Yes there is , if you have not found the button yet, then in the MCM of Commonwealth slavers there should be an option called "Jobs done" which you just need to click

@Raine_Hyd There are a few things that stand out for me after looking the the mod list you posted. First a disclaimer that I use vortex so my information will be based on that, second other people will have more and better knowledge than I.

 

I assume you are using Mod organizer based on the list, can I also assume that list is also your current Load Order? So the big highlights are.

 - I can not see any Merged/Bashed patch, that means you are going to have a lot of hidden conflicts that will need to be sorted out.

 - Commonwealth slavers esp is also very high in your order so that will create potential conflicts and overrides, try lowering nearer the bottom, If your mod managed has mod groups try putting into Dynamic Patches (Vortex) or what ever is equivalent for you.

 - SKKFastStartNewGame is screaming at me the most as the biggest potential cause, try removing that, start a new game from the very beginning, let all the mods initialize and get out of vault 111. If you dont get the same message as before and can see a man on the gound near to the elevator then slavers should be working correctly.

This is my ESP side loaded with Loot. I don't have enough knowledge with stuff to do patches. I don't know how to get a copy of the left side without straight up windows snip tool. But I'll try some of those. And yes I use Mod Organizer 2.

@Raine_Hyd Ok I am somewhat aware of the structure of MO2 and know what your referencing. I have a couple of quick suggestions, If you find the F4se.log file ( Default path is Documents>My games>Fallout 4> F4SE ) that will have your full mod list and the order located at the end of the file. Second is to look up some tutorials (Gopher on youtube has very good and easy to follow videos) on how to make a merged/bashed patch, I would also recommend getting to know xEdit to help find conflicts.

It's in Modorganizer folder>profiles>profilename>modlist.txt
The only issue is that generates the loadorder upside down so the bottom of the list is at the top. 
The AFF install order is installed according to the AFF "The Fucking Manual" post.

I learned how to add keywords in sseedit a few days ago. All the videos I see are always "how to install xedit".
Monoman had some info on it but a lot of stuff goes over my head because sseedit doesnt have the same UI as xedit whenever I see tutorials.

@Raine_Hyd Based on that new list it still looks like slavers is very "high" in your order. Out side of what I have already suggested I am afraid I cant be of much more help. The only things I could add to help with getting slavers working is to disable any mod that is not from the AAF manual and the required/optional mods for CS. Once you can get that running then add mods back in a few at a time ( I would recommend not adding more than 5 mods at a time ). If something stops working then it will be easier to narrow down what is causing the problem. Troubleshooting this way can take a bit of time so I wish you the best of luck.

After the Hooker quest, my jobs done suddenly jumps from 4 to 51. Immediately triggers  The Hero and then The Harvester. Is this a bug?

Making plugins to add keywords to existing forms will eventually turn around and bite you due to conflicts with other mods that may want to add keywords to the same forms. A safer approach is to use RobCo Patcher which can automatically add them to the in-memory copies of those forms whenever you run the game, no plugins needed, avoiding those pesky conflicts.

No idea why but my post don't want to post. Either way the keyword thing was for a SkyrimSE mod and at this point that game is so modded it's beyond broken. But I'll have to look into those and see if I can figure stuff out. 
Somehow I ended up getting the mod to work. I think it must have been an animation mod.

Yep I remember when I first started modding using NexusModManager (NMM) for Skyrim where it would actually overwrite game files and the mods had to be installed in a specific order. Back then I was also unaware of how to resolve conflicts and was scared of getting the bigger mods because I didnt know how to use the tools required. I then switched to Fallout when Vortex replaced NMM and started getting more and bigger mod, however I still had not learned how to use things like making a merged patch and my game eventually become so broken I could not play for more than a couple of minutes before crashing, I'm actually amazed on how far and long it lasted before finally giving up.

After discovering LoversLab I was determined to get a proper working load order and sat down to properly learn everything and my SkyrimSE game was my first heavily modded game that I could play from start to end with relative stability and minimal crashes. Even now im still learning and adjusting my mod list, but at least I have the knowledge to fix most things on my end.

I am glad Raine managed to get it working and I would wish you a happy and fun time with Commonwealth Slavers, buuttt... "Happy and Fun" is not what it's about which is what I love about this mod, that's for when I get to Nuka Ride afterwards.

Now for some bug reports regarding disabled NPCs.

 

Quest: Pest control (repeatable version). After following Gristle inside the slavers base both Big Bomb and Little Bomb were in the disabled state which caused the AAF scene after the video recording to fail and break. Loading to before going inside and using the console commands to fist "Prid (Form id)" then "Enable" I was able to fix that issue and complete the quest with no further issues.

 

Quest: The Weapon (Vault111). During the walk to Vault 111 with Big and Little Bomb I believe all the NPCs around Drumlin Diner get disabled to help stop the Bombs from attacking them, however that also affects Charon from Nuka Ride which does not get re enabled after the quest has ended, Can be fixed using the same method as above.

I have a glitch where tattered rags keep either disappearing or unequipping from the PC. how do I fix this? not that I'm complaining.

 

happens sometimes with other pieces of armor too.

If you have Sex Attributes installed then you can not equip armour or clothing until your character becomes Submissive.

That indicates that you have a big conflict with previs and precombines, you will either have to lower CS lower in your load order or if you know how to use an esp explore/editor (xedit) then you can forward the changes into a patch.

@CoyoteBoyo11 I am back in Fallout now and need to correct what I said earlier, there is a way to disable the restriction but there are a couple of things tied to it, first in the MCM under the cheats tab is the Armor and Weapons Workbenches option which needs to be set to a value of 1, second is you can only change that value when you are not enslaved. You need to load a save before starting CS and change the value then essentially needing to start over.

 

There is a somewhat convoluted work around involving changing global settings using the console, if you are confident then you can follow the instructions in the spoiler below. You will still be limited on what you can wear though. Warning Make sure to Save before doing anything just in-case. I did a quick test in my game and was able to wear cloths.  (You can copy paste the commands, don't copy the " " only whats between)

This quote is taken from JB update post "If you are very rebellious (Sex Attributes orientation point higher than 10) the collar will no longer allow you to wear any clothes until you become more submissive and lower your orientation points". CS does not stop you from choosing Rebel or Submissive dialogue options, so you could have max Submissiveness (-50) and still play as a full Rebellious slave.

 

- Open the console and type "Help FPA_Value_Orientation" this will then post a number ranging from -50 to 50 (If you have sex attributes hud installed make sure the number matches with whats displayed or check the SA MCM.

- Next type "Set FPA_Value_Orientation to -50" this will change your submissiveness down to the max, it will unfortunately give you the stats changes associated with it. (don't worry if SA hud does not update immediately, the next time the value changes it will show in stats.)

- Again type "Help FPA_Value_Orientation" to make sure the value has changed double check with mcm (the pipboy can help but that just shows the degree of orientation and not the actual value)

- As long as you don't go above 10 orientation you should be able to wear clothes. The reason for going so low with submission is to give you leeway in dialogue choices, you could use any value between -50 to 9. If you do go over 10 then you can just use the commands again to change the value.

I think you'd have to disable Sex Attributes itself. IIRC it's a soft requirement so it shouldn't be needed but I don't think you can disable it in Slavers.

No need to disable attributes. In the cheat section of CS top option wear clothing turn that to 1 and you will be able to wear clothes. That defeats the purpose tho of getting punished for being a rebel.

is there a way to have more needed job for the ending that 50? i would like to see all jobs variations and have some to spare for future updates.. basically i would like to be in this gameplay loop of being a slave until 2.0.

JB said 2.0 will be the end. So its doubtfull you will see more quests unless he get the urge again some day. If you have done everything in the test version then you have done everything except the last quest. If you haven't upgraded to the latest test version do so and play the extra quests. They are really cool and you will get the true ending. There is just one quest left which he will add at some point.

I am doing the final missions of 1.7 and have hit a constant crash point. I just finished the Harvester and am reporting back to gristle in the whore house, after going through all his dialogue and being teleported to slavers valley with Murphy and Medium bomb is when it crashes after a few seconds of talking.

 

Crash report in spoiler, It seems to be referencing the Camera shot (D901FC26), a dialog scene (D906470B) under _CS_Hero and the also the player (7). I'm not knowledgeable enough to know exactly what to look for so I am probably missing something.
