Yes, CSR is save game compatible, you can add it at any point and adjust its settings.

Awesome thanks bud
Like for real I don't even plan on owning slaves with this character but just reading your mod description of your plans for slavery and how to implement it in the game world sounded so thought out and immersive i basically had to have it
Since you know the carnitalis mods better than I do, and I assume AGOT mod as well perhaps, could i trouble you for advice on what traits to select at character creation to simulate that the character was forced into prostitution at an early age, eventually murdered her pimp and ran away, then fell in with a band of bandits where she reluctantly continued being a prostitute at first as a matter of survival but this is where she learned to scrap, hunt, and even fight
now shes starting her own crew and shes gonna raid and steal and rob up and down westeros while also trying to recruit any sex slaves encountered on the way and castrate or murder their masters
basically any advice on traits or anything really to help simulate that backstory?
the former slave trait from carnitalis and the former slave trait from agot for example are both different in terms of modifiers but is there unlisted difference like events or encounters or something?  other than opinion modifiers i mean are there scenarios those traits get referenced?
do i need to select the prostitute trait at character creation or is it something you can toggle on and off at will while freed?
is there a way to start with some experience in the trait if it's a lifestyle trait with experience?
any thoughts or advice would be welcome

Great mod, really good, unfortunately it ruins my games when I use them, because my closely controlled breeding program with my dynasty members goes to hell becuase they all end up fucking their slaves and making shit heirs.

I just released version 0.4.2 of the AGOT Compatibility submod, see file. It adapts to the new AGOT release from today (0.3.3.2), and is the first version of the AGOT submod that is also compatible with CK3 1.13. As usual, use it with the Carnalitas AGOT Compatibility mod that is also updated now. Enjoy!

@MrBabado Here you are, a bit earlier than planned.

Are there any mods where you are the slave? Because abductions never happen and the only time you ever get imprisoned is if you get captured in a siege, battle, or lose a war and most times you do get imprisoned your liege or whoever does usually kills you right away. This seems like a slaver only mod which isn't really my thing

No. Being enslaved as a player is possible in Carnalitas but means instant game over. This is kind of inevitable, since as a slave you obviously can't be a ruler of any kind, and only rulers are playable in CK3. But CSR is not "a slaver only mod" - there are a number of different ways to engage with slavery in it, e.g. as a slave trader, as benevolent master, or even as a "liberator" - a ruler that abhors slavery and seeks to liberate any slaves they can. Please see the mod description for details.

With the new landless dlc it doesn't require being a ruler anymore

no but it does require holding a title of a certain rank, which being enslaved forces you to lose

Landless adventurers are also rulers in CK3 terms, and a lot of the existing ruler mechanics apply to them as well. Most of them are not compatible with slavery.

Hi, AGOT CBO Patch is not supposed to be 2GB, can it be you didnt do a clean install of that?

Also you should disable the CFP CBO Patches. Dont think CFP is compatible with AGOT

AGOT Vanilla CBO is not meant to be used with AGOT CBO Patch, its for use without AGOT.

Legacy of the Dragon should be loaded before AGOT LOTD CBO Patch.

If you are using CBO and the CBO Patch for Lazys, you should not use the AGOT patch for it (so disable #14)

my game still crashed, if I had right clicked on any profile

I reinstalled AGOT CBO, turned AGOT Vanilla CBO and Vanilla CBO of, disabled #14 and unmarked all CFP mods

Try disabling "Simple Slits and Shafts" ( https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/28903-not-so-simple-shafts-community-update-and-patches-agot-pod-shogunate/ ), as it's not compatible with CBO.

One confirmed cause of crashing, when right-clicking on characters, is anything that modifies character interaction categories and doesn't maintain the same index (relevant post at https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/2986538297/6051221329352141318/ )

Example: Mod A adds its custom categories at the beginning, which shifts the numbering. Mod B adds its custom category at the end, but that is now invalid because the numbering is already in use by Mod A.

I don't use the same mods as you do so I can't narrow down what the incompatibility is, but you can use a file search utility like UltraSearch / Everything to search within file and folders.

If searching for folders, search within your primary mod folder ( Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\mod ) for subfolders named "character_interaction_categories".

If searching for files, have the program look for any file within your mod folder and subfolders that contains "interaction_categories".

If searching within files, have the program look for any file within your mod folder and subfolders that contains the text "interaction_category".

When you find multiple mods that try to add their own interaction categories, you'll need to use a patch that has the same mods used or make one yourself.

I recommend making your own patch (more work on your part, but should remain usable even after mods get an update), though you can alter an existing file (easier to do, but your work will be undone if the mod you altered gets updated; can use an existing patch like https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2996152542&searchtext=divine+intervention as a base).

Your goal is to have all the character interaction categories used in your mod list present in the same file, and numbered in consecutive ascending order starting from 0.

I think this is a very fair assumption, thanks @remotely! CSR does add a new "Slavery" character interaction, and so does AGOT. The AGOT Compatibility mod deals with that correctly, but if you have any other mod in your list that adds such categories, this is likely to lead to a crash that would go away if you disable either CSR or the other conflicting mod.

Having a separate "Slavery" interaction category is of course nice, but if it leads to crashes in combination with other mods then it's perhaps not such a good idea. I will test it more thoroughly and likely remove the interaction category the next version. In the meantime, @chu456 please follow the advice by @remotely above.

Maybe there is a bug。I send my spy to search secrets. However, he found that a slave concubine have a love affair stealthily with her slave owner. The slave concubine is liberated and have two child with her owner. Then I can threaten her, get a hook with which I can demand her and her child to my court. It’s wierd.

Thanks for the feedback, yes, this should be fixed. Currently if the AI seduces a slave concubine, a secret of type lover is created, which is not the case if the partner is a spouse or a regular concubine. I will try to fix this in the next version.

I just released version 0.21.4 of the main CSR mod and 0.4.3 of the CSR AGOT Compatibility submod, see file. It fixes the 2 issues reported previously: potential crashes with other mods adding interaction categories, and lover secrets from rulers seducing their slave concubines.

Note that slavery interactions that were previously in the "Slavery" category will be now in the "Uncategorized" category. This is not so nice, but necessary to prevent crashes with other mods adding interaction categories. For more details, see the post from @remotely above.

@chu456 If the crash was due to a conflict with another mod adding interaction categories, it should be fixed in this version.

@cienanosdesoledad The issue you reported should be fixed in this new version.

It could be done, but it would be a lot of work. It would require the mod to treat the player slave differently from NPC slaves, and utilize the landless adventurer system to simulate being a captive, while providing interesting gameplay.

It could be done, I just can't imagine it's in the scope of this mod, and would probably have to be a different mod.

I just released version 0.21.5 of the main CSR mod, and version 0.4.4 of the CSR AGOT Compatibility mod, see file. They contains minor adaptations to the new CK3 patch 1.13.2 and AGOT patch 0.3.4.1 that were released last week.

Hello, I want to ask why I can't buy slaves with this MOD? Even when buying slaves, it will show that there is no impact, no money is deducted, and the slaves will not be in my camp

Posted

hey! love this mod! you've probably considered and rejected this idea before but would it be possible to include a Game Rule so that we can choose to disable the random slave trader pop-up offers? i really like to play "hard mode" with my slavery, so i set my slave trade range to the minimum but then i get the slave trade offers popups which makes it all that bit more easier with less incentive to go out raiding for captives.

This slave training is not working with the new scheme system. It should be from this mod since I was told it wasn't from slavery.expansion. And the decision to call the slave trader is also not working. image.thumb.jpeg.bf68c15dbdcde3a39c61593b65401fbc.jpeg

I don't know if it is a BUG, it is that the time to offer 2 slaves to choose in one go has no effect, all the options show no effect, I did not spend money after choosing, and no slaves came to my camp, even if I have the count collar, it has no effect.

不知道是不是BUG,就是一次性提供2个奴隶供选择的时间没有效果,所有选项都显示没有效果,我选择之后也没有花钱,也没有奴隶来我的营地,即使我有伯爵领子也没有效果。

Yes, I have the same situation. After the slave purchase event pops up, all options have no effect. Slave training and prostitution also have no effect.
