It's hard to say what is causing that with just that picture. I've checked my game and don't have that issue. It seems like there might be an issue with the consinguinity doctrine. Can you include a screen shot of the religion screen? Also it's possible other mods you may be running might also interfere.

Also it's possible other mods you may be running might also interfere. thank you, I've solved the problem by cancelling other mods, turns out to be the "love marriage family" mod I tried to find the opinion_modifier and simply add a cap of -200 or so to it but failed to navigate through the mod in the end I just turn off the mod and start a new save

Also it's possible other mods you may be running might also interfere. and so there's a twist. my new save still got the same modifier to show up, then I realized the note in the mod I mentioned, it used the opinion modifier from base game (the reason why I don't find the modifier from the mod file) which means it's just some unknown mod triggering it my solution is to simply create a even simpler mod to change this modifier to a non-stacking one
hamletsdead Posted April 26, 2025 Posted April 26, 2025 (edited) FYI for anyone having issues with the Regula council window not showing (i.e., no Regula tab), move the mod down below all UI mods to the bottom your load order. I have it as 214 (out of 219 mods), with only cheat mods after, and the council window shows up now. Also, fyi the mod works fine with the new mod by Ketaros that adds advisors in a separate window as long as Regula is loaded at the bottom. Lastly, you can load Regula after CBO, it won't break anything, but if you don't want the Regula eyes when your women convert, then just disable that option in game rules. It isnt, but how big of a change would it be to allow? I tried just removing the male requirement from starting it, but there seems to be several small changes that need to be made. Player have to travel to the mother's court, pick up the daughter, escort her to the nearest Regula Leyline, and then return her to her mother. And possibly have a little fun on the way. 5

But I don't think there are any breaking changes with RM itself on the new update. But until Carn updates its not really possible to test, for now rollback or play some vanilla while mods update. 4

RegMag works perfectly, I've been playing with it on the new patch. Using the old Carnalitas with the new patch breaks the UI but it's workable regardless. @ban10 Any ideas on Nomad Magister stuff? Do you plan to add flavor for that type of gameplay?

Alphas23 Posted May 6, 2025 Posted May 6, 2025 The Administrative governnment bug seemed to be fixed. I have played for 12 years and Byzantine remained Administrative. Aside from the bug fiasta mentioned, I noticed that Nomads cannot host regula orgies. They don't have valid locations to host it. 2
