Hey. Really like the idea and the Mod, but i ran into a Problem. I'm on a Blackmailing Job and The Target is an Npc wich was was added by another Mod. It is not only a Child, wich i find wrong on every level, but it also isn't technichly possible, because one can't pickpocket children. How can I restart the Quest, end it via Console or get a new Target? I am rather far in my reputation and don't really want to start all over again by reinstalling. Please help me :P

 

This is interesting... It's impossible for my mod to target things marked as "child"(in every version of my mod). You could ask the other mod author to mark this specific npc as child if this becomes a repeating problem. The fix is very easy, simply enter this line in your console.

 

 

SetStage SLGRBM 20

Thank you very much for the quick and effective reply. it fixed my problem. I often have the (...) problem, wich can simply be resolved by reloading and asking again. From now on i will be more careful with the children too. They are caled "urchin" wich i thought would be a name. But when i just repeat after i should get a "urchin" quest again.. i should be fine. Thanks :)

 

By the Way there is one thing that i would suggest you work on: The Guild itself. The building. It just doesn't have a lot of flair and looks way to open and empty. maybe something smaller, like a nice little cave or tavern would be more suiting. and if you want to stick with the dwarfen design, maybe place a little more furniture.

The rest of the mod is very cool and most important lore friendly. Just the building seems a little missplaced.

Hey I tried out this mod today and I've gotten stuck at Belethor. I read that other people have had problems with this as well and I've tried everything they did but no luck.

From the beggar to melissa to reading the note worked fine, but now I have to talk to Belethor according to the quest description, but there is no dialogue option. I got into his house through the backdoor by picking the lock, I've tried talking with him while he is sleeping and while he is just standing around. I tried talking with him just after midnight and just before 7am and every hour in between. My sex diary lists my oral proficiency as apprentice with 19 experiences. I tried saving and reloading, restarting skyrim, doing the questline again from a clean save. 

 

What do I need to do to get it to work?

 

Oh, I also don't have a quest marker for him.

 

 

Here comes the strange part, I don't know why this happens or how to fix this... Personally I think it is a mod conflict so you could try to disable some mods and see if it helps, but no promises.

Well it's about time I posted something in Loverslab, you have your mod to thank or that, it's really an interesting project that I would love to see grow!

 

I just have a question regarding the questline; I believe I completed everything your recent updated mod has to offer with the except of one part; under the 'cuming of many!' quest, the final quest update I had was to complete 25 jobs; so far I've completed 27 and it the quest update still is unchanged (27 / 25 reputation) is this a bug or is it still WIP?

 

I'm not sure if this would help anyone; what I've been doing to go "bypass" the prostitution jobs is to SAVE after each completed job; when I receive the "Go to '....' in '....'" assignments; I simply reload and try again; it worked for me so far since apparently the jobs are randomized and changes constantly.

 

As for the problem with updating the Mod; isn't it possible to have a script within the mod to "check" for previous quests upon initiating the first contact with the beggar and reset them if detected? I know little to nothing about scripting but I believe this could stand if it follows "if and then's" rules :)

 

Also I have some ideas that would really be cool to implement;

  • Having gangbang jobs available would be great and greatly adds to the mod in terms of variety.
  • To add a bit of immersion, I would believe that prostitution in Skyrim would be dangerous and cons / bandits would make sure of that; it would be nice to have random instances with requests that a client(s) would refuse to pay after having sex and simply attack you, and you have to defend yourself afterwards. To keep things from getting complicated and make sure that no essencial npc dies in the process by mistake; you can set these attacks as brawls in cities, towns and villages and full fledged fights in the wild or near dungeons / camps and what have you.
  • Random guards requests off the guild on top of the guild jobs would also make sense the more the guild is known; the more likely the guards would recognize their no.1 source of entertainment ;)

I have many more ideas that I need to polish before posting and since this comment is already stupidly long (of which I deeply apologize for btw  :D ) I can discuss them with you if you like, I'm gladly willing to help with quest(s) ideas also; as I said before I'm all for this mod; is has potential!

Hmmm lemme check. Ah how funny... It appears I haven't added the last objective. You can play one more quest by achieving 35/25 :lol: and talking to Esmeralda.

 

The updating fix sounds possible... I just wonder if it won't cause trouble.. I suppose it's worth a shot.

 

As for the ideas.

 

I suppose one of the last jobs could be gang bang jobs... It would require some creative thinking on the "how to" side but I think I'd be able to do it.

Small secret... All jobs are in a city. It'd also require some new scripting as right now you receive the money from Luna and it'd make sense if the guild solves any payment problems(as they also receive the money from the person, and you from them).

Random guard requests... I haven't done any random approach things yet so this may get tricky... I'm kind of also looking for something like the thieves guild has("I'm with the guild" option when you commit a crime) only for my guild.

 

The plan for the next update right now is 1 main quest and building upgrades.

 

I'm always interested in well thought of ideas, but I can't promise anything.

 

lol, yea... I figured it out, I did a couple of guard jobs and voila! the mission is complete.

 

As for the outside jobs / confrontations; i just thought it would be cool to have some action involved like brawls and combat to add variety; I'm so into this mod that I don't get to go out and explore as much as I did before, lol.

Thanks for the reply, I tried turning mods off. I'm actually surprised that Skyrim managed to load my savegame despite the warning that it was dependent on mods that were no longer there. I got my loaded mods all the way down to just SkyUI, SexLab and SexLabGuild. Still no luck :(

I'm at belethor, I tried with him standing around, with him lying in bed, at 5am, at 6am.

 

Also note that I didn't have many mods to begin with, I only have Alternate Start, Drinking Fountains, LoversComfort, Solutions, Submit, Defeat, Aroused, Paycrime and ZAZ animation pack. 

 

Maybe there is a dependency that I'm not aware of?

This happens when the engine is unable to fill all the aliases of that quest, for example because one of the referenced npcs died in the meantime. Can be checked quickly in the console, using "sqv SLG02". I don't have any idea how to fix that, either. Going back to a savegame probably is the only reliable way to use this mod when needed npcs died.

Not that I can see. I have a bunch of quests open at the moment. I tend to just accept everything and do the things that are close together. Belethor doesn't have any special dialogue for any other quest though.
 

 

This happens when the engine is unable to fill all the aliases of that quest, for example because one of the referenced npcs died in the meantime. Can be checked quickly in the console, using "sqv SLG02". I don't have any idea how to fix that, either. Going back to a savegame probably is the only reliable way to use this mod when needed npcs died.

 

I don't know how to copy and paste from the console so I had to type all this.. ugh.

This is most definitely the problem... I wouldn't really know an easy way to fix this, you could start a new save of course.

 

If you really want to keep this save you can try reviving the dead ppl and reset the quest. If you're up for a little adventure you can PM me about that.

Hey SC!

 

I got a couple of bug reports that might help:

 

  • The "Congratulations" and "The next location" notes are stuck in my inventory and you cannot remove them because they're labelled "quest items".
  • The Argonian in Riften from the "workers recruitment" quest is still lingering around in the same place despite finishing his quest and he gives you the same scripted dialog.
  • The Argonian in the Barb and Bee Inn in Riften triggered no animations when asked for help in with the "help the guild dialog"; the quest advanced with no no issues and I've managed to complete it. However; despite finishing the quest, now when you talk to him the same dialog is still there of which you can initiate but does nothing.

I got a couple of bug reports that might help:

 

  • The "Congratulations" and "The next location" notes are stuck in my inventory and you cannot remove them because they're labelled "quest items".

I completed one prostitution job and the dialogue option to do more never appeared. This happened consistently. Saving/loading before turning in the quest didn't work. I also tried walking in/out and quit/loading.

 

I used "setstage slgsexcounter 20" to open up the next quest.

Apparently there are at least two nests in Markarth. I got an egg from the wrong nest (outside Nepos') and went back to Solitude. Checked the hints in the OP then completed the quest.

 

For the next quest, I can't talk to Thonar because of the Cidhna mine quest. He doesn't seem to have the correct key to pickpocket (unless you changed his key without changing its name. I didn't actually try).

These are the requirements:
SexLab framework (any version)
Fus Ro Dôh (for reading text without voice acting)
A female character (it's a mod for females)

To get the quest started just talk to a male beggar anywhere.

It is possible to do it as a male but the whole thing will be kind of gay. actually there will be a lot of gay up until some point for a short bit of not gay followed by more gay.

 

So the options are:

Get your gay on.

Get a sex change operation.

 

I'm unsure if male quests will ever be implemented. If they are, it will be a while(at least till after the entire female quest line is finished).

Do you mean that I should progress the Cidhna Mine quest? I can't seem to progress the Guild quest because it seems to conflict with Cidhna Mine. If I complete Cidhna Mine in a way that causes Thonar to die, will that permanently break Sexlab Guild?

Crap. I didn't know he got killed somewhere in the quest :/ (can't keep track of everything).

 

Another bugfix for the next update :(

 

Till then you can either revive him or use console to skip past his part in the quest.

Thonar Silver Blood is set as "essential" (unkillable) until the end of the Cidna Mine Quest (when you escape the mine).

 

Well, by my side I "always" kill Thonar Silver Blood after the exit from Cidna Mine (sneak kill, of course).

I hate that guy. Corrupted, criminal, mafia and so on.

And everything just to have a ridicolous "Silver Blood Family Ring" as gift????

I've already max smithing skills, 200 level legendary smithing.

 

I don't know if someone noticed this but you can complete the Main Quest, Dawnguard and Dragonborn WITHOUT the need to visit Markarth, even only once.

The only main city in which this thing happens.

If you side with the Forsworn (which seemed most natural to me), they kill Thonar on their way out.

 

Where I actually ran into trouble was with "the Forsworn Conspiracy." I got the quest name wrong when I posted earlier. During part of that quest, Thonar will stop talking to you. I completed "No One Escaped Cidhna Mine" by siding with Thonar and he started talking to me again. Then I could complete the Sexlab Guild quest.

 

I did a female prostitution job, and it sent me to Solitude. I'm just mentioning this to point out that it didn't send me to Windhelm.

Hey there TheSC just wanted to say that this is a great mod and I really look forward to seeing where you go with it.  I did want to comment on two bugs I ran into while playing through it.

 

The first was the notorious go meet [...].  For me it had me go to Riften and there was a quest marker in the middle of the market circle.  For this I just used setstage 20 for that quest and completed it and got another one and it never happened again.

 

The Second problem I had was with the quest for the guard in jail, I can't remember his name but it started with a D, Dandre or something like that.  When I went into the down into the jail he was outside of his cell and I didn't have any dialog options when I tried to talk to him.  For this I just used setstage 0 for that quest and it opened the dialog options for him.  I figure for whatever reason that he was already outside of his cell was what was causing the problem.

 

Hopefully this helps if anyone else is having the same problem and again, awesome work on this mod.

Just installed this great mod.  I have run into a problem, maybe?  I did the all the quests and am now in the guild.  I was told to talk to luna for work.  I approached Luna and she told me she had lots of jobs for me.  when I talked to her the only option was "What kind of jobs" After she told me they were straight forward jobs there is nothing else.  Is she supposed to give me any specific job or am I just supposed to go out and find some clients?  I have the quest  "The cumming of many" started.

 

Update:  I tried to go out and find some on my own using a couple different SL Mods, but nothing is increasing the quest counter.  It still reads 0/5 for the quest.  Not sure what to do.  Thanks for any help.

When I was sent to talk to the guard in jail, he was too far away from the bars to begin dialogue. I got through it by TCLing into his jail cell.

Hey there TheSC; some few more details to be fixed:

  • Upon talking to the guards for "The Guards Job" in Riften; the whole conversation is referring to you as a member of the Thieves Guild instead of... you know "The Guild" (A proper name has to be used here; Any suggestions?  :D )
  • Lately, I've been taking jobs by the bundles, I go to Luna and take all her jobs, and then to .. forgot her name... and take her Blackmail Job and go about my business; I've found out that you can take all the jobs from Luna only if you picked up the Guards Job first; where then you can also pick Prostitution Job and Female Prostitution Job. But if you took Prostitution Job first; only Female Prostitution Job will be available afterwards and the dialogue for Guards Job disappears.

Improvements and Suggestions;

  • Visiting the The mill after the recruiting Job; only the Dunmer is seen hanging there; while the rest return back to their spawning spot. A fix for this to let them all stick around their new workplace would be nice.
  • Also, talking to the recruits after completing the job has no advancement in dialogue and provide the same "ready to rock" option. it would be nice to have a different dialogue after completing the job where they express their gratitude or happiness for their new found home. ( a few comments on how they're satisfied with their employer if you suggested she takes care of them at the end of the quest would be nice, and few more comments about "your" services if you choose the other option would go as well, maybe later you can use these characters to give you extra quests based on personal background maybe after gaining their trust through your.. erm.. hardwork?)

I wonder if I should remove the restriction of one job or fix the bug... Any thoughts on that?

 

I'll try to rewrite the riftendialogue in a more appropriate manner. If you want you can even make up a line yourself and I'll put it in :D

 

The guild name right now is some random Latin because I wanted something dignifying.

 

I have been wanting to expand the post-mill quest scene, the thing that stopped me is the fact that it is impossible to put sex in schedules yet. So if you pick Gilfre to take care of the workers it just wont work -.-'

I typed SQV SLGRNJ into the console and it came up with NONE for Luna, Location, and the line below that (can't remember now what it was).

 

 

 

Darn. Try "SetStage SLGRNJ 30" and see if that helps(should restart the quest and make the game try to fill something in the NONE spots. If it still doesn't work after this, please check the NONE's again.)
