Yuni Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Does this work with sexlab 1.38, or whichever version we're on? It hasn't been updated in a while and it's my favorite, so I was wondering if it still functioned. c: Anyone know?

Do you have any other mods that play sex animations? If so are those mods working?
Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 No just sex labs, and defeat. I get all the sounds, and I can even set it up in the game menu, but I get none of the animations. I tryed to a clean install, I even went as fare as to uninstall the addons, and start a new game, then add sex labs and defeat, and still no animations.
Someone92 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 If the sound plays but the actors are just standing there the most likely cause it that you haven't run FNIS; you must run it every time you install or uninstall a mod that adds animations.
Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 not to sound like a noob, but what is FNIS?
nutluck Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 FNIS is a requirement for sexlab it is on the main download page of sexlab as a requirement. You not only have to download and install it but run the program that loads the animations in correctly.
Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 OK Let me down load it, and run it, and see if that dose the job. Thanks guys.
Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 Still nothing happens, Maybe I did not get the FNIS thing. or down load it. Dose any one have a link to it.
Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 I found it..covers face with hand feeling stupid.
Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 Now Do I need to have FNIS installed before sex labs for it to work?

Darkwinter101 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 I got it to work, thanks guys for all your help it's a great mod.
judge0 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 This is one of my favorite mods, but I am finding that for the first time in along run of Framework versions, I am running without it. Just cannot keep the game running with it and 1.39 active at the same time. I even created a basically vanilla profile in Mod Organizer and ran it with the framework and FNIS, XP32. I hope Goubu takes a look at it.

D_ManXX2 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 just saw it, what it is new SKSE 1.7 alpha ?? did they incorporate the mem patch too ??
Pinute Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 just saw it, what it is new SKSE 1.7 alpha ?? did they incorporate the mem patch too ?? YES! from change log: - thanks to sheson: added configuration of some initial pool sizes [Memory] DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB= <default heap initial allocation size in megabytes, vanilla size is 512> ScrapHeapSizeMB= <scrap heap size in megabytes, vanilla size is 256> vanilla size is 256, I think he means the new default in skse is 512. Also, don't need safety load anymore with this patch.

They didn't fix the problem that safety load does which is handle the transition to using those next blocks of memory so safety load is still useful though it should not be needed if you make the initial block of memory large enough.

And see how it goes.

IsaIsa Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 I can't seem to get aggressors to take turns on their victoms. After one aggressor has finished, the victim is attacked again. Any known way to solve this ?

I took sheson's advice from http://enbdev.com/ctdfix.html and disabled safety load. Since then, I've played probably 20+ hours, opening many many menus and I've had two crashes - both at start of sex . I'm going to try out his new mod, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50471/? with my current mod load and see if I should increase from the default allocation.

I played for a while without Safety Load and had another infinite loading screen so I put it back in. I wish I could say I'm not getting any crashes now but I've also had a couple within the last few hours of play but its much better than four to ten times an hour.
