Do you have the Real Handcuffs - Devious Devices patch? it has been mentioned that it breaks things in Slavers.

That makes sense in light of the game's radroach fallback behavior I mentioned earlier.

 

Looking at how GR is implemented (I use it too so was curious), its plugin empties the base leveled actor lists like LCharRaiderFaceAndGender, and then GenderRatio_Main_script has a nested set of functions to repopulate the lists with different mixes of male and female leveled actors depending on the ratio chosen for that group. If, hypothetically, something were to happen and GR's script never ran (perhaps something prevented xxxGenderRatiosMainQuest from starting at all), then LCharRaiderFaceAndGender would be empty and when CS tried to spawn a leveled raider from it the game engine substituted a radroach rather than failing to spawn anything at all.

There was a problem which prevented CS from equipping its collar. It's expected that RH 0.4.16 fixed that issue (per discussion in its support topic around the time of that release). The relevant changelog entry is:

Hey  My first time playing this mod and I'd like to congratulate you for producing such an authentic mod.  It's very well done, so it's good, yet also horrible.  Yes I did read the warnings and I am definitely not complaining.  The backstory of several of my characters has started very much like this mod, so it's allowing me to play her backstory.  I actually felt sorry for my character a number of times.   I thought it would be a great lead in for another Nuka Ride playthrough.

 

I noticed you further up the page referring to version 1.0.9 as if there is a newer version.  Is there a version newer?  If so, where would I get it?    I'm still less then 1/2 way through so if there is an updated version I'd be delighted to update.

So first of all, really great mod. Been enjoying this!

I also had the problem with the Lucky Day quest just ending in the whore house, without progressing any further. 


So as you said I checked my mods and testet and the problem was „Raider Overhaul WIP“ (surprise, surprise)

might wanna add that to the conflict list, since it keeps you from progressing?

 

Also if you have Tales of the Commonwealth installed you might run into problems with the scene at the bonfire in Lucky Day, since the mod spawns a bunch of people around it, witch leads to a fight.

Ye if you have a save before doing the ending with Gristle in 1.0.9 I would highly recommend keeping that save. Upgrade to the latest test version it has the true ending plus some other new events and quests which is a lot of fun. The true ending where you have a choice of keeping certain aspects. Great for roleplaying after. And it is very satisfying if you are the revenge type of person. JB is almost done with the final quest for the mod. 2 of 3 parts of it is done already and you can play them now. Well worth it.

SAM Enhanced Animations has some improperly-formed positions which can trigger a failure condition in older versions of AAF. Were you seeing this problem with AAF 171 or an earlier release of AAF (like 166)?

i have a problem i just finish the harvester job went to sleep.  1. i had to disable lindstrom cus he kept whipping me for sleeping "the same event has when you over sleep" 2 the real problem gristle isn't here on the marker.  did anyone get this? hat would be the best work around the issues/image.jpeg.50d4903b97173b8df856c245bc50ca52.jpeg

Yeah I had that on an old version. What version are you using ? JB fixed that issue on later versions

Sit somewhere and wait for an hour (I don't remember if Lindstrom punishes you for sitting and waiting... good thing he went ahead and disabled him xD).


And you'll see Gristle. 

 

I've finally finished the last quest and shed a tear of happiness. I can't believe I've reached the end I wanted so badly. But, I'll start tweaking things before uploading a test version.

I cannot wait my slave have been waiting patiently for 221 levels for her freedom. Gonna be kinda sad seeing her leave that life behind. But then there is always porn :)

 

Edit: Before I forget. The previous version did you do the slavers jet injection into the level list already or does that happen at the end? Why I am asking is I did see slaversjet on the dude at dumlin diner but haven't found one anywhere else. So I figured it might only activate after the main quest. Just checking beforehand so if its a problem we can sort it now and don't have to worry about it after.

I haven't tested it yet now that I think about it. I copied a script from Real Handcuffs to inject into containers and vendors. But if it doesn't work, Wolfgang will save my ass.

I don't know why he doesn't listen to you. Everything is correct.

 

How about you click on Gristle and type "Resurrect".

 

By the way, you could also try exiting the game and reloading the save. Sounds to me like an old bug that prevents you from interacting with anything.

 

Oh! Another option is that there is an enemy nearby (Gristle's enemy) and he is in a state of caution. That would explain why he doesn't talk to some players.

 

Resurrect should work. In the meantime, I'll add a script to ease his mind at that point.

If you wanted to make it dependent on installing RobCo Patcher, that can inject entries more durably into leveled lists without risk of mod conflicts. I use it in Milking Human Kindness to add custom meds to generic doctors and chem vendors, and to extend the death loot list for generic super mutants.

 

Doing it with Papyrus is tricky because there's no function to check whether your desired entries are already present, and the lists are allowed to include an arbitrary number of duplicate entries. This is why you'll see the script in RH is only called from its installer script, and has internal safeguards to prevent it from being run more than once so it doesn't add the same entries multiple times. This works okay as long as you expect users to start over from a clean save to take advantage of any future changes you make to it (either changes to the script you're using or changes to the entries you're injecting).

 

An alternative is to use the Revert function before adding your entries so that it can be rerun at will without the risk of adding duplicates, but the down side to that is you'll also clear any entries added in a similar manner by other mods. Further, other mods might actually be clearing these lists themselves (naughty naughty!) and could lead to your entries not showing up for users of those mods regardless of whether or not you're conscientious and avoid calling Revert yourself.

oups sorry for last post. anyway when im fighting the minuteman with dwayne there is 1 that if i hit him with anything i just hard crash. i'll try too disable them. fucking nice  quest bye the way the way the door closed on is speech was perfect fallout vibe

Hey it sounds like you are just about ready for a release.  I'm not sure how much time I'll have for playing over the next few days, so maybe I'll wait until I am at the end of 1.0.9 to update.  I got the prerequisites already so unless you've added something else I'll be good to go.  Looking forward to it.

 

@ezusoppp cant talk with eye bomb, gonna try to go tru the convo again. but is there a list of those CS_  codes? to try skipping it?
