eric_starbuck Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 Well I just wipe my computer clean of all files and reinstalled everything CTDs are often caused by missing master files, since you are crashing at the start of a sex scene I'd double check and make sure you have all the required mods for the SexLab Framework installed. How can I do this with the NMM? I Uninstall a mod and then reinstall it? run FNIS and go?
CGi Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 NMM does not (yet) offer such functionality.But you can use TES5Edit to see if there are any missing masters. it'll stop loading and display a result if a plugin with a missing master is loaded or if a master for a mod is loaded after the mod that uses it..After installing (or uninstalling any FNiS depending mod) just (re-)run the FNiS Generator for Users.
CheshyDoll Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 So, re-downloaded because I wanted to start over on my mods. Installed SkyUI way at the beginning, got on skyrim to let it fully install and Defeat's saying it's not installed and won't install itself with the NMM. Any ideas on why or should I start all over again?

Para Posted January 23, 2014 Posted January 23, 2014 That sound great!!!! One suggestion. I've taken a look at this mod. DEATH ALTERNATIVE http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/45894/? Each kind of death would instead trigger an appropriate scenario. Like you're not really dead, but you awake loked in a cage.... or outside the dungeon with the adventurer who helped you. As for now, it has become a framework. The author has opened up the mod to let other add even more death alternative scenarios. I think a Sexlab patch for this mod would be wonderful. (and your hideout would adapt well to this). Just to let you know. Thank you again for all the work. Yes, a SexLab Addon for this mod would be great. The mod features a quest registry system where third party modders could register new quests (from separate plugins) associated with certain enemy faction that could then be triggered on defeat. This makes Death Alternative (DA part) into an easily modular-able and expandable framework that provide the core mechanic (bleedout) as well as a few default quests and events (the YMOYL part which can be entirely turned off). One interesting possibility would be to use this system to seamlessly introduce new followers to Skyrim where they would first save you then offer their service, and so much more

LTD Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 I loved seeing that you're working on something to tackle the one thing I dislike about your mod, Goubo: the post-player victim issue. Sure, it's not unrealistic to have the PC "finished off" after being gang raped, but it's so much better to deal with the aftermath in a more creative way that is immersive, instead of the jarring reload. Especially because then you're just at the start of a long fight again, and I like the fantasy of my heroine being repeatedly raped, and sometimes enslaved, throughout her adventures. Having there be a selection of potential post defeat outcomes instead of death sounds great. I love the idea of it not always meaning rape or enslavement, as well! I can't wait to see what you come up with. I've got a save game a perfect spot, so in the meantime I'm going to check out the mod Shinji linked up there, and see if it can play nice. I kinda doubt it, but we'll see!
eric_starbuck Posted January 24, 2014 Posted January 24, 2014 This must be well balanced, since now I am giving a try to Submit and the post rape scenario is that your character is bound in a hogtie position with 100% restored health. if the player is a mage or if she managed do kill some opponents before being defeated it is quite easy to collect some armor and weapon from corpses and continue the fight immediately, eventually being defeated again and repeat.

Aliris Posted January 25, 2014 Posted January 25, 2014 Check your Module Configuration (MCM) for Sexlab, under the "Toggle Creatures" section, and make sure the appropriate animations are toggled. It might be a different one, but that's the first one that comes to mind.

I have already done that before, and nothing change, still same as last time, and i have reinstall it once, still got nothing Is that mean that i need to start a whole new save?

You could save your old game, and then see if it works on a clean new game - if nothing else, that narrows down the possibilities. Also, check your console, and see if it's trying to play any animations or not - they should display there, even if they don't fire in game, if it tries to play them.

Is player as aggressor working? Yes, player as aggressor is working. I've uninstalled DN (WIP mods may cause things like) but it's still not working.
