Content Consumer Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 This mod is great, but I encountered a really bizarre bug. For some reason, Enchantress skips certain animations. Specifically, the Arrok Missionary animation will only trigger from an Enchantress spell if it is the ONLY valid animation enabled in the animation list. If any other animation is enabled that works for a single partner, it will not play Arrok Missionary. The animation plays normally if triggered by another mod, such as Defeat (which is how I noticed it was missing from Enchantress). There may be other animations where this happens, but I haven't noticed them. My first instinct here is to blame Skyrim's random number generator, which is pretty crap. I'm not certain that this is your problem, but your issue isn't happening for me, and I have had problems with the RNG for other mods too.

Here's the script line that decides which animations Enchantress chooses from when only two actors are involved in a scene: sslBaseAnimation[] Anims = SexLab.GetAnimationsByTag(2, "Sex") Which means Enchantress calls SexLab for a list of all the sex animations involving two actors and SexLab chooses an animation from the list randomly. The behavior you're describing sounds familiar to me though, I've had it happen with other mods where a certain animation was heavily favored above all the others. I have no clue what causes it, my guess would be the randomizer heavily favors the first items on generated lists or something along similar lines.
sushi Posted November 15, 2014 Posted November 15, 2014 I really, really want to try this mod, but I don't want to trigger sex scenes every time I use the illusion spells. I could use Matchmaker instead, but then I wouldn't be able to level my illusion spells. I know it makes no difference, but just adding my voice. I'll level up my spells some other way.
visby Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Enchantress doesn't seem to fire for me, calm just works as it normally does. I don't have craftable panties or a mod called stop combat but I do have that setting on in defeat. Animal sex is working otherwise tho. NVM: Turns out it's was because I was using Classic Classes and Birthsigns all I had to do to fix the issue was to use the reregister option in the MCM menu.
vixengamer Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 All attempts to download your mod fail. LoversLab gives me 1 kb! Can you possibly post your mod here- in the forum as reply? LoversLab is having serious problems with downloading, but I should be able to download correctly from here. Thank you in advance, vixengamer

Could try using a different browser or try a day later? It's no trouble to attach it here, I don't know if downloading it from here is any different than the downloads page though. Good luck either way. SexLabEnchantress2-4.7z
vixengamer Posted January 18, 2015 Posted January 18, 2015 Downloaded with no problem at all! I love you for it, thanks ever so much! ~ vixengamer
b352 Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Hmm, I wonder if we can change fury to cause the target to rape the nearest creature. Would certainly make the spells interesting. This idea would certainly be awesome even in a strategic sense if you have spectator crowds installed. Fury an enemy, he/she rapes nearest target, every other enemy gathers to watch, toss a massive fireball or two amongst the crowd please make this an option!
digital_dovah Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 Would it be possible to make a PerMa(Perkus Maximus) patch? It changes the illusion spell to effect any target, but it can only effect any target once.
redeyesandlonghair Posted May 22, 2015 Posted May 22, 2015 Hello, Is there a way to make it so that when I cast the Calm spell on a target, that in the resulting sex scene my character is in the dominant position, rather than in the "receiving" position? I would love an option in the MCM menu to toggle whether the player is giving or receiving. I really, really want to try this mod, but I don't want to trigger sex scenes every time I use the illusion spells. I could use Matchmaker instead, but then I wouldn't be able to level my illusion spells. I know it makes no difference, but just adding my voice. I'll level up my spells some other way. This is actually an easy problem to solve. What I did was I changed the mod so that it no longer alters the vanilla spell tomes, and instead made new spell tomes that teach the Enchantress versions of those spells, and modified their names to make them more sexual sounding so they could be easily identified. So now, I can have the vanilla Calm spell, as well as the Enchantress Calm spell.

kchez Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 Hi there. Just wondering if there's a version of this mod (or a prospective one) that doesn't replace the vanilla spells, i.e just adds extra illusion spells? I used this for a while but with all the fantastic LL mods out there my skyrim was becoming too much of a virtual porn show. I mostly go for those that add a degree of realism to the dangers of adventuring such as 'Defeat' and 'Dangerous Nights', or casual encounters such as 'Romance' and 'Random Attack'; sneaking in to a home for some late night larceny and finding the couple who live there screwing away. That said, the idea of an illusionist causing potential sexual madness, whilst still being able to throw out a vanilla mayhem spell if he wants to, is quite appealing. At the moment I'm using the vanilla illusion spells with 'Matchmaker' for added variety; but of course that only results in consensual scenes. Don't take this the wrong way; the mod is very entertaining, but I did miss being able to use the vanilla tools. baltazard1122 Posted September 15, 2015 Posted September 15, 2015 Need an upgrade for this mod. calm not working anymore?
srayesmanll Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Need an upgrade for this mod. calm not working anymore? Was just using this mod with latest sexlab (1.6.02) and latest MNC. The calm spell worked perfectly fine on animals (wolves, sabre cats, bears, etc). Make sure you don't have any mods that modify the calm spell or alters the illusion spells (possible mod conflict).

Im using ordinator but that much should change much. When i cast the spell animation starts but after then immediately ends.
srayesmanll Posted September 16, 2015 Posted September 16, 2015 Then that has nothing to do with this mod. The calm spell initiates the sex with this mod, but it is sexlab framework that handles the actual sex animations.

If you don't have something that will add the new tomes to leveled lists then you'll have to give yourself the spells with the console. For all the spell names, I just added Sexual to the beginning, so Sexual Calm, Sexual Frenzy, etc... Edit - file removed as per author request.
Liuli Posted September 26, 2015 Author Posted September 26, 2015 . . . If you're going to post a modified file of my mod that's against the spirit of my mod please give it a different name, even Enchantress (modified) would do. Otherwise people who skim through text to the last page might be confused and think they're downloading the right mod. Enchantress intentionally permanently replaces the illusion spells, it's meant to be an immersive mod. You don't get to pick and choose a specific effect for your convenience, if you want to charm a target you need to live with the consequences. That's also why calm doesn't work on humans without turning easy mode on, to give the mod more of a wild magic feel and make it harder to learn spells that enable sex. There's plenty of other mods that are simple 'cast spell, target has sex with you' mods already. If you choose to use the modified version that just gives you a clone of every spell that's fine and up to you and your preferences, it's not my mod at that point, though.
redeyesandlonghair Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Okay, I'll remove the file. . . . Liuli Posted September 26, 2015 Author Posted September 26, 2015 I didn't say that it did, it was just extra rambling. And there was no need to remove the file, simply renaming it is fine.
MrMagpie Posted January 12, 2016 Posted January 12, 2016 Loved this mod. I wanted to have a different play-through than my usual stealth archer build, and this mod turned my new character in to a powerful illusion mage in no time. Completely different Skyrim experience. Everything worked as advertised. A minor inconvenience; sometimes sex scenes happened when there were still hostiles in the area, but you learn to work around that. I uninstalled it now, because after a while the unavoidable sex bit got repetitive (after weeks of playing, no worries...) Uninstalling was a breeze with the uninstall option in MCM. All in all, top mod, would recommend (if I had any pervert friends...), would play again!
Twisted Allegro Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 If just someone could unite this mod with animations from OSEX.....
Slorm Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Just came across this, for a future upgrade would it be possible to have a toggle to remove (or switch off) the buffs?
Liuli Posted July 13, 2016 Author Posted July 13, 2016 Just came across this, for a future upgrade would it be possible to have a toggle to remove (or switch off) the buffs? I released the last version almost a couple of years ago so there's unlikely to be any future versions unless new bugs will pop up (the mod is currently bug free afaik). I made the buffs intentionally weak and non-intrusive, though. They don't grant much of a benefit that sleeping for 1 hour doesn't give you already, and their exp bonus doesn't stack with the sleeping exp bonus (or with each other's).
