I'm sure I'm messing this up somehow, but after installing [Through Vortex (Yeah yeah "MO is better")] there is no signs that it's even in the game.
No MCM, no NPCs, can't even look up the quests in console. I have the requirements and started a fresh game, am I missing something?

Pretty sure I figured it out, I have brain damage, I didn't realize it was a zip inside a zip.

Maybe you did the thing of letting Mega zip up all the mod's zip files into one big zip file. Which is apparently a thing people do relatively often.

 

And, in my opinion, yeah, yeah, Mod Organizer 2 is vastly superior to Vortex. And well worth the learning curve. Others disagree, I am sure.

either I'm a fool, or my skis don't work, but I can't write down the beginning of the plot, the character just doesn't appear in front of the shelter) can anyone help with this problem

Sounds to me like you downloaded/installed it wrong, check the below

If the plugin is present in vortex plugin tab (and activated) then it sounds like your missing a requirement so fallout isn't loading the plugin as the behavior is different to skyrim in that it won't load plugins missing stuff rather than causing a CTD, double click the .esp in vortex on the plugin tab and it will show you the hard requirements (and should show which is missing if any)

Install that via vortex, check commonwealth slavers.esp is present in the vortex plugin list and make a new game and  then see if murphy is present when you leave vault 111

Heyy love the mod and up till now everything is working great. Minor thing that doesn't seem to work is the veterinary service morphs. Seems to have no effect on my character. Anyone maybe know how to fix or perhaps a workaround? I tired disabling some body mods but doesn't seem to have a effect.

The sliders are for Fusion Girl and CBBE. Make sure your "CBBE.esp" plugin is activated, it's essential for the script. 
 

 

I'm not sure if it works if you have TWB, I'm not very knowledgeable about that.

EDIT: It appears as though the third issue with winning fights might be related to not having the Unofficial Fallout Patch installed, which I indeed don't after reinstalling my mods from scratch to get AAF working again.

EDIT 2: It seems all these issues were due to not having the unofficial patch installed. Hopefully someone else finds this information useful. :)

 

1-Beat him. Once you win, he goes into wounded position and the game will automatically warn you that it is time to insert the object.

2-By choosing the option to flee. For some reason the quest did not start in your case. I can only think of Wolfgang and/or Trudy being dead, that's the only scenario in which the quest could not start. 

3-Indeed, it is because of the lack of that patch, which causes you to lose immediately. This bug is basically the same as your first report (Dwayne's fight).

Not bodyslot. You have a mod overwriting LordEscobar Piercings. It's like if in your setup, the piercing has a keyword indicating that it's armor, clothing, etc. It should not have one. The original version is fine. By having those keywords my mod confuses the piercing with clothing/armor and electrocutes you for it.

Unfortunately I don't know about MO2 so I don't know if your order is correct. If that's backwards, then everything looks good.

I figured out what was causing the quest stages not to know that the AAF animations were done!   At least on my game.  

 

Here is the synopsis of what was happening to me-

 

Knowing I wanted to play Nuka Ride after this mod, I had already installed some of the recommended files and soft requirements, in preparation.

 

One of those was the Kzitid  Daily Life of Hookers mod.   JB specifically says we don't need the AAF files, just the base mod.

I didn't really realize at the time, that meant the AAF patch file.   It was my bad, I just didn't catch it, due it being so long  since I have installed mods.    I had heard over and over to install AAF exactly like Saya's manual said, word for word.  In that manual, in the picture it has the daily life of hookers AAF patch.    So I figured it must need that to run it, and what JB was talking about not needing was some files that would pop up and be asked about later.

 

Nope.  If you have the Daily life of hookers AAF PATCH running, then you can't put the CS mod at the very bottom of the order, last, because the animations hang up on an infinite black screen.   

 

Again, JB says this in the Nuka Ride thread, it was all on me, I missed it.

 

Take out Daily life of hookers (or just the AAF patch),  put CS at the very bottom, and (for me at least)  everything works perfectly, animations, scenes, quest stages, all of it worked.

 

Thank you everyone that messaged me  with suggestions, it all has helped!  

Using the fast start mod and starting a new game  with nothing loaded, then saving and adding things one by one from there, helped me finally  figure this out.

 

@emake  and others having this problem, I hope this helps solve it for you too!

Sorry if this was already posted, but is there a definitive fix for corvega plant? Meshes & Textures seem missing/flickering. I saw somewhere to put the mod at bottom but didn't seem to work for me. Or maybe Fallout is just being weird, I can't say. If there's a fix I should download, please let me know. Thank You!

Putting CS so it loads last is the definitive fix, if thats not working you've prolly got something else loading after (maybe .esl stuff or patches)

 

Posting your load order would help as maybe someone could spot what it is

If you're using PRP then trash that garbage and that will fix a lot of issues.

I am having an issue with the scaver quest. I am at the point where I have to strip the 3 dead minute man. I remove the weapons one by one no mass removal. I am then ordered to take them to the tracks and strip them off the rest of the gear. I do that taking one piece at a time to where they have nothing. I talk to the bot tells me to go to the boss and he tells me I didnt take everything and then I get shocked. I have tried 4 times with the same result.

Remember to use the setstage guide if you think you are stuck. I have made it as descriptive as possible to be understandable. In general, most quests start at stage 100. 

 

The reason why the quest doesn't proceed is because some of the minutemen still have something in their inventory. The inventory value of each one should be 0. 

If you don't see that they have anything, try reloading or in the last case it could be a mod messing around, but I can't think of any that can do that.

Turns out I just needed to load back to the house when you're first captured and walk to Corvega again. It was fine after that. My mistake was loading a save right in front of it expecting it to have fixed instantly lol

I need lil help. I saw post that give kind of BDSM outfit replacement for original slave rags that you wear on start but can't find it anywhere. Can someone correct me to the right track on this? Thanks in advance.

body morphs for slave vetinary quest do not seem to be working. i click to update physical changes but nothing happens. anybody else experiencing this problem or know why the changes are not being done

Did you end up getting this situation resolved? I am having the same issue on my end. Gristle just leans up against the railing next to the bridge and the traveler just stands still after the deed. Commands didn't seem to work for me neither.

Ah, the sweet victory of completing a mod that's both entertaining and a remarkable experience! It's like finding a hidden gem in a sea of endless gaming options.  

 

A+ - A storyline that could rival some of the greatest plot twists in history. It's as if Shakespeare himself decided to dabble in game design, right? And the way everything comes together in the end – it's like the final piece of a cosmic puzzle clicking into place, revealing the secrets of the universe... or at least the secrets of an exceptionally good mod. Bravo!  

 

B+ - Designing an implementation with a branching Sub-Dom quest system can indeed be challenging. It's essential to balance the quantity of content with the quality and variety to keep players engaged. Some of the quests were very good and very well scripted. Also, to reach the end-content I was asked to run at least 20 quests (MCM Config), yet, there were not 20 unique quests to run. While having a minimum number of quests is a good start, ensuring that each quest feels unique and contributes to the overall narrative can enhance the player's experience. I resorted to shortcuts like 'console cheating' to bypass repetition. Also, I could not use the "fast travel" to go from-to a destination, as the collar would have exploded. The "fast-travel" option is a great time saver, and in my  book, a must-have to save gaming time.

 

C - Stability - I have configured my Fallout 4 with all requirements and more, and I checked and secured compatibility as for instructions given. Overall, my run was quite stable, with few occasional CTD (very common on a modded Fallout 4). I had  few instanced of a quest ended in a "frozen state" as for the next event not triggering. For instance, I was asked to sit on a coach for the "camera" to start filming but nothing was triggering. I ended using the "setstage" console command to "unlock" the state and continue with the quest progression. Personally, I have no issues interacting with the console and get things resolved, but I know some players may end with a disappointment if the quest stops.

 

N/A - Sex and More Sex - I know there is an expectation where more is better than less. It is all subjective. I would suggest adding in the MCM a configuration for the number of sex runs triggered. I feel a run of 9 consecutive clients (or 5) is just a bit over the board. And the morning training? That too. If it could be configured, it would better fit the player personal taste.

 

Overall, I would recommend this gem and for the author kudos for the work and the idea!

You could opt for the "fast travel" when the window pop-ups and asks you if you want to go to destination.  That is what I have done personally.

If you have installed the Kziitd Fetish Toolset as listed under Soft Requirements, you can craft your outfit using a chemistry station. Do craft also some keys  as you need to remove the clothing.

I'm loving this mod, but I've got an issue where the quest won't progress after any AAF scene. For example the first one with Murphy, he and Gristle just stand there and say their generic lines when I try to talk to them. I can progress things using the setstage console commands, but once I got to the whorehouse with Jared using the commands just seemed to be messing things up.

 

Any ideas for the quest not progressing after AAF scenes?

I keep getting stuck in conversations.  I reply, and then…nothing.  If I save and reload, then it works again.  I tried Resetai and resurrect, is there another command to get the NPCs on track without saving and reloading?
