I did it 4 times yesterday and once today. Currently 3AM in Germany.   ( with all cookies blocked and App Blocker )

Maybe a Country or server problem?

Chrome does block sites, it's known to.  One method around it might be to put the URL for LL into Chrome's list of OK sites.   See chrome://settings/content/all and make sure LL is allowed there.  Alternatively check the chrome://settings/content and look at the Additional Content Settings at the bottom.

After that I'm running out of ideas but do a search using terms like Google blocking websites (and variants) and you'll see plenty of information about the issue.

When I'm not logged into my Google account, the site appears normally. It seems to be a problem with my Google account blocking the site. I tried clearing my Google search history, but it didn't work either. I'll simply stop using my logged-in account when I search. actually, I shouldn't be logged into it anyway

I just tested googling it on an incognito tab and it does show up when I'm not logged in. Those of us who are having this issue, it's some setting in our google accounts, I'll look into it later.

Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill. You are on the site, does it matter whether or not the site shows up in Google? But hey, don't let me get in the way of your drama.

It was the personal results setting for me. Once i turned it off all sites showed up like normal.

Yeah I'm having something similar.

I always look for Loverslab.com and it works, but checking Loverslab I just get conversations about LL not the site itself.

Typically when I'm looking for something on LL I've typed things like "Loverslab skyrim se Submissive Lola" and normally it takes me to the thread in question. Recently (as in I tested yesterday), sometimes that doesn't work with threads that aren't already in my search history.

Seems like something's fucky.

EDIT: this is on google, and I haven't changed any settings at all recently.

What search engine do you use to search for threads on loverslab?

duckduckgo does not show and loverslab results for me.

Startpage, you can just add "!s" to your DDG search and it'll auto switch to it. So pretty simple to to switch between the two.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, it's Google Search but with more privacy.

If it's just the Site not showing up, no.

However some people use google to search for content of this site because the integrated search pretty much sucks.

If those search results also don't show up anymore because of the site beeing filtered... it suddendly does matter to some degree.

That's two different issues. You don't need the site to show up in order to search the site.

One beanbag posts a nonsense post and suddenly everyone is having an attack of the vapours.

Only a fool would use Google in the first place.

Yep, same thing for me, they must have changed something in that setting lately because Ive never tampered with it.

Google is filtering the site out for me today all of a sudden as well. Nothing should be blocked. I have it bookmarked and can find it through edge just fine. If this keeps up might be time for a change of my default browser.

It only seems to happen if you are signed into a google account.
Incognito or Private tab also works

This fixed it (as ref in post earlier)

  1. Head to the Google homepage.
  2. Click Settings in the bottom right-hand corner.
  3. Click Search settings from the menu.
  4. Under Personal results, click Manage.
  5. Click the toggle switch to disable personalized results.

??    SafeSearch is only for images.

With FireFox, Edge or Opera  and Google Search, Bing or DuckDuckGo  is Loverslab always at top of the result list.

With all cookies blocked and App Blocker.   And Google Search with active SafeSearch.

It seems to be the result of some new ad policies by Google. You have to turn off personalized results in your Google settings, or not be logged into a Google account to get it to show up in results now. Pretty dumb that "personalized results" would remove adult content by default when you have safe search off.

Not sure if there's anything I can do on my end to change this, but I doubt it. Will look into it.

DuckDuckGo

I tested this and LL doesn't appear in DDG as well for some reason. I don't have any filtering on. That is weird.
