Yes its for Skyrim, I am currently using it in my game now its located in a chest in Solitude across the blacksmith forge.

Just run up the stairs and it's right there.

I'm looking for the textures and/or the body this character is using. It looks like some UNP variant, but the rib cage and pelvis are emphasized much like in HGEC, and the body proportions seem to be a bit different than in regular UNP variants.

I think what people don't realize is mods can affect almost any conceivable thing in Skyrim...

 

so in that image there's a fire, a dungeon, walls, floors, plants, pots, bedding, lights, overall ENB (90% likely this was what was being asked about), shadows....each and every one of these things can possibly be the mod you're asking about without specifics
