I thought so at first but I don't believe so. I have and use BFVE and the 'whites' of the eyes are a little different. That exact eye texture is however available in 'Dynamic Vampire Appearance' which is available here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41634/? The eye in the image is the stage 4 vampire eyes. Both mods are made by the same guy which is why they're so similar. Thank you very much!
