enabled.

I've had people report this and turns out they do not have the mod enabled, or the requirements were not complete/right.
