You need to download 'DEM lilith 1.4' mod from the same site and have it activated to have any DEM mods working... the stockings only fit the body that follows the race.

The face I cant make out but it might be part of the fair skin if not asian doll face, and the oil look im not sure at all but I think its the goose bumps addition that makes it kinda look oily. I guess I should show some contribution while I'm at it: can someone please identify what skin texture is used? if possible, please also leave a link The eyes and ears would be nice too. Urg, didn't really want see this repetitive character get attention but oh well. She's using the old Fair Skin Complexion mod. The eyes you can easily do with photoshop or gimp (no really its just a flat color, might as well google "anime cat eyes"). The ears I recall is from one of those Chinese made mods (Fox series, I'm guessing) but you have the option to use Calyps' animal ear/tail mod which looks better than that flat-textured-crappy-quality one. Sorry I can't be bothered to provide links. Google is friendly for all ages so doing it yourself shouldn't be a problem.

Wait is that even a word? *sees the comment below* Urg, there we go. Someone willing to encourage stupidity instead of fixing it. Luckily he doesn't get the word "equipped" and "hand". Ends up spamming unrelated mods as a result. But I guess there are desperate people *goes to cook some popcorn*.
