I meant check on for the ones I had, and off for the ones I didn't. no, you expressed it right for when you installed them. I mean when you launch pandora are those 2 supposed to be on or off, i know if they are on when you run FNIS it has an absolute fit over NONE of the animation .hxk files being there. I am guessing they can be on since it is not in the guide they expressly need to be off, but, no worries, i'll figure it out, eventually.

I then run Pandora from within MO2, save the Pandora output in a new mod called Pandora_Output, and activate that from MO2 as well. So I have Pandora, all animation packs, the SLSB converter, and the Pandora output all activated as mods in MO2. I leave them all active when running the game. Edited December 10, 2024 by PubliusNV 1

Aylis Posted December 11, 2024 Author Posted December 11, 2024 (edited) @jaeos Just make sure you configured 'SLSB Converter' correctly. With 'Billy' for example you could mess that up with selecting options you havn't installed, or forgetting an option you selected previously. Sadly i'm not sure how to describe that in the guide (i have to think of something). _________________________________________________ Testing 'Skyrim is Luminous' atm. This seems to be a good replacement for LUX and ORBIS. Way less to download and much easier when it comes to patching (LUX is a nightmare in this regard). Edited December 11, 2024 by Aylis 1
PubliusNV Posted December 11, 2024 Posted December 11, 2024 A few days ago I gave up on my months old game, refreshed my mod list with the latest recommendations from the guide, and started a new game. I did not install any of the Draugr mods, since there was a note in the guide that the first one conflicted with MNC. Anyway, using Sexlab Pheremones, my PC was attacked by a draugr between Whiterun and the White River, and the draugr appeared light blue at the start of the scene, then later appeared normal, then went back to being blue. All the other draugrs I've seen so far in the game have looked normal. Is the blue texture an indication that I don't have enough VRAM? Should I have installed lower resolution textures somewhere along the way? Thanks.
Aylis Posted December 11, 2024 Author Posted December 11, 2024 (edited) Blue is usually broken/missing textures. Edited December 11, 2024 by Aylis
No1hit Posted December 11, 2024 Posted December 11, 2024 Hello! I have completed my wonderful installation thanks to this guide, but I am having a problem with the pandora output. I load the vanilla beginning and each time the OAR shows that 150 animations have been loaded.. NPCs stand in A pose, but if you turn off pandora, there will be more than two thousand and everything goes as it should

As i am slowly getting my brain back into debug mode looking for the CTD i realized thats what i had to do to even get them to work in the first place, so now i am trying to figure out WHAT damn version of lieto or billy or kizid i have... ARGHHHHHH.. EDIT: ok. as was stated by @PubliusNV install the slsb conversions 8 install as "weebs" then for 9, click 8 once its installed and active (checked) every single pack it covered will highlight. write down EVERYTHING animation pack related thats NOT highlighted, (i just used 9 for body search and EC+ and turned everything else off, run pandora and its now working. and the CTD was an SOS patch that apparently didn't need SOS as a master, so when it tried to patch what wasn't there.. crash. And it very well could be the SLSB conversions aren't right. in game push shift+o (menu will work) that opens OAR you can see how many animations it ACTUALLY sees compared to what it pre-loads, and just work backwards until pandora and OAR work together and then go forward adding things back in.

I think the problem might have been that I had skipped installing the Draugr mods because of the note that they conflicted with MNC, but had installed the MNC Draugrs Patch. If the patch fixes the conflict perhaps I should have installed all of them. I'm guessing the patch referenced textures in the mods I hadn't installed.
Aylis Posted December 12, 2024 Author Posted December 12, 2024 @PubliusNV The patch doesn't really work. You'll get physics issues with some Draugr. I tried that before...

AlmondGus Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 Hello everyone, I'm having an issue where, after I start (and finish or end) a scene (using match maker for testing), when trying to start another I get a "failed to start scene" message, reloading a quicksave get's me another try, but again, after one scene I get the same message. I'm using the mods in the "sex mods" section of this guide, and billy's and baka factory's animations. I tried installing SLAL since those are SLAL packs, but no difference (I have SLSB). Everything else works fine though, so it's not thaaat big of an issue right now. Thanks in advance!
PubliusNV Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 A page or two ago I recommended to use the "For Weebs" (0.8d) or "Collections" (0.9) button on the Automated SLSB Conversion install and manually choose which animation packs you have. I've since discovered that the better way is to use the "General Use (Auto-Select)" button, and let the install detect which animations you have. HOWEVER, before doing that you have to change a setting in MO2, which is explained in a graphic that is easily missed in the install window. Since I did that and re-ran Pandora I haven't had any t-pose animations. 1
No1hit Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 Well, after fixing the animations, I can finally play normally. But I can't get dyndolod to work after I've collected the files and installed it as a mod, my game loads endlessly. Without it, everything else works, except for pink candles and candlesticks Spoiler
Turkey12 Posted December 13, 2024 Posted December 13, 2024 (edited) Did anyone else use the shortstack goblin mods? I cant get them to work in the SL scenes, it says theyarn't valid targets for animations or something... The whole reason I installed thew mod was for gobbo cheek clapping. What I have obdured in my games when I am missing or 2 files are fighting over an object, the will show up as purple/pink or will not show up at all, invisible. sometimes changing your mod order may fix the issue, sometimes an updated version of the mod will fix the issue, had an issue with some of the creature and more nasty, updated followed their install proses and issue was fixed, so fo back to the mods that will change objects and see if there is a step by step install or a load order subjection, also does hurt to contact the mod creator

Player80 Posted December 15, 2024 Posted December 15, 2024 Heads up for anyone following this guide, The Great Town of Ivarstead has recently been updated and I get an infinite loading screen when coupling it with High Poly NPC Overhaul - The Great Town of Ivarstead. Grab version 1.2 from the "Old files" section (direct link). 2

So wait for the patches to update (Lux and Lux Orbis are already done) or stay with the old version. 2

It works really good paired with Light Limit Fix, at least LLF solves the problems of light flicker in cities at night or in certain populated places and/or with many light sources that SIL causes me. And thanks to your constantly updated guide, I have been motivated to generate the grass cache and now it is impossible for me to play without it Edited December 15, 2024 by turkeyNAC
