Just forget about it. It's just work!!!

Default game cubemaps have a resolution 128x96, which means their aspect ratio is 4:3.

"cubemap_smooth_gold.dds" in CS have a resolution 2048x1536, which means its aspect ratio is also 4:3. Technically, there are no problems with it, everything works, but there’s just one thing: сubemaps don't require such high resolution, 128x96 is enough for them.

 

TexConv is a tool not for gamers, but for creators.

This message from TexConv isn't an error - it's a WARNING! For the mod author, it doesn't mean that it needs to be fixed - it just means it needs to be checked to make sure everything is correct, and that's all. The base game is full of textures with different aspect ratios, and TexConv won't like any of them, but they're not just valid, they're PERFECT. They’re made that way to improve the game’s performance.

Whip is added and enabled in inventory

 

Attempts to use whip start an animation that instantly stop with the player resuming a neutral stance

That's strange. I played that same section the day before yesterday without any problems. I was able to whip Ivanna.

 

I have the same setup as you. 🤔

Without the whip selected no interaction happens. Equip the whip and attempt - the animation starts to move the right arm as though going to punch Ivana, immediately moves the arm back to default stance.

Hello everyone. I am on the VIP quest. ButVIP tells me to follow him. And then, nothing happens.

what to do!! Note I tried several times but when clicking on the VIP, nothing happens.

You need to installed EasyGirl bodyslide files. 

You don't have problems with Nuka Ride because it works differently. Nuka Ride has its own bodyslide files, from EasyGirl it uses only textures.

He doesn't continue to the next stage until he sits down on the couch, but it seems as if his pathing has broken down.

 

Skipt it with this. I'll make a failsafe for tomorrow's update.

During The Weapon the whip gets unequipped whenever I try to take it out. This also happens during The Pit when trying to equip the knife. I'm also unable to use my fists to attack the bugs and whenever I equip shoes or a top from ASA they unequip themselves after a minute or two. How can I fix this?

Thank you. The command didn't work. So I did sqt to get the name of the quest. and the name is "_CS_VIP". I just realized that there needs to be a space between SetStage and the name of the quest. SetStag(A SPACE!!!!!)_CS_VIP 160. lol but thank you very much!! so SetStage_CS_VIP 160 is bad, SetStage _CS_VIP is good ))))

What surprises me is that those weapons are from my mod, and they have special keywords so the player can use them. The day before yesterday I did the whip thing and also fought with the knife. Give my mod more priority in your load order.

 

But if you have one of those mods that add keywords (robco or something like that?) or that modify vanilla attack values, weapons damage, or the like... well, if you catch the culprit, let me know and I'll put it in the incompatible mods list.

KFT was causing the issue for me. This mod seems to be very buggy for some reason.

I am always sad when I finish this mod - I really wanted to have Gristle go with me when I leave - but for obvious reasons that's not possible.   His story is so well done in this, so Kudos for creating a NPC that really has meaning to the player like this.   The rest of them can burn in Hell where they belong - also well written that the hate is real!

I tested the new version this morning and tried several times, but the VIP stops in front of the room's entrance.

 

but on the other hand, I can clearly see all the improvements you are making. Well...I feel like I'm criticizing when what you are doing is great.

Since Nora gets tattooed so heavily, shouldn't the other slaves have at least the raider property tattoos and marks as well? And piercings? Could we have a lighter version of the face piercings, or an earring-only option (MCM)? I feel like the current heavy option might dissuade quite a few customers, and again, shouldn't some of the other slaves wear piercings, too?
Again, your mod is absolutely awesome, the best slavery mod on LL, so please don't take this as me complaining. I love it as is. Just throwing around some ideas. Thanks!

  • Safe to Update midsave. 
  • Small maintenance update with more tweaks since I've been playing the mod from start to finish this week. 

 

 

 

Fixes 🔨

  • I rewrote a script to fix a bug in Hardcore mode: If you play with double arm amputation, every time you reload a save, you could be able to eat and drink again, which shouldn't happen.
  • If you change your tattoo set in the mirror, your pubic hair disappears. Fixed.

Tweaks 🔧

 

  • A failsafe for those who, for some reason, are hostile to raiders in the Combat Zone. The failsafe activates upon entering a hostile Combat Zone. @Axary
  • Murphy could be enabled during "The Bomb" and wake up sleeping Minutemen in Slaver Valley. Fixed. He should be disabled. 
  • If you have double arm amputations, Lindstrom will equip you with food/drink/healing as a reward upon completing "Pet Walk". @JohnyBurner
  • The milk you sell to the Super Mutants could be consumed if you had a double arm amputation. Fixed, should be blocked. 
  • Jared's slave will go to Corvega to sandbox around him when you start "Pet Walk".
  • During "The Porn Studio", Sable Wrath is outside the studio trying to enter, but cannot because of the locked door. Now she will stay outside smoking; she will only enter once you have finished filming. It's more aesthetic than anything; Sable Wrath doesn't have any films during "The Porn Studio," only during Pet Walk.

  • Gristle now wears earrings. You'll probably have to click on him and type "resurrect" to see them.
  • The blindfold used in several quests have been removed in favor of KFT blindfolds.
  • The mask used in the porn studio has been replaced with KFT's leather mask.

  • Nora's lines during sex with raiders are now random. I forgot to check that box, so she always just said "C'mon honey, give it to me..." and not the other 20 lines I wrote....
  • The super mutant slavers and slavers of Nuka World with their brahmin, slaves, etc. are enabled throughout the entire duration of the mod; they are no longer exclusively tied to Pet Walk mode. Specifically, it´s enabled the next/first time Declan takes you outside the Whore House. 
  • Upon waking up, after completing any quest, the slaves in the Whore House will randomize their outfits.

  • Failsafe for "The VIP" in case the VIP has trouble reaching their couch to sit down.  @Enkidu222
  • Added 3 TVs with 'porn movies', 2 are very short, in the Whore House. Nothing too extreme because I don't want to increase the mod's size.
  • Added a small clover tattoo. Idea from @tattooleak .You'll see it if you put again the Whore House tattoo set in the Whore House mirror. 👇

I always read the ideas! It's just that right now I prefer to make small tweaks and fixes before diving back into this mod in the future. This week I got burned out on NR and went back to Slavers, bringing some new ideas and things I learned on NR (like the movies, or mask and blindfolds that best suit my tastes.). 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking of tattoos, is there a way I can apply your custom made tattoos separately to my character instead of using a tattoo set? An example, I love the trapper tattoo, I would love to apply that to customize my Nora a little more than it being tied to the bad ending. The same could be said for the new clover tattoos you’re creating. Or maybe at least add these new tattoos to Captive Tattoo’s mod?

The failsafe is as follows: talk to him and he should automatically teleport to the couch.

Due to space constraints, it's more convenient for me to do sets rather than individual tattoos. I may include them as individual tattoos on Captive Tattoos in the future.

Hmm. A lot of fuss for something I like as it is. Even with a rigid and restrictive mod, the player should be given some freedom to choose what they can do.

 

The same goes for timers; I try not to be too intrusive because that's what I've learned over the years playing these kinds of mods. The worst part is when you're doing your own thing, because it's your downtime, and then the mod forces you to do something. I still remember when I was in Workshop mode, building my things because it's relaxing, and then boom, black screen: Piper sold me to a super mutant camp for not listening to her. I don't remember the name of that mod. But my point is: being very restrictive and very intrusive is not always positive.

 

The other girls also have tattoos. I don't remember if they have piercings; Ravenna certainly does, but if you're playing on next-gen, forget it, there aren't any mods that handle head parts yet so you won't see piercings.

Not wanting to intrude in your narration, that you are very good at, here is my idea about the boyfriend for a Nora vanilla :

 

Given that Nora was married with a military, given that two of the guys she can fall for are also in some way military related (BOS, and mercenary), I think that she would be more easily seducted by a boyfriend with a military past. Perhaps a young man former enlisted in one of the known military company of the game (BOS, Gnner, TAlon mercenary, enclave, etc ...) and he became a raider after a very difficult combat decision and he now suffers from PTSD.

The advantage of this pre-enlistment is that it could lead to some quests (revenge, search old friend, search weapons, etc ....). It could also remind Nate to Nora, and make her compare the two.

JB, I got a question about "The Milking" questline, if you have a moment?

I noticed in that questline the charater loses her limbs and is forced to wiggle around to move. The thing is I'm on the newest game version and I don't have SUP F4SE (and the amputator mod) yet it works perfectly. Have you managed to crack the code? The other amputation events still require amputator and SUP F4SE though no?"

Yes, that's what I think too, all of this is a love story )) I told JB a very long time ago
