Looks like they just grabbed some of his pictures off google and pasted them on the body. Which you can do yourself if you're familiar with Photoshop/Gimp. As for similar ones, I haven't seen any. Mostly just tribal stuff on the Nexus, but if you search tattoo, you'll find them all. Good luck.
